Hotel is very handily placed a couple of minute walk from the main train terminal, so transport options are excellent to and from the Airport. The room was acceptable, and a fair size. Power shower and very speedy in room wifi are a plus, however no tea/coffee facility in the room (cafe/bar in the lobby downstairs is probably why) Front desk staff took our bags early, so that we could sight see sooner, which is always useful. Overall, Decent value, and would stay again.

The hotel is just 5 minutes walk from Termini Station, which is the plus point of this hotel. Colosseum and Roman Forum are just walkable from the hotel, which is the plus point of the hotel. The room is clean and neat. The bathroom is good. Staff are very courteous. Reception is just OK. What is terrible is the horrible noise during early morning as the house keeping staff shift lot of things on the trolleys. Sound proofing is so bad that you can hear noise from other rooms too.

The location of this hotel is great - right beside Termini station. An easy walk to the Colloseum though we also walked to the Trevi fountain and other sites very comfortably. There are excellent restaurants within walking distance. The staff were extremely helpful - they booked a hair appointment for me and my sister in law prior to arrival at the hotel and, when my partner left an item behind, they organised to have it shipped. Hotel bar good with lots of snacks with drinks. Breakfast adequate. On whole average but colleseum awesome buy skip the line tickets. Find off st restaurants for best prices Average beer price 6. Ask for wine dell casa ( house wine) average 8 Euro for 1/2 litre. Good for short trip.

Welcome Piram Rome. 4 stars Great hotel for the tourist to base their stay. If arriving by train at Termimi station it is on the left hand side as you exit the station and one street over. The staff are excellent and very helpful.our room was compact but well appointed the best thing was it was quiet and dark for sleeping save for a bit of city noise at times. All amenities including free wifi good.  Big comfy bed. Breakfast pretty good but not outstanding. I would stay again no question.L

This is a very good hotel if you want to go to the airport cause it is a few steps to the train station. We didn't sleep at the hotel and we cannot give better informations than these. For those who want to visit Roma, it is a hotel near some monuments and subway. Next time I come to Rome I will stay there. Very nice price for a 4 star hotel. Room was big. Bathroom was good. This hotel is fine. Clean and comfortable, I'd recommend it most for its location. Only a stone throw from Roma Termini train station and a 15 minute walk from Colosseum, Trevvi fountain, Piazza Venezia and other landmarks, you are well placed to see some incredible sights. It took us 45 minutes to walk to Vatican city, so again, very convenient. I think this place is a great find. It's two blocks from Termini (the main train station in Rome) yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful. When you walk in there is a very nice older elegance to the style, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Well-priced, great location, nice place.

A lovely hotel very close to the main station. On arrival my husband and I got a room with a view of the inner court yard which was really not what we wanted to see, so we went to reception and the lady were really good in changing our room to level 5 with a view of the street (front of hotel) which was so much better. We stayed here the night before our flight back to the states because it is very close to the terminal. Our expectations were pretty low as we just wanted a bed to stay in. The location is - obviously - very convenient, but the roof garden was closed due to refurbishment - as we were informed on arrival - while it is still advertised on their website and 3rd party websites. While only a couple of blocks from Roma Termini, this rather grand old hotel is light years away from the chaos and crowds of the station. We had a large, very comfortable and quiet room and had chosen the hotel for the easy walk to catch the Leonardo Express to the airport the following morning. A heavy thunderstorm had knocked out the power just as we were about to check in, so hotel management sent us to the bar and comped our drinks while we waited for the power to be restored.

After reading some of the reviews I must admit I was a bit worried but I had no reason to be. The hotel is lovely and is situated right by the main station therefore it is easy to reach everywhere. Reception staff were friendly and the breakfast was fabulous, a huge choice and the cakes were amazing. We stayed in a first floor room at the back of the hotel the view wasn't brilliant but it was lovely and quiet, roomy and clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a cheap... I' ve been in this hotel for 5 nights. My check out was today. The photos in display are far from the reality. The room is quite simple, the closet doesn't have doors and the staff is cold and distant. The breakfast is good but very expensive. It's better to take the breakfast in the Termini station that is one block from the hotel and pay 5 euros than to pay 16 euros per person. I won't repeat this experience. There are better options in Rome.

Only stayed 1 night here, booked it last minute for the last night of our holiday, lovely old hotel, a few minutes walk from the train station, reasonable sized rooms, our bathroom was a bit on the small side, but it was very reasonably priced for Rome. Very good selection at breakfast, wasn't too busy and it was easy to find a table, a good choice of hot and cold food. Pleanty of restauants on the door step, as well as tourist shops. Reception are pleasant and helpful, would be happy to stay ag... Read more

I chose this hotel because it was very near to Rome Termini station and I had read about the Leonardo Express train which takes you directly from Flumicino airport directly to Rome main station. It is also where the two tube lines cross so it provides good access. Hotel was lovely inside with well equipped room with nice bathroom including double shower and a bidet. But breakfast was expensive so we chose to eat out at one of the many cafes nearby used by the locals.

There is nothing wrong with this hotel, but equally there is nothing great about it. The room was very clean, spacious but also very basic. We picked this hotel as it was close to Termini Station and great location in general. If you're looking for a base hotel that you won't spend any time in then this hotel will suit you fine.

We have returned from our 4 night stay in piram hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly but we were not impressed with the hotel at all. On booking the hotel the selling point for us was that there was a rooftop bar and hottub which was actually completely closed down. And nobody told us. The breakfast was ‚?¨16 per person per day we thought that was pretty steep and certainly didn't look worth it so we never bothered! The bedroom was clean and tidy but alot of the plug points didn't work ... Read more

Hotel location is great, and it's clean, but that's about it. Hotel and room is extremely dated not like the picture they show you when you book. Construction noise was horrible during our entire stay, there was a worker right outside our window doing repairs all day from 8 am pounding away. overpriced breakfast at 16 euro a person. 3 star hotel at most. Would not recommend.

This hotel was a clean comfortable hotel very close to the Termini. Close to many attractions in the centre of Rome. Facilities were very good and although we didnot eat in the hotel. People staying in the hotel did say the breakfast was lovely.

Nice hotel. Good room and good service. We did not use the restaurant. Good location close to city, close to Roma termini. We may come back. Our minus is that reception should be better in understanding English

The Welcome Piram Hotel offers competitively-priced accommodation in an excellent location for exploring Rome. It's close to the Termini station - just a two minute walk - but tucked one street behind it which means the street outside isn't noisy. In fact the only real noise we suffered was from bottles being thrown into bins in the alleyway our room faced onto, and the terrible creaking noise of the hoist of the lorry which came to collect the bins - Rome's municipality needs some WD40 for t... Looked great in pictures and reviews seemed to be pretty good. We booked far in advance with no notice of some very heavy construction taking place. We received a room that was covered in dirt, plaster and dust; I am not one to complain but this was so bad, we couldn't walk around the room without shoes, the counters, tables and floors were covered in dirt. So much so that you couldn't place anything anywhere without it covering you in the same dirt. When we sat on the bed our clothes turned a... Read more

The highlights of this hotel are: the location , a few steps from the Termini station and close to restaurantes; the bed and pillows, which are extremely comfortable; and the wi-fi connection, high-speed and stable. The room, although not very spacious, is silent and nice to stay for a few days. There is an electric kettle with complimentary coffee and tea, which is a big plus, and also a minibar. There is no safe box. The breakfast is way too expensive (16 euros), so I cant comment about it bec... Read more

Recently stayed in the Hotel Piram for a city break, the hotel is undoubtedly welcoming by staff and presentation of the building itself is of a high standard. The room was spacious and clean and the curtains blacked out the morning sun which was perfect for a lie in; only downside was that we looked out directly into another persons room and centre of the building which was under construction. Unaware of the heavy construction we did wake up to loud bangs against our wall, major flaw was I felt... Read more

The hotel was average and I wouldn't recommend to stay, the rooms were okay, however every morning I was woken up to banging and crashing from the men working directly out my window I could hear them speaking also. I found that there hotel staff wasn't that welcoming but that may be just due to none English. 50euro was taken from room which ruin the holiday a little.

This hotel is situated near the Termini train station which makes it ideal to get to any destination via Metro/bus/train. It is only three stops away from the Spanish Steps. The staff are very helpful. We did not get the hotel breakfast but opted instead to pick up something lite at the train station en route to sight seeing. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was excellent. It was a short walk from the tourist areas about (20mins) to the colosseum, trevi fountain, spanish steps etc. We purchased travel passes but did not need them as everything was within walking distance. If you do decide to use the public transport, Termini station and various bus stops are just a two minute walk from the hotel. So you can take a 4 euro terravision bus from the airport to Termini and just do the short walk to the hotel. The hotel was very nice and th... Read more

Clean hotel. Room a bit on small side with very little storage space but was clean and comfortable. Well situated for coliseum and Romantic Forum. Good restaurants close by. Staff well presented and polite.

I picked this hotel because of its close proximity to the Termini station. Its a very charming hotel and I only had 2 complaints: there seemed to be no AC so the room was VERY hot. Thankfully it was cool outside at night, so we were able to open the windows to let some cool air in. This was very hard to sleep though as the street the hotel is on is very busy and VERY noisy. The new windows they installed kept the noise out amazingly, but we just couldn't bear the lack of AC and had to try to sle... Read more
