Stayed 1 night in May. Stayed several nights in 2015. The location is ideal for touring with key attractions like the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Pantheon all within walking distance, although Via Condotti is pretty noisy until late into the evening. The fit out of the rooms is probably not quite 5 star standard but the staff is friendly and efficient. We were able to access our room at 10.30am. Breakfast was on the rooftop terrace and the food and drink selection there was very good.... Read more

We stayed 4 nights in Rome at this hotel and the best part about it is the location! It was super safe, the service was impeccable - the staff was beyond hospitable, and the rooftop patio is lovely! You will receive attention that you my not be able to get in big hotels. It's one of my favourite hotels!

We stayed for three nights last week - Monday to Thursday. This is a very special hotel, the staff were exceptional, the breakfasts and afternoon tea on the terrace were delicious, the room (211) was lovely and the location was perfect. Pretty much all the many, many wonderful sites of Rome are walkable from the hotel. We will definitely visit Rome again and will stay here for sure.

We loved this charming hotel. First of all, the staff is very accomodating, friendly and incredibly helpful. The rooftop lounge is a little oasis in the hustling city of Rome. You can have breakfast there and from 5-8pm I would highly recomend having an apertivo or prosecco there before dinner plans. The location is amazing...you can walk to just about anywhere. Near to lots of great restaurants and shops. We loved our 5 night stay and we hope to be back soon. I give The Inn at t... Read more

We stayed here for the past four nights in the suite facing the Spanish Steps. The suite was fabulous and everything we look for! The service was excellent, in the dining area, upon arrival and check-out, and was able to get us into several exclusive restaurants with short notice calls. The location was excellent and regardless where you plan to spend your time, it's very conveniently located. We did not use the Metro station at all, but if you are looking to use that, it's located right acr... Read more

My husband and I booked a one night stay in the studio apartment prior to embarking on a cruise. We were warmly welcomed by the hotel staff and immediately felt like we were home! The location could not be more perfect, right next to the newly restored Spanish steps, near the very center of Rome. Would most definitely stay here again and hopefully for a longer span of days!

We recently stayed at this hotel for two days after a Mediterranean cruise. This hotel and staff were absolutely wonderful and so accommodating. We were very lucky enough to have been upgraded to the penthouse with our own private rooftop patio which overlooked Via Condetti ave. Our rooms overlooked the Spanish Steps and the busy plaza. The stay at this hotel put a perfect end to a perfect vacation. The icing on the cake!

We have just come back from a short break, what a lovely hotel. All the staff were very friendly couldn't do enough for you. We have to mention Ava who was so friendly and knowledgable of the area such a credit to the hotel. We had a superior room which was lovely, more than enough room for the two of us. loved the separate dressing room space and the bathroom was a decent size and all very clean. It is already the second time that I have stayed at this hotel. First time in March and now in June. The location is absolutely fabulous. Just on via dei Condotti in the middle of the shopping paradise and the Spanish Steps. You can easily walk to all sight seeing places that you need to see while in Rome. The staff is very nice and attentive. We booked a superior double and got upgraded (I'm a member of SLH). We got the suite with terrace and spanish steps view. Just wow! It was not in the same... My husband and I were in Rome and Firenze for our honeymoon in Nov-Dec '15 and this was our 'Splurge' place for one night. The location is fabulous. It is the most happening street in Rome with shoppers all the time, beautifully decorated for XMas, the top luxury stores in the world all around you. The hotel itself has two buildings, the reception, restaurants and few rooms (we guessed the more expensive ones) in the main building and a second building a few doors down. This was our first trip to Italy and we were a bit intimidated by Rome but they made us feel so at ease, offering us cappuccino on the terrace, suggesting somewhere for a quick bite for lunch and answering all our questions. We stayed at the property on Via Della Croce, 2. It was great! Centrally located and the roof-top terrace gives you a spectacular and 360-degree view of the city. The elevator is a bit on the small side and of the old-world style -- it might make you uncomfortable the first times you use it if you are not familiar, but you get the hang of it pretty quickly. The staff was great and very helpful -- Cristin, Max, Mike, Steven, Andrea, Kathy, Marco, etc. Thank you so much!

We loved the location of this hotel. It was central to most of the sites and great restaurants nearby. The hotel has an old world feel and the staff was somewhat helpful. I say somewhat because we found there to be a language barrier. They did their best to be helpful, and I think it's a bit arrogant to expect others to be fluent in our language in their country.
