Hotel is outside the main area of Sorrento but is nice and quiet, the morning views of Naples are worth the 10 minute walk to the shopping area. The Settimo club on the roof top is a great place for afternoon coffee and a place to just relax. The staff is very helpful and will guide you to the right tours while visiting.

Just had four nights here and the best part was the view overlooking Sorrento, the bay of Naples and Vesuvius. The room was fine with good amenities and a very comfortable bed. However it's a noisy hotel because of the wooden floors. Staff were very pleasant and the pool, garden area beautiful. Also within walking distance to the main area of Sorrento.

This is a nice, large hotel on the outskirts of downtown Sorrento. It's an easy walk to all the major areas. Our room was updated and modern, spacious and had a lovely patio with ocean views. There is a big, outdoor pool with a bar and nice loungers. There is also an indoor pool area. There is no hot tub, but the staff says there are remodeling their indoor pool area to build a new spa and that it will include a hot tub. The breakfast buffet was very large with lots of options.

I used my points and booked the newly renovated Executive sea view room for 2 nights. The renovated room was big, comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. 24 hours before check-in time, I received the online check in invitation on my phone. There was a message saying that I have been upgraded to the executive floor with executive lounge access. We were delighted to know that. However, at the check-in counter a person by the name of Paolo told us that we cannot have executive lounge access si... Read more

We just spend 5 nights at this breathtakingly beautiful hotel in Sorrento, we were also there last year and are already looking forward to returning again. . The hotel and the view has to be among the top Hilton properties - at least it was for us. The view of the Bay coupled with the amazing fragrance of the flowers is incredible. Our time spent in Sorrento would not have been the same without staying at this property. The hotel is located atop a hill, which provides the amazing views,... Read more

This is a beautiful property on a beautiful setting....a short walk into town. Stayed on the executive floor, which was disappointing. Offerings were pretty sparse. If you are offered to pay for an upgrade to the club floor, I would pass unless you just plan on just hanging at the hotel all day. Breakfast was pretty boring. You can have the same breakfast on the club lounge, but I found it better to just go downstairs. If you want a prepared egg, the club had to order it from the main breakfast ... Read more

We had concierge access with complimentary beer and wine. The staff was gracious and they gave us a complimentary bottle of Limoncello from their garden. My wife and I stayed here for four nights and it was fabulous. Great views, nice rooms and outstanding service. We received an offer in advance to upgrade to an executive room that included the top floor Settimo club for 100 euro a night and it was well worth it. They had a full breakfast, with heavy snacks and top shelf drinks for lunch, dinner and into the evening. Not to mention the top floor setting and panoramic view. It is well worth it if you are in the area.

An excellent hotel, which would have scored 5, had it not been for the expensive drinks, which is a shame, as it is a lovely place to stay, and not too bad a walk into the town. Pool is an excellent size, with good availability of sun loungers, and catches the breeze nicely. Cleanliness is exceptional, as are the staff, who are both friendly and professional.

As perfect a luxury holiday hotel as you can find! With amazing views over the bay of Naples and Vesuvius this is such a perfect location. Do note that if you are a Hilton Honours member you can only access your additional benefits at this hotel if you book direct through Hilton, and not as part of a holiday package.

The Hilton is a great location for a trip to Sorrento. It overlooks the town and we enjoyed evening meals on the restaurant balcony with stunning views across the Gulf of Naples with Vesuvius in the background. The bar and reception are spacious and a great place to meet and relax. Service was good from the friendly staff but you do pay for it. Our room was satisfactory but had no view as it was at the rear. Also the shower was not as good as should be expected in a 4*.

Expected a bog-standard Hilton, but we were pleasantly surprised. Location is a good 20 mins walk outside of Sorrento, up quite a steep hill. Some free parking on the road or valet parking for 17 euros a day. Reception etc. lovely. Nice bar area with beautiful views of the Bay. We paid for Executive rooms and can highly recommend this. Great lounge, with a bar and a separate pool. (not huge, but good to cool down) Could eat here too, and breakfast was served here first thing. Sorrento itsel... Read more

We enjoyed a wonderful family holiday at this hotel. Great pool and good location with a nice walk into the main town. Drinks and food very expensive but would recommend a drink on the terrace with incredible views overlooking the bay

This is an excellent hotel with very spacious, beautifully appointed public areas. The sea view rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. Superb breakfast and magnificant terrace for evening dining. The tiered swimming pools are great, larger than they look and no problem getting sun loungers. Vety friendly staff. Very highly recommended.

We are 10 days in with 4 days to go, generally it's a good hotel. Those used to business travel will be OK with the accommodation, you have to accept that it is a holiday place so there will be noise from children and the occasional late night disruption from events happening at the hotel. They have a policy of not allowing people to cover sun beds early in the morning for later use, this is completely un-policed and those reminiscent of the classic German stereotype of sun bed hogging from th... Large spacious hotel with beautiful pool and sprawling lobby. We booked regular room which was adequate but very dated. We moved to remodeled side which was very nice due to noise problems since they rented space for party which ended late. The hotel shut party down at 12 but guests lingered until 130-2 am and was very accomodating. We had access to the executive lounge (hilton gold member) which has nice drinks and light snacks in the early evening and made for enjoyable happy hour with nice vi... Read more

Absolutely amazing cannot do anything but recommend this place! Set in a beautiful location over looking Sorrento and the Habour, the hotel provides a great view of Mount Vesuvius. We used the executive lounge for breakfast and spent most days on the executive floor with the pool. All day complementory snacks were avaliable which were lovely as well as access to alcohol most of the day. The service though was the best thing about tis place though, the staff serving were expectionally unders... Read more

This hotel is incredible. From the moment you walk in the door you are treated like royalty. Everywhere is very very very clean. The hotel is huge as well so there is never a lack of seats. There is an amazing bar and restaurant that looks over the bay and mount Vesuvius. There is always plenty of seats there as well. The breakfast is amazing. Plenty of choice for everyone. Very good quality. Our room was huge. Our daughter even had her own section with a full sized bed. Plenty of hangers and dr... Read more
