Una has exceeded my expectations each time over the last five years. Well trained staff and unlike many Italian hotel employees which make you feel you are there to serve them and they are doing you a favor to just be there. UNA team members are a great contrast to the normal Italian hotel staff and it is refreshing.

Just confirms all the reviews that we had read, thank you Trip Advisor's reviews. Went on a weekend to Watch England play rugby, upgraded to a suite room. It was excellent. The service was exceptional, location, the room was all just brilliant with our own patio/roof top private space. Couldn't fault it. Genuinely recommend this place, just awesome (from a seasoned traveller) and overall for what we got, brilliant value. Excellent for couples

We stayed here for 2 nights at the start of a 14 day tour. The hotel was very clean and quite nice. It is within walking distance of many wonderful cafes and shops. The Train station is only a couple of blocks away from this location. I would recommend this hotel of you are staying in Rome .

We choose this hotel because of its proximity to the train station but we were pleasantly surprised by it. Having been to Rome many times this was our nicest experience in a hotel there. It is obviously newly renovated and extremely well appointed. Staff is very friendly and accommodating and rooms are well decorated and quite spacious. Bed quality is excellent and breakfast was plentiful. Definitely worth staying in!!!

Stayed here in early May! great hotel close to the train station and about 20 mins walk to the coliseum. We got to the hotel about 13.00 and they let us check in early. We paied for the upgrade and was not dissapointed. Free mini bar was great to be able to use aswell! Rooms are modern and clean, our room also had a speaker in the bathroom! so could still hear the TV whilst having a shower. Breakfast was great! lots of choice. couldnt get a better hotel in Rome! A wonderful hotel near termini that is modern very clean and had free wifi and minibar. Executive room (426) was v. large by Euro standards and had a great bed/sheets and the bathroom was a good size with a great shower over the bath. Location was very convenient to all of Rome and had some great eating nearby. Completely diff to all the older hotels in Rome. Free minibar would be a great thing on those hot summer days. A great Rome hotel to stay in. Many thanks.

the hotel is located 3 minutes walk from termini station thus making touring the city extra easy. it feels completely renovated and the rooms are comfortable and clean and the bathroom is spacious and convenient. the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful with tips on where to go, areas for nightlife etc. i haven't tried the restaurant but breakfast was very good and varied with an assortment of cheese, meat, pastries, fruit etc. and lots of coffee. all in all - highly recommended.

We stayed here for 3 nights for the first stop on our honeymoon, the hotel is really in a great location, close to the termini station which meant not confusing taxi or bus ride and long walks from arriving off the Leonardo express, the staff were extremely welcoming having about 3 people on the desk, two valets a door man and another person to stand welcoming you pretty much every time you walk in, everybody is always smiling and happy to help with any tourist info, taxi bookings hotel reservat... I had a single room, spacious and comfortable. I did not like the bath with high sides, somewhat of a problem. My nephew had a double room with spacious walk in shower. The hotel location is only 5 minutes awa fory from Termini Station; it is walking distance from a number of main attractions.

We visit 4 other cities and hotels in Italy before coming to Una Hotel Roma. The hotel we stayed in the night before Una was horrible and $50 higher than Una so we were not expecting much. l What a fantastic surprise to be received by a fast, friendly, and efficient girl (Rosa) at the front desk. The hotel is beautiful, all the amenities are top notch. The rooms were gorgeous. It was a wonderful visit. We were leaving at 7 a.m. the next morning and they gave us breakfast boxes to go and they... Read more

We booked this hotel literally last minute (as our very delayed plane was taking off), and it was a delight! Lovely staff, gorgeous room (and even more gorgeous shower), and really, really close to the train station. I would recommend this to anyone!

We booked this hotel after reading reviews and were not disappointed. Staff very helpful and very friendly from the moment we arrived to the time we left. It is very close to the main railway station and we used the hotel as a base to go to Venice and Florence which I might say we did in one day but wished we had more time to spend at Venice and Florence. The hotel was very clean, very modern inside, it looked like the whole place had been fully renovated even the outside of the building and very... Read more

We stayed for 2 nights and it was very nice. About a 20 minute walk to the Forum and Colloseum. It was in a bit quieter neighborhood but there were plenty of restaurants and shops close by. The cable car runs right by the hotel and the train station is maybe 2 blocks away.

I picked this hotel fromTrip Advisor reviews and because of its proximity to the station; it is only about 5 minutes away. It has well presented main floor facilities and my room was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also good. I will definitely stay here again when in Rome.

Truthfully a 4.5, but since that's not an option, I gave it a 4. Good: location, staff is friendly and speak excellent English, rooms are modern & clean. Not so good: the pillows are flat & lousy, the bidet leaks even though we haven't been using it, also (pet peeve) not enough places to hang towels in the bathroom.

Slow C/in processes, good staff at the restaurant, we made the reservation through booking.com and paid lots of money for 1 night and got the worst room !!!! The explanation was " because the hotel is full and you stay only for one night" really !!!!!!!!!!!

I agree with all the reviews in that this is a modern and well appointed hotel in an excellent position. The room we finally ended up staying in was spacious, with comfortable beds and a real sense of style. The bar downstairs is great for happy hour cocktails and the apperitivo is not bad either. A cool place to prepare for the evening ahead. It would have been a perfect stay except for the incident at check in. When we arrived the receptionist was efficient and processed us quickly. UNA is conveniently located one block from the Termini train station. We arrived very tired after a 6-hour train trip. The staff greeted us warmly and upgraded our room to a suite at no extra charge. The suite was spacious and very comfortable. The shower is state of the art with excellent water pressure. There is also a bathtub with high sides, so some individuals may find it difficult to get in and out of (especially if they have any sort of physical disability). For us, it was an oasis -... This is the second UNA we stayed in this trip, very satisfied. Very clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable furniture. All the staff were very helpful except one (female)- the one in grey suit without glasses. She preferred serving a white person first who was behind me and told me to wait. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Thick towels, slippers (if you ask), safe in the room, air condition worked well. All and all, I was very pleased. There was a laundromat near by, very convenient.

Relaxed and Fun is what the Hotel Una Roma in Rome was all about! Worth staying at, since it's so centrally located. Clean stylish, modern and the rooms are so comfortable. Furnished well, the rooms are aesthetically fitted and offer good views of the Italian city life. The street is a popular one with many many restaurants offering good Italian food. With the proximity to the streets, the noise levels can get a little disturbing if you wish to rest at an odd hour or make it an early night. But ... Read more

We were immediately upgraded upon arrival to a top floor suite with a balcony. The room was very modern and comfortable. There was a free happy hour that night with small plates that were delicious. Because we had to check out at 6 am and would be missing breakfast the front desk staff provided us with breakfast bags to go. Overall very happy with experience. Welcoming! Polite! Informative! These are words that describe the front desk staff, when we came in yesterday, from an overseas flight. Soooooo well located! If you are looking for an hotel near the train, Termini, this is it. When you come out at the end of the terminal it is only 1 1/2 block away. We had a fair amount of luggage ( we are taking a cruise after) and had no issue pulling them to the hotel. We were unsure of the location and really it is safe and really pleasant because many... After a trip in Paris where we experienced issues at one of our hotels - we weren't expecting too much in the next leg of our European vacation in Rome but the UNA Hotel Roma left us wowed. Let me preface this review by admitting that my daughter and I are cynical ex- New Yorkers. Nothing is usually ever good enough, fast enough or done to our satisfaction.
