Hotel is very handily placed a couple of minute walk from the main train terminal, so transport options are excellent to and from the Airport. The room was acceptable, and a fair size. Power shower and very speedy in room wifi are a plus, however no tea/coffee facility in the room (cafe/bar in the lobby downstairs is probably why) Front desk staff took our bags early, so that we could sight see sooner, which is always useful. Overall, Decent value, and would stay again.

The hotel is just 5 minutes walk from Termini Station, which is the plus point of this hotel. Colosseum and Roman Forum are just walkable from the hotel, which is the plus point of the hotel. The room is clean and neat. The bathroom is good. Staff are very courteous. Reception is just OK. What is terrible is the horrible noise during early morning as the house keeping staff shift lot of things on the trolleys. Sound proofing is so bad that you can hear noise from other rooms too.

The location of this hotel is great - right beside Termini station. An easy walk to the Colloseum though we also walked to the Trevi fountain and other sites very comfortably. There are excellent restaurants within walking distance. The staff were extremely helpful - they booked a hair appointment for me and my sister in law prior to arrival at the hotel and, when my partner left an item behind, they organised to have it shipped. The room itself was very comfortable with lovely toiletries. The h... Read more

Don't be put off by exteriors. We were disappointed with room photos look better than it is. Expensive but it is a city. Hotel directions completely wrong took us long way round from train station. Hotel bar good with lots of snacks with drinks. Breakfast adequate. On whole average but colleseum awesome buy skip the line tickets. Find off st restaurants for best prices Average beer price 6. Ask for wine dell casa ( house wine) average 8 Euro for 1/2 litre. Good for short trip.

Welcome Piram Rome. 4 stars Great hotel for the tourist to base their stay. If arriving by train at Termimi station it is on the left hand side as you exit the station and one street over. The staff are excellent and very helpful.our room was compact but well appointed the best thing was it was quiet and dark for sleeping save for a bit of city noise at times. All amenities including free wifi good.  Big comfy bed. Breakfast pretty good but not outstanding. I would stay again no question.L

We were looking for a hotel to spend the day of our departure and take a shower before going to the airport. This is a very good hotel if you want to go to the airport cause it is a few steps to the train station. We didn't sleep at the hotel and we cannot give better informations than these. For those who want to visit Roma, it is a hotel near some monuments and subway. Next time I come to Rome I will stay there. Very nice price for a 4 star hotel. Room was big. Bathroom was good. This hotel is fine. Clean and comfortable, I'd recommend it most for its location. Only a stone throw from Roma Termini train station and a 15 minute walk from Colosseum, Trevvi fountain, Piazza Venezia and other landmarks, you are well placed to see some incredible sights. It took us 45 minutes to walk to Vatican city, so again, very convenient. The staff are very much a background here, there is not much opportunity to converse which is fine, but a five star review is earned by the staff a... Read more

I think this place is a great find. It's two blocks from Termini (the main train station in Rome) yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful. When you walk in there is a very nice older elegance to the style, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Well-priced, great location, nice place.

Excellent location - close to main rail station - walking distance to many attractions Clean and comfortable - some of the furniture rather dated but adequate Staff pleasant and helpful The only complaint is that the outdoor terrace was not in use - this was one of the reasons we booked this hotel Understand that renovations have to be made to parts of the hotel but the garden is still advertised as being opened when we were told that in fact it could be closed until 2017

The air conditioner in our was broken and the staff failed to fix it. It was hot like in hell and our stay was a suffer. The bathroom was somewhat dirty , and very inconvenient shower can with low pressure. However, staff was very polite and helpful, and it was obvious they try to get the hotel better and better.

A lovely hotel very close to the main station. On arrival my husband and I got a room with a view of the inner court yard which was really not what we wanted to see, so we went to reception and the lady were really good in changing our room to level 5 with a view of the street (front of hotel) which was so much better. Would definitely recommend this hotel. However note the roof garden is still not open.

We reserved our accommodation after a tip from a previous guest. The hotel is all that I expected except for a small issue. It is located in the heart of the city. You can walk to almost everywhere from their location. The front desk staff was fantastic, breakfast worth every penny, best WiFi in the city and good food in the restaurant. /we spent three nights there prior to going off on a cruise and one night prior to return to the USA after the cruise. Spacious room with clean and cosy bed. Breakfast is not too impressive but there are a lot of nice restaurant around. Price is reasonable and absolutely value for money.

We stayed here the night before our flight back to the states because it is very close to the terminal. Our expectations were pretty low as we just wanted a bed to stay in. I am completely shocked that this passes as a four star hotel. We did not receive any help from our bellman and reception was sub-par. We went up to our room and it completely smelled like cigarettes. My friend has asthma so this was a huge medical issue for her. We told the hotel of the problem and their solution was extreme... I am very disappointed with this stay as we had high hopes, but as soon as we arrived we had to face reality. We chose this hotel for its good location and the roof top terrace/garden. The location is - obviously - very convenient, but the roof garden was closed due to refurbishment - as we were informed on arrival - while it is still advertised on their website and 3rd party websites. Their ground floor bar is nice, but lack of atmosphere most likely cause of the shocking high prices, 12 Euros ... Read more

I booked this hotel based on previous reviews and was not disappointed. Getting to the hotel was easy from the airport via a shuttle bus that was a 2 minute walk our of the airport. We had planned on getting the train which was also easily accessible from the airport, but with 2 large suitcases this option seemed more appealing when we were approached by the shuttle rep. We stayed one night in this terrible hotel. 4 star hotel? No way! The standard equals max. to 2 star hostel! The room was smelly (mix of smell of cigarette, mold, drain), the furniture was highly used and laundry not clear. AC loud with no possibility to turn it off. The location of the hotel is far away to the historical centra and it is in ugly district of rail station Termini. The biggest tragedy was the communication with desk personel. We stayed for 1 night en route to Ciampino ahead of our journey home. The hotel is within 5 minutes walk of the station even though the address infers that the hotel is at the station. Impressive hotel and even though our room was classed as small it was pretty big with a large double bed and sofa in the room. Close to many places to eat so an ideal base. The hotel was presentable and tidy, the room were spacious and the bathroom clean, it was slightly dated but apart from that a nice hotel. The only disappointing element was that the roof terrace was closed for renovations. A charming, somewhat quint hotel, with no doubt some historical relevance. I recall there being an old school lift, although I don't think it was in use. Very close to restaurants, the main train station and a metro station. Overall a very pleasant experience.

This was located about a block or two from the train station in Rome. The rooms were neat and tidy with an ensuite. It was very quiet. Convenient to the Metro as well. I would not recommend the breakfast buffet. It was 16 euros per person. We decided to do it for convenience as we had a train to catch, however, it would be much better to get breakfast on the street. Much cheaper and better. Friendly staff and great price.
