We had a short one night stay in Rome. We tried to pick a central place to stay. We arrived at 1pm and our hotel room was not ready so we decided to eat in the hotel's restaurant while waiting. After eating and surfing the web, we were able to check in to our room. By the time we arrived to our room (in the annex building), our bags were waiting. The room was spacious, modern and included a balcony terrace, but the shower/bathroom setup was pretty weird. There was no actual door, simply a part... Read more

My girlfriend and I loved this hotel and would highly recommend. It is in walking distance to most thing even tho we walked all the way to Vatican City and back. The staff were great and give you a map of everything to visit around Rome. I would recommend to book a private transfer if you are staying for a long weekend cause you don't want to waste any time. We stayed in the Anex that is 10 meters down the road from the main hotel and it was really nice the room was big and very luxurious. Overa... Read more

When in Rome you are not in your room much. This is the perfect hotel in a great location. It was a 10-15 minutes to Trevi and same to the Colosseum. Everything was clean and bed was comfortable. Everything in the fridge in the room was free or part of the stay. I could not have asked for a better hotel in Rome. Please not there is one hotel with two parts. They are two door apart but we stayed in the part without the lobby. I had no problem with this but was a little confused on check in. Al... Read more

The hotel is located just of Via Nationale which is ideal for visiting all of the tourist sites in the city centre. It is about a 10 minute walk to the Forum and further 10 to the Colleseum. Went here with my mom for a mother daughter trip. From the second we arrived, the hotel took great care of us. They gave insider tips about the best caffe in Rome, brought our bags to our room for us. The room was spacious and lovely, perfect for what we needed, and centrally located to just about everything. It was clean, and the breakfast had everything you could have needed. They had free snacks in the afternoon and made reservations for us and called cabs. Everything you could have asked for... I had two stays here a few days apart. The first stay was for 2 nights and then a second stay of 1 night. The location of the hotel is in a relatively quiet street off the beaten tourist path which was great, however only a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. It was only a short taxi ride from Roma Termini station (EUR 9). Taxis are great in Rome and given the heat when I was there found these quite convenient to getting where I needed to. I stayed in this hotel and thought it was a great base to explore Rome. Everything is within walking distance (even the Vatican) and the rooms are clean and modern. However the hotel was let down by a few things; 1. Not soundproof as advertised. I visited with my friend in early September, we had a double room and upon arrival received a free upgrade. However the room we had been upgraded to was very very small, there was barely any space. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was lovely and modern. We had a small balcony but it was poorly kept and had 2 plastic chairs and a small table with a dirty ashtray on it. It was a bit dingy and we didn't particularly care to spend any time sat out there, it needed at least a lick of paint. ... Read more

Good location. Easy walking distance or a short cab ride to most tourist spots. Nice, clean room. Friendly staff. Convenient bar and restaurant. We had a balcony with a table and chairs which was nice for morning coffee and to relax. Easy access to good restaurants.

I arrived a day early to Rome so I figured I would stay here first to see if I liked it before deciding weather or not to stay here for the rest if the week The guest services person who checked me in was extremely polite and helpful and so was her associate who walked me up to my room. We stayed at Rome Times Hotel for 3 nights. For the above average price we paid I expected an above average experience. Our bathroom sink was clogged and our shower had no shelves for shampoo/soap. The hotel indicated the minibar was free for the first round of water, snacks, and juices, however, there was nothing to be found in the "minibar" except 2 bottles of water. I'm not sure why everyone is raving about the breakfast as it was nothing special. You won't go hungry but for ?15+/person w... Read more

We have just returned from a two night stay at this hotel. The hotel is as described only a 10 minute walk from Termini. Its a beautiful boutique hotel. We were checked in quickly and as we arrived late in the evening the free one time use of the mini bar of water, Sprite, coke and biscuits was very welcome. Our room was well proportioned however it was in the middle of the hotel and although it had two windows there were just two staircases to look at. Breakfast had a couple of hot items o... Read more

This hotel has a great location for all the tourist sights such as the trevi fountain, colosseum and Spanish steps only being around a 15 min walk away maximum. The hotel was very clean and of nice modern style. The only down points about this hotel were that I made my booking 5 months in advance and asked for an early check in and this couldn't be accommodated for..? And also in our room you can hear the drains and pipes of all the nearby rooms for some reason, so whenever someone used their ba... Read more

Stayed as couple for 4 nights in September 2016. A boutique type hotel, part of the Mood Hotels chain, with a pleasant reception area, helpful staff and all very smart and clean. Room was fine, modern shower, though there is no mirror outside of the bathroom. Bed very comfortable, plenty of wardrobe space and safe (free). Free wi-fi, large television, and decent air-conditioning (which you will need on) which was a tad noisy. Bar very pleasant, though expensive. Excellent breakfast, continental ... Read more

My wife and I spent a long weekend in Rome earlier in October and chose this hotel for its location; we were not disappointed. Just off the Via Nazionale but in a quiet street, we had a Superior room, recently updated/renovated, away from the street on the 4th floor. A large comfortable bed (just right, not too hard!), tea & coffee making facilities, complimentary soft drinks and snacks in the fridge, free wifi, bath and power shower; only the breakfast fell short of our expectations, with ins... This is a nice, clean modern looking hotel in a good location near all the big tour spots. The rooms look really nice (we had room 312) but have poor lighting and little place to put your stuff in the room. The bathroom is large but has little place for you things. The TV is nice but has now English channels, so they have to load these onto the set, which took them 3 days to get us just 2 channels, and we never were able to get CNN nor BBC.The breakfast service provides a really great layout of ... The location was fantastic and the area was very nice, not as touristy and on a road with many designer clothing shops and restaurants nearby also. 15-20min walk from Termini (although get a cab if you have hold luggage because some cobbled roads are tricky to navigate with wheeled suitcases - about 10 EUR) 10min walk from the Trevi, 10-15min walk to the Colosseum/Palatino/Roman Forum, 5min walk from the Repubblica Metro Station...
