The rooms are simple but nice and quite spacious and the services in the room are normal for this type of businessman hotel. Breakfast was average but OK and the staff at reception was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is not in the city centre but Turin is not a big city so it is OK. It is a standard Holiday Inn very similar to all Holiday Inn around the world but not bad if you only need a clean room and do no want any surprises.

Spent two nights here for work and you get what you expect from HI. Plus for the fresh orange juice press in at breakfast (although it was out of oranges the first morning). Parking on site for a fee.

The hotel was very nice. The staff were friendly and the hotel was nice and clean. The room was a nice size. The hotel isn't situated too far away from the underground which was great. I would definitely stay here again as it was a nice place to come and rest after spending most of the day out.

We stayed 3 nights as a couple. The room was not big but it was clean with wooden and tile floors. Two windows that did open with views of the Alps. At this time of year Italian hotels do not have their air conditioning turned on yet. The location is good with parking beneath the hotel and only a short walk to the Metro station Massaua. A longer walk away is a large grocery store with other sundries also. Il Gigante. We had one dinner in the hotel restaurant. The food quality was very good. The... Read more

Modern hotel, out of the centre. Metro close by, to get to the centre in 10 minutes. Parquet floor in room. Nice breakfast. All in all a very pleasant stay. Just one remark, staff is correct but not overly friendly.

I stayed 4 nights (mon-fri) on my own on a business trip in July. The room was on the 7th (top) very big, clean, good temperature and not noisy (apart from the air con which can be turned off at night). Excellent really. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Restaurant was pretty good but a little pricey. Decent pizza place (Gonzales) nearby and the Metro is extremely close. You can get a weekly metro ticket for 12 euros so travelling into the centre is very easy. Next time I have to visit Turin ... Read more

Stayed here with the family at the end of June and after a long journey was glad it was so close to the metro (literally across the road). The room was lovely and everything was very clean and new. There was a good spread for breakfast but don't leave it to late or you will miss out on some of the fruit selections. What let the hotel down were waitress staff who walked around with bored looks and who appeared they wanted to avoid making contact with guests at all costs. Equally the Receptionist s... Read more

We stayed here while in town for a wedding. The rooms were very nice; large, comfortable, and clean. There is a mini-bar/fridge in the room as well as flat screen TV. Downstairs, there is a restaurant and bar; there are also some local eateries close by and the metro is only a very short walk away. I can say the service was professional and efficient. The free breakfast was outstanding with a huge variety of items--one of the best I have seen. We had free wi-fi. There is a car rental right on pr... Read more

Pleasantly surprised! Very comfortable beds ! Appreciated the soft down comforter and majestic pillows. Dinner in the restaurant was also delicious, great pasta and tiramisu. Computers in lobby a little temperamental.

Being a Holiday Inn hotel ensures some quality standarts, and on that side there are no surprises. Apart from that reception people are helpfull and even able to feel good hospitality. Breakfast is nice with 2 good surprises in: own sqwezed orange juice and at-the-moment-done pancakes. A good chice for Turin, which may be far from the city center, but you have quite near the Underground.

It's a little bit out of town so to speak, but maybe some people prefer that? Close to a Metro station and therefore reasonably easy to get around. Room is totally generic Holiday Inn i.e. good standard and clean, but the bathroom and especially the shower cubical was made for a person of less than average proportions let's say! Staff friendly; breakfast of good quality; wifi good.

We booked just one night with breakfast. Our room was little but had a big bathroom. Unfortunately the surrounding is noisy during the night. Hot water kettle available in the room. Really friendly staff. Car park (garage) available on site at 13? per day. Breakfast buffet with a large choice of sweet food, salt food is limited but fair. Subway is really close (50m).

I like Holiday Inn, always seem to be old fashioned service and breakfast, which is a good thing. And they still have mini bars, so you can be trusted to fess up at reception when you check out, its not just an empty fridge that you request to fill. Positives: 1. Clean room, big room, Windows that open 2. Decent breakfast for 4 euros ( cheapest in Italy? ) 3. Near the metro, 10 minutes into Turin town centre. 4. Secure parking for 8 euros. 5. Good wifi, could be a little intermittent. Ne... Read more
