Stayed in this hotel on 3 occasions in last 2 years, each time we come, it gets better, we came with friends and family, in a party of 8, was concerned if our friends would appreciate what we had come to love about this hotel, and its location, the food is colourful, plenty full, and delicious, truly something for every taste, but what makes it all special, is the people who serve it, Tony and Pino are the consummate proffesionals, who lead an army of waiters to your every whim, bringing bottles of... We visited this hotel for 10 nights at the end of April. What a wonderful experience. The quality of the rooms was excellent, really comfortable and kept really tidy by room service every day. We chose a room out the back of the hotel as the hotel is quite close to the road at the front. The facilities were superb, whether it be sitting by the pool, in the bar or outside courtyard area. My husband and I stayed for two weeks, in June this year. For two years running, we had previously stayed at, the sister hotel, the Nastro Azzuro. Having experienced a wonderful time at the Nastro Azzuro, it was with a slight reservation, that we decided to try out the Atlantic Palace. How glad we are that we did! The staff here are second to none! They couldn't do enough for us and made sure everything was perfect. Our grateful thanks to the wonderful Maitre d's Tony and Pino, whose prof... Read more

This hotel is spotlessly clean and everything is of a high standard. We had a lovely room on the third floor with a beautiful sea view. We enjoyed visiting Pompeii and Vesuvius by local train and positano by bus. We also loved the Thomson excursion to Capri at late afternoon into evening. The room was really super and kept spotless. Only one complaint was that we were under the roof terrace and were kept awake a couple of times with people moving things above us. The food was amazing and Ton... Read more

Never been made to feel so welcome by all teirs of staff. This hotel is clearly very well managed. Immaculately clean, the most incredible food. Another league from other fully inclusive hotels we have experienced in the past including exotic, upmarket locations. Restaurant, bar (including pool bar) service top drawer. Great wine choice at dinner and bottles proffered rather than filled by the glass. Romantic roof top bar with great views. Some rooms are better located than others but surely thi... Read more

We have just returned from the Sensimar Atlantic Palace staying for 7 nights. The hotel staff are extremely friendly not only with the guests but also with each other in a family friendly type atmosphere. The food in the main restaurant & lunchtime over in the 3 Jacuzzi 's BBQ garden area was of an excellent variety, great quality & hot. For breakfast, pancakes, omelettes & eggs were cooked to order but pastries, cereals, fresh fruit , fresh juices including freshly made squeezed orange juice &... Read more

Just returned from a two week stay here and from start to finish everything was wonderful. Excellent staff - couldn't single anyone out because they were all lovely and friendly and they did everything to make our stay memorable. Wonderful tasty food with plenty of choice - the alfresco lunches in the garden were great with a barbecue and fresh pizzas from the pizza oven being a particular favourite. Great location - yes as mentioned by other reviewers the hotel is on a busy main road but ... Read more

The review's for this hotel are all good so that makes me suspicious, however it is the best I have ever been to. Staff are very attentive and do everything to make your stay great. They do really care, which makes it all that much better. The only thing that could improve and should is the numbers of sun beds, there is plenty of room in the garden area for these so please take away the chairs and add another 20 sun beds. Also stop the need to wait for the garden to open at 10am, this is deg... Read more

My husband and I spent two weeks at this hotel in July 2016. The staff at this hotel are excellent and they helped to make our stay more enjoyable. I must give a special mention to Lucio and lounge bar manager who were very hard working and friendly. I would recommend this hotel and would return.

Returned after 11 nights on 19 August. I have always said I will never go to the same place or hotel twice, but we are planning to return next year, need I say anymore. We could not fault this hotel, the food and service was superb. We would like to praise individual members of staff, but we can't they were all superb. We were in room 308 overlooking the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius, the road is extremely busy, but it is the Amalfi coast road and once the balcony doors were shut it was fine, and a... Read more

This hotel has many plus points including 1) excellent staff (with one or two exceptions) 2) good rooms in main building - but we found many teething problems with the room 3) good location - shuttle bus - scenery and views from Sunset Bar amazing The points where it needs to do better in order to stay good - a lot more in our view to be an excellent rating. 1) Some staff over enthusiastic and more worried about getting you to write their name down on feedback form at end of holiday than re... The main thing to recommend this hotel has to be the staff, a really lovely bunch the majority of whom are happy, cheery and extremely helpful and attentive. The restaurant and lounge staff in particular cannot be faulted. We found all the meals to be excellent and also took pack lunches on three trips which were perfect. We have just returned from our stay at The Atlantic Palace having had a good time. As detailed in some of the other reviews the hotel should address a number of issues if it wants to improve it's TripAdvisor rating. The garden area is a bit scruffy with bare muddy patches, where there should be grass and the sun lounges are in need of an overhaul. Many are broken, sagging in the middle and uncomfortable and a lot are dirty, scruffy and should be replaced. The staff were on the whole a credit to ... Read more
