Nice and elegant hotel right outside of the motorway and next to the main public transportation line to the heart of Turin, large parking capacity and friendly personnel. Typical featurs of the Novotel hotel chain, with nice view of the mountains on the North side. Only the airco was not on and our room on the 8th floor was very warm we had to keep the window open all nights.

first the bad thing: the location - if you are going for sightseeing this is not the place to stay (far off, industrial area, no restaurants close by) now the good things: friendly and helpful staff, nice rooms with all the things you need, and a great breakfast

We stayed in this hotel several times and the staff from the front desk and prompt and professional, the check in was very quick and attentive. However, we were not satisfied with the house keeping in the room as i have found cigarette in the toilet and obviously, the toilet has not been clean properly or the housing keeping has been smoking during the cleaning process.Either one is totally not accepting since this is a non-smoking room and the hotel is supposely a non-smoking hotel!

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel during the Jazz festival. The service is excellent and the personnel very friendly. The breakfast is very good. The offer for kids is fine: specific games as other Novotel. We were at first floor in a large room for 4 and we got excellent nights. We haven't tried the restaurant.A large parking is available and it's very easy to park and at no cost. It is an excellent choice to get rest even if it not ideally placed to visit Turin downtown. The center of Turin i... Read more

Don't expect anything fancy or different, unless a very friendly team at the reception office. The restaurant is ok, but you can experience shortage of some items in main MENU as shortage due to tourism groups (they have a lot) - so if you want to choose what to eat go earlier or go outside. The rest of the service is quite acceptable.

My last review of the Novotel Turin was in June 2015 so one year on I used the hotel again this time for a 2 night stopover. One of the concerns I listed in 2015 was the delays that I had experienced with check-out queuing. Well I'm pleased to say that on my 2016 visit the Novotel Turin operated both an on line check-in and an express check-out process ( via credit card authorisation ) that means that as you leave the Hotel just drop off your key-card and a copy of your hotel bill will be e-mai... Hotel is about 15 minutes from city center by tram number 4. It's a very quiet area. Place is very nice, clean and calm. There is an outside swimming pool and a very small fitness room - 1 bike, 1 running machine and 1 machine for exercise. What was a bit annoying was the behavior of the receptionist. A young blond lady was talking by the phone for 15 minutes before checking us in and we were 5...

The GPS landed at a not so nice area of Corso Giulio Cesare 34, but was able to find the hotel which is a few kl along the way; the hotel is off the Corso Giulio Cesare about 500meters, so missed it the first pass! Hotel was nice, had a couple Peroni Drafts as welcome drinks, which were very nice. Pool opens late so no morning swim. Was a restful stay

Very over priced food and drink in the bar. No food or drinks are allowed around the pool which makes it feel unwelcoming. Rooms are ok. Its on the outskirts of the city so be prepared to take the tram into the centre as there is nothing of interest in the surrounding area. Reception staff were nice but all in all its not that impressive. Expected more from Novotel as I have have stayed in many IBIS hotels which were much nicer and at a cheaper rate.

The hotel itself is what can be experted from a Novotel. Good size room with adequate utilities. The room needs thorough cleaning though...stains in the carpet and shower curtain has black edges. Furthermore is there an evident cigarette smell in the corridor....breakfast is very good. Pleasant staff. Location of the hotel is in the (industrial) outskirts of Torino. Neighborhood is a little shady. No problem if you have a car to get around of course...

Stayed for 3 nights. The reception staff was more than helful when we checked in and helped us quick and easy. The family-room was ok,the hotell lays a bit outside but we took the tram in every evening and that worked out great. The hotell is old but was a great place to stay, looking in the piemonte area. Breakfast was great,we did not eat at the hotell so can not say anything about that. The egyptian museum was worth a visit and turin is a nice town to walk in. All places we ate was great, ... can make more and better. I was charged the parking with my invoice and did not get the exit ticket but having not my glasses did not see it. Then as I wanted an exit ticket for the parking I had to pay a second time the parking charge. Arrogant receptionnist.

Went there as part of a group booking, but was not really happy with the stay. Too many small things not OK. Location: in the north of town, but with *nothing* around it. No restaurants or anything else around the hotel, so you need a car if you want to go out for dinner. Check-in: yes, we arrived in a group, but it took too long for every person to get checked in. The staff were reasonably friendly though. The room: large enough, but strangely enough they put the left side of the bed at 2... Read more
