Although I do not typically enjoy staying on this side of Termini Train Station, I make an exception for the Yes Hotel. Small but modern and clean rooms, well functioning air conditioning, efficient front desk service, breakfast is Abundant and there is free WiFi in the lobby area. All this for a great price in central Rome. Many of the larger hotels in this area cost double for amenities which are not necessarily better than the Yes Hotel. This would not be my choice for a "Dream Vacation" but ... Read more

This hotel is a 5 minute walk to Roma Termini Station and has very nice restaurants nearby. The room is typically very small with small bathroom and corner shower. Its was very clean and breakfast was good not exceptional. Staff courteous but not gracious at all. WiFi was slow and weak one free device and 2 Euros for each extra. Had good Taxi to airport for 48 Euros.

Stayed for three nights with my wife and loved our time both in Rome and at the Yes Hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, from the easy check in to check out and taking care of our cases before our late afternoon flight and giving us a place to freshen up and change before leaving. We stayed in the second building which was very clean, well maintained with a comfortable bed and just two doors away from the main building. Breakfast was a highlight of the day, fresh and tasty with the ladies ens... Read more

From boiled eggs to sliced meats cheeses pastries and vegetables. This is a a B and E pretending to be a hotel. Loved it.

My family just stayed here while visiting Rome and found it to be ok, but not great. There were only 2 rooms on the ground floor and that's what we got. The rooms were small and could barely even accommodate our luggage. The bathroom was tight, especially the tiny shower where I couldn't even shave my legs. But the rooms and bedding were nice. We stayed here the night before our flight home after arriving by train from Venice. This place is a 4 minute walk from the station. Beds were comfortable and slept our family of 4. Breakfast was included and had a decent selection of continental and American style items. It's a bit far from the historic attractions but is a good compromise if on a budget.

Just back from a weekend in Rome and stayed at this hotel. Check in was easy and was able to check in before suggested time. Great location, 3 mins from termini station. We used the metro to get around as its so much quicker and don't have to wait around for it like the buses. Room was spotless although small. This hotel is conveniently located very close to termini station, which makes commute to the airport so easy! Breakfast and service was amazing.
