Stayed in this hotel on 3 occasions in last 2 years, each time we come, it gets better, we came with friends and family, in a party of 8, was concerned if our friends would appreciate what we had come to love about this hotel, and its location, the food is colourful, plenty full, and delicious, truly something for every taste, but what makes it all special, is the people who serve it, Tony and Pino are the consummate proffesionals, who lead an army of waiters to your every whim, bringing bottles of... We visited this hotel for 10 nights at the end of April. What a wonderful experience. The quality of the rooms was excellent, really comfortable and kept really tidy by room service every day. We chose a room out the back of the hotel as the hotel is quite close to the road at the front. The facilities were superb, whether it be sitting by the pool, in the bar or outside courtyard area. A small coach is laid on for trips into town, it has to be booked in advance, but walking out the back of the ... Read more

A fantastic two week stay. We were fortunate to be located in the Annex part of the hotel, if you can definitely stay in this part. We requested to avoid a ground floor room due to reading previous reviews about bugs particularly mosquitoes. The hotel could not be faulted, service was impeccable!! All staff were more than happy to help with any requests or advice. Each meal you were treated as an individual and waited on by friendly staff who were happy to be of assistance. Spent an enjoyable week at the Atlantic Palace, on arrival in the evening we were warmly greeted with a drink and a meal ready for everyone. The room we had was at the front on the second floor and could just about see Mount Vesuvius, the room had everything you could need, the only problem we encountered was setting up the safe code, it told us to press enter, but the word was so well used that you didnâ??t know which was enter and which was close, but a trip to reception sorted that out. This is not going to be the easiest Hotel to review as most has already been said. We spent 10 nights here in early June. It was our first time in Italy and we were not really sure what to expect. The hotel is clean and well looked after and looked much more modern than the photos at Thomson which obviously needed to be updated. The food at the hotel is second to none.
