Una has exceeded my expectations each time over the last five years. Well trained staff and unlike many Italian hotel employees which make you feel you are there to serve them and they are doing you a favor to just be there. UNA team members are a great contrast to the normal Italian hotel staff and it is refreshing.

Just confirms all the reviews that we had read, thank you Trip Advisor's reviews. Went on a weekend to Watch England play rugby, upgraded to a suite room. It was excellent. The service was exceptional, location, the room was all just brilliant with our own patio/roof top private space. Couldn't fault it. Genuinely recommend this place, just awesome (from a seasoned traveller) and overall for what we got, brilliant value. Excellent for couples

We choose this hotel because of its proximity to the train station but we were pleasantly surprised by it. Having been to Rome many times this was our nicest experience in a hotel there. It is obviously newly renovated and extremely well appointed. Staff is very friendly and accommodating and rooms are well decorated and quite spacious. Bed quality is excellent and breakfast was plentiful. Definitely worth staying in!!!

A wonderful hotel near termini that is modern very clean and had free wifi and minibar. Executive room (426) was v. large by Euro standards and had a great bed/sheets and the bathroom was a good size with a great shower over the bath. Location was very convenient to all of Rome and had some great eating nearby. Completely diff to all the older hotels in Rome. Free minibar would be a great thing on those hot summer days. A great Rome hotel to stay in. Many thanks.

The hotel we stayed in the night before Una was horrible and $50 higher than Una so we were not expecting much. l What a fantastic surprise to be received by a fast, friendly, and efficient girl (Rosa) at the front desk. Truthfully a 4.5, but since that's not an option, I gave it a 4. Good: location, staff is friendly and speak excellent English, rooms are modern & clean. Not so good: the pillows are flat & lousy, the bidet leaks even though we haven't been using it, also (pet peeve) not enough places to hang towels in the bathroom.

All the staff were very helpful except one (female)- the one in grey suit without glasses. She preferred serving a white person first who was behind me and told me to wait. After traveling thru Italy on our family vacation, The UNA Hotel was our last stay before leaving Rome. The location was convenient near the Tremini Train station and other wonderful sites in Rome. The staff was very helpful and check us in early after arriving from Florence. The room was the best of our travels. Clean, spacious with a wonderful bathroom and internet that worked. We wished we would have stayed at this hotel earlier in our trip. I would absolutely recommend this hotel while sta... Read more

Unbelievably good service and experience from Una restaurant Rome tonight (05/09/2016). My partner and I stopped off after a visit to the Collosium, as we fancied an authentic (yet relatively refined) Italian meal. We received outstanding service from the staff, including two delicious surprise taster courses (for which we were not charged). The restaurant itself is decorated to suit a high end clientele (which we initially mistook for being extremely expensive). We paid ?59 for two (fantastic... Read more

Good location but would like tea and coffee in the rooms. Was close to restaurants, attractions and shopping. Public transport close by. Staff were helpful when you had questions. Bar area was great for meeting friends.

I have returned to UNA Hotel Roma on the occasion of a convention, where I spent few nights. The rooms are clean and well-appointed and have everything you could need, and if you book any category from superior room onward minibar and internet are free! I had a room with a terrace and the view over there is breath taking! I loved the bathroom, it had an amazing rain shower-head that is so relaxing after a day out. Breakfast in the restaurant was well presented with a lots of options, from sweet... Read more

Booked this hotel for 3 nights after reviewing others in its price range. Location is right next to termini station and great for getting around. We walk almost everywhere and when we chose to take public transport it's very easy. Rooms are clean and up to date with a great shower. Breakfast buffet is included, food is fresh and good (better than expected) Only downside, reception staff should be a bit more friendly. Will stay again due to great pints listed above.

Very clean, a good 4 star. Helpful and friendly staff. Seriously close to the station, 3 min walk;- exit the station on the left hand side, cross the road and take the first left following the tram lines and you can see the edge of Una Hotel on your right. No hassle with airport transfers if you take the express train (30mins) into the station and walk to hotel. Also very close to the Hop-on Hop-off Bus termini so plenty of empty buses to choose from. The metro is there too although we didn't... Read more

We give this hotel 4 stars based on European standards. In North America, it would probably be 3 or maybe 3.5. The hotel is well located. Only a block from the train station, and a half hour walk to major sites like the Coliseum, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. There are dozens of restaurants around the hotel. The rooms are nicely refurbished, but small, in an old very solid building which is quiet. There is a good blackout curtain on the window for sleeping late if desired. The bathroom is ... Read more

Really nice hotel. Close to everything with a pair of fresh legs. Rooms spacious, excellent bed and bathroom. Service very good and helpful. Nice breakfast even if the coffee is very thin according to italian standards, americanized maybe? Bar with happy hour every gives a nice touch to this hotel. Overall good value for money.

Four minutes walk from the train station and close to Cafes and restaurants made this hotel a great choice. Friendly efficient staff made us comfortable. Our room was clean and modern. Staff showed us how to get around and were very helpful.

We stayed here for four nights. I chose the hotel for its location, close to the railway station and attractions. Colosseum was about 20min walk. the hop on hop off bus starts its run close by and is worth getting on at stop no.1, we used it every day. The staff were very good, polite, helpful. The room was great, breakfast good, bar very welcoming and early evening we had complimentary nibbles with a drink before heading out to eat, plenty of great restaurants close by. If we visit Rome again I... Read more

The hotel is unassuming from the outside, but once you step into the lobby, you realize it is very nice inside and you're in a 4 star hotel. The hotel is full service and has beautiful rooms that are very spacious, and a very accommodating and helpful staff. The location is perfect being close to the train station. Many excellent restaurants close by including the hotel restaurant. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The Hotel was excellent with very well appointed rooms and helpful staff. My wife and I stayed to explore Rome on holiday and the staff help us plan our trip and told us the best parts of the city to visit. We returned each night tired and footsore but the Hotel was impeccable and we couldn't recommend it highly enough. Brilliant king-sized bed and free mini-bar plus a huge bathroom. The only slight negative. The free wi-fi was a little slow. Truly Excellent!

Stayed here as part of an Italy tour group. Probably the best hotel of all the eight was used during the trip in terms of comfort and amenities. Close to the train station which is good and bad since it's away from the heart of Rome and all the benefits that go along that. We booked an additional day at the beginning of the trip and I enjoyed an excellent breakfast in the handsome dining room. On the second day, now having joined our tour group breakfast was served in a cramped and remote dining... Read more

Una hotel is in a perfect location if you are travelling in to Rome by train. 5 minutes from the station; wonderful hotel. Knowledgeable staff. A relaxed and comfortable hotel and even though it is near the station it is quiet. We would recommend the bar for a relaxing drink after a long day in Rome. Great cocktails.

I stayed here several years ago and returned for two nights before a cruise and three nights afterwards. Since the hotel had been outstanding the first time, my husband and I returned with another couple. This time, we were given a room facing a noisy side street with tram going late into the night and starting early in the morning. Street musicians, rowdy diners in restaurants across the way detracted from a good night's sleep. The hotel needs upkeep. There were splotches on the walls, st... Read more
