The staff are very friendly The rooms are modern and new You also get the first round of the mini bar for free so you will also have to pay for another round of water the next day. The location however is great! And ask staff for help with sites they are very helpful

This place set the standard for our trip. Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Breakfast was great. I would recommend to everyone try for the breakfast included bundle. Hotel is well situated in Rome, minutes away from coliseum and 15 away from Termini by walk.

We travelled as two couples, both of us had room upgrades, I had cake and birthday greetings from management which was a lovely gesture. Staff were so helpful, giving directions and recommending a good restaurant. Our room was really nice and we had a free mini bar with water and soft drinks. We chose to have breakfast and this was presented well and had a great selection of hot and cold food. We got the bus from the airport, this takes about an hour an stops at the Rome Termini then a taxi to ... Read more

We adored our stay here. The room was perfect, clean and tidy and the mini bar was great to have. Walking distance to all major attractions throughout, great central location. Well priced and definitely would recommend.

Me and my patner found the experience of staying at this hotel excellent. The staff where loverly, and some knew we were a gay couple and had no problem with it. The hotel is beautifully designed with a modern design, which flows through both the main and annex building even to rooms. Our room was in the annex building, and even for the cheapest option felt like we where staying in luxury suite. The hotel is in a great location with being close to near enough most of the tourist destinations and... Read more

My partner and I just stayed 4 nights/5 days in this hotel. We stayed in the annex part of this hotel which did not bother us at all, it is literally 10yards from the actual hotel itself. The rooms were big and clean, the floor a little creaky and the beds need some sort of rug underneath them as they make a noise just by getting into them. The shower is actually in the hotel room itself and not sectioned off by a bathroom. The toilet is just corned off by a sliding door (some people might find... Read more

We had a prepaid booking for three nights this weekend, and an emergency kept us from traveling (my partner was envolved in a car accident and is in the hospital!) Reservation department said that their policy is very strict and no changes will be allowed! Not even a delay for a different date. . We even offered to provide proof from the hospital that she is not in a medical condition to travel. But non of this helped, and we were fully charged for the whole amount. Just FYI guys, Be well and s... Read more

This is a fine hotel in a great location. The rooms are nicely designed (ours had a balcony facing Via Milano), the hotel dining and bar area have a really modern feel about them, and all the staff are really friendly and helpful. Perhaps one thing that wefound odd is that the bath amenities were not refilled/replaced. We stayed for three night and ran out of shower gel after the first.

really impressed with the hotel! Rooms are lovely, everything you need in a hotel after a long walk around Rome. Location was brilliant, 5 minutes walk into the city! Only downfall for us was the breakfast, really not much choice or quality!! But there is a lovely cafe 100m down the road from the hotel, great coffee and pastries etc for half the price! Oh and if your in the new section of the hotel...don't stay in the rooms opposite the cleaners cupboard, otherwise you will be woken up at 7am ev... Read more

Me and my partner stayed here between 17th-20th January. At check in we were given a free upgrade to room 602. The room was perfect, we were so happy with it. Had our own balcony and the mini bar which was free. Everything is walking distance from this hotel. Breakfast was very good. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. When we checked out they kept our bags for us. We couldn't have picked a better hotel. If we ever go back to Rome, I would stay here again. Thank you so much for a grea... Read more
