The Rome Life Hotel is located within walking distance of all the main tourist sites in Rome. The Vatican was a bit further out but still only a 40 minute stroll along some wonderful Rome streets and the Tiber river. The hotel staff were friendly and all had a good level of English. Breakfasts were good and there was a reasonable choice of both hot and cold food although there was little variety from day to day. As you would expect, the cappuccinos offered with your breakfast were wonderful... Read more

We stayed in a junior suite May 14-23, 2016. We arrived early AM (10:30), happily greeted by Mauricio and led to our room. The reception staff was helpful with all requests. But, the lovely Rosanna was especially helpful and friendly with any questions, recommendations or maps. Our junior suite was clean and had great air conditioning. The rooftop was lovely for coffee in the AM and for a pre/post dinner cocktail. The breakfast buffet was extremely plentiful (hot/cold dishes). Federico wa... Read more

Every morning the waiter remembered my coffee order and brought to over without me asking, the service was just perfect not too OTT and not too lax. The entire team were amazingly attentive, looked after our needs with our 10 month old daughter, recommended places to visit, booked restaurants and provided extras such as a cot bed, sterlising equipment etc that we needed at the drop of a hat. The hotel itself is modern, centrally located and i would certainly stay here again. We stayed in a suite... Read more

The service at this hotel was simply outstanding! Nothing was too much for the staff and were very helpful with any queries.. I actually visited the hotel for my 30th birthday, and upon a request from my friends, decorated my room with balloons and delivered me two cakes on the day which was lovely of them and definitely helped making my day memorable.. The location is brilliant as all the main attractions are in a walkable distance and hotel standards very excellent

Centrally located, the hotel like other boutique hotels we have stayed at seem to provide a comfortable environment. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel is clean and rooms serviced daily. It is a 10 minute walk to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and most other interesting sites of Rome.

We stayed in budget hotels and B&Bs for most of our trip, but decided to go a little nicer for the last night in Rome. I'm so glad we did! This place was an easy walk from the train station and also close to everything we wanted to see on our last day. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was quiet, had air conditioning, and had crisp clean bed linens. It was - by far - the largest and nicest bathroom of our entire stay. Even the included breakfast was great. I wish we had made... Read more

We had our first ever trip to Rome in May and my god it was an absolutely fantastic experience. This hotel helped make our experience even better!! Just the little touches go a long way, like the take away tea and coffee station as you leave the hotel for your day. Also there was a stand of umbrellas just in case, however luckily those were not needed. The staff were extremely helpful and gave us tips on where to go for shopping, food and drinks, which was perfect as we have never been to Rome a... Read more

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Rome Life Hotel. Our expectations were exceeded and we were happy to find that the staff was extremely helpful, the room was very clean and modern, the bathroom was good, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was good (about 15 min walk to Piazza Navona and other big sites, about 10 min from Colosseum). The breakfast was included and it was a nice spread. There's a lovely rooftop bar that's open in the evenings and also one in the lobby ... Read more

Check in was quick and very helpful. They explained everything well and spoke very good English. They had also asked if it was our first time in Rome and this was the case for us so they brought out a map and showed us routes to the nearest attractions (all within walking distance). The room is modern and cool with great air con. The view is not the best but its not an issue. Free mini bar which is stocked with some drinks. Overall a great first impression.

Rome Life Hotel - Outstanding stay This hotel is magnificent! It is definitely one of my best hotel so far. Everything was perfect and the staff there are just amazing with a wonderful service! Upon arrival we were well greeted by gentleman named Duccio, he was very nice and knew the location extremely well which topped up our stay. Within our stay we had an above and beyond service from the STAFFS at reception to the facility team. Everything was outstanding, they really looked after us. ... Read more

Rome Life Hotel was a great stay for our family of 4 (in a junior suite)! More details: 1. The hotel was clean and well-kept, housekeeping was on the ball 2. Central location, very convenient walking distance to the Colosseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, etc.; but still on a relatively quiet side street. 3. Several good restaurants within close walking distance as well (some right across the street!). 4. Wifi was good and free! Computer and printer available for printing e-tickets, ... Read more

Absolutely wonderful. From the first moment on, they made our trip. Not only did we not have a single fault with them, upon having an issue (that was not their fault), they sorted it out for us. I was expecting a phone number or a bit of advice but the man at the desk asked us if we could hang about. We did so and within five minutes he had a solution and had organised for it to be fixed for us. Also, as this was a birthday trip, on the actual day of my birthday I was so surprised to find tha... We were so excited to check into this hotel as it got such great reviews. The rooms are modern and clean. But very small. We didn't receive the warm reception we were expecting I made the mistake of not including my little sister and her friend in our pax when making the booking as I booked 3 rooms. 2 rooms had 2 X ppl So we were charged 40 Euro per person extra for children. When I checked the additional charges per person on trip advisor it should have been a max of 40 I total. We feel complet... Read more

Traveling with children in Italy/Europe is so tricky. After looking online at several hotels our choices came down to a suite at this hotel or two rooms somewhere else. This was the best option. The suite was huge and gorgeous!! We were there 3 nights and had plenty of space. Breakfast was great. The staff was very helpful. They arranged two private tours for us. They were expensive, but we felt worth every penny. Skipping the lines, and getting the highlights of the coliseum and the V... Read more

Based on prior TripAdvisor reviews, I expected more out of my stay here. Prior to my arrival, I received an email from Silvia (a staff member from the hotel) asking me when they should expect my arrival, and make note of any special occasion. I gave her my exact time of arrival, and expressed my excitement about staying at their hotel to celebrate my anniversary with my husband. However, they didn't make any mention of the occasion, or acknowledge my response email. The breakfast is full of opt... Read more

This hotel is by far the best we have stayed during our Europe trip. From the moment we arrived to the time we checked out we were just constantly in awe of the place. The staff are so polite, friendly, helpful and professional and nothing is too much trouble for them. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning and kept immaculate. The breakfast, afternoon tea and evening drinks were all of incredibly quality and plenty of choice. Thanks to all the staff..ye do a fantastic job!!

We were coming to Rome for a three day transition stay between our transatlantic/western Mediterranean cruise and our flight back to the US. The staff could have been more accommodating. By email, we had asked that transfer from the port to Rome be arranged. It was taken care of and confirmed, no concern about being left at the dock! We were greeted by a drive as we walked off the ship and quickly taken to our car, offered water and taken by all speed to our hotel. Reception was confused be... Read more

I am afraid I agree with the comments by Lola below. From the Tripadvisor reviews I had read I was very excited about staying at the Rome Life Hotel, however came home let down. Although there were some good aspects of the stay (our room was ready before the check in time, central location, and fab housekeeping). -Part of the hotel was shut off with no notice to paint, it would have been nice to be notified. -We got to the hotel late having been up since 1am and no dinner so we just asked for ... My best friend and I stayed at this hotel for a week. The front desk staff was super nice while we checked in. We stayed at the hotel for two nights after traveling across Italy and staying at various hotels three stars and up and were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is very conveniently situated to all attractions, 10 minute walk to Fontana di Trevi and 15 to coliseum. Rooms were neat, excellent a/c (which is rear). Filling breakfast with variety of fresh cheeses, fruits, meats, veggies, that fills you up for the day of sightseeing. Highly recommend

My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel in middle of June, the weather was perfect! I digress. We had a 4 night stay here which was perfect for doing the sites of Rome. The hotel is situated on a nice little side street, not good for parking! The check in was smooth and the staff were really friendly. We were taken to our room which was on the 1st floor. We (2 adults and 4 children) stayed in the Rome Life Hotel for 4 nights from 10 to 14 July. Right from the start, the hotel impressed us with allowing us to check in early - always a bonus after an early flight. Breakfast was great, lot of variety and amazing coffees! Room was comfy. View below expectations since it was in a lower basement. Although the bathroom was very spacious, the shower was unusually small. Yet all was very clean. Another highlight was the mini bar, all included already in the room rate (no refills, of course) Would definitely stay there again!

This chic hotel is absolutely a delightful surprise. We paid for a standard room but were given a tremendously big suite with a big jacuzzi in the middle of the room. It is located in Monti which is 7 min walk from the Termini Station, a cool area with lots of history, and is where the trendy locals hang out. Definitely worth to navigate and spend time to explore.

Stayed here for a few days in July. An early birthday treat for myself. On arrival we were warmly greeted by an extremely friendly and helpful front desk operator.
