Stayed for four night, had real concerns when we got a deal on this hotel as it looked so far from the centre. In reality it was a ten minute walk to the metro and a pleasant 15 minute ride into the centre of Rome. The staff were really friendly on arrival, spoke great English and immediately explained how we could get around. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was filling and the roof top terrace was a great place to catch some sun after hectic days sight-seeing. The only gripe is they all... Read more

I stayed at the Raganelli for 2 nights during my tour of Rome. Room conditions are between 3-3.5 star but the staff, including the manager, had 5 star attitude. For those not wanting to spend over the top, but still want a comfortable bed and good night's sleep, the Raganelli is excellent. The hotel also has a bar, run by same staff or manager, so you will quickly become familiar with those on duty and their big heart in providing warm hospitality to their guests. The hotel was more than we we were hoping for but just a little too far away from Rome. There is a bus stop opposite and that takes you to the metro relatively easily. Taxi back in the evening was normally ‚?¨20. The exterior of the hotel is a bit drab but the inside is clean and modern. If you are planning on going in and out of Rome once in a day then it's fine but when you need to get back to get changed and go back out again travelling starts to eat into your day a lot!

We had a cheap break in Rome and stayed here 3 nights Approx 48 euros from Fumicino airport Convenient location - far enough away from hustle and bustle of the city centre About 15 minute walk from the Metro or 3 stops by the bus to ‚??Cornelia‚?? station There is a regular 15 minute bus all the way to Vatican museum (directly opposite) no. 247/246 The hotel staff were very friendly/helpful and all spoke good English The rooms were clean fresh and quite modern. I believe there was some interna... Read more

My wife and I stayed here recently for our honeymoon. The hotel was the perfect base for long days spent travelling around Rome. The room was a good size and had a separate bathroom with shower. The bed was comfortable and the free WiFi a nice bonus allowing us to plan the next days events during the evening. The continental breakfast was nice and set us up for the day. It was the same each day, pastries, meats and cereals and a few other bits like fruits and so on. This was just what we wanted ... Read more

Although the staff were accommodating, this hotel's single room left much to be desired. I spent time in larger University dorm rooms. No bar fridge. No room for luggage of any size. Unless you are not particular in having any home comforts, I would not stay here again.

It was a good stay at this hotel but not very central to the main features of Rome. Breakfast was good and service was excellent. Staff seemed mostly friendly with some being a little too serious and not smiling which I found a little severe. Rooms clean and all breakfast options were well presented and coffee great.

Wonderful out of the way location. Convenient if you have transportation. Less so with public transport. I left a jacket in the room. When I returned 5 days later it was at the reception protected in plastic. Can't rave enough about it.

The staff are all really helpful and can't thank them enough for all the help they did give us in finding our way round . We just got back from 5 nights here the hotel is about 4/5 stops from city centre on metro. The bus number 246 stops on the main road opposite the hotel to which takes you to the nearest metro station cornella (5mins) or 15 mins walk. The hotel it self seemed very clean the breakfast choice was nice the lady in the breakfast room keeps everything topped up runs from 7-10am. The only slight issue I had was the bed it was a bit hard the mattress but we would like to thank all the house keeping... Read more

We have just return from a 4 night stay at Raganelli hotel. Having read the mixed reviews from TA only after we booked the place, we embarked on this trip with mixed feelings. What a surprise we had, the reception were outstanding, Marcus was very helpful, he went out of his ways to take us through the various routes to the city so that we had no problems getting around. The hotel was clean and pleasant although the room we stayed was small but was adequate for our need. Breakfast was basis, li... Read more

I stayed here for 5 nights hotel was great, price was perfect when in Rome you don't need to have an amazing hotel with fridges etc, this hotel was ideal, clean, friendly willing to help, welcomed each time you stepped foot inside, didn't rush u at breakfast even if it went over the time. It's just enough to be satisfied with. Location is ideal aswell away from the huddle of tourists however close enough to the metro and bus routes. There is a health store/food store next door has a great littl... Read more

We took advantage of a special value booking for 4 nights, + breakfast. (£200-00 each) sounded very good value including return flights, to Rome . I was a little apprehensive as to what to expect in regard to the 4 star hotel Raganelli, We were met at reception with a smiling, polite very welcoming gentleman, The Hotel is conveniently close to a good bus & metro service . We found the Hotel room and the breakfast room very clean, a good selection of a continental breakfast available. overall I ... Read more

I stayed here for four nights as part of a package to attend a conference at a nearby hotel. The welcome was good and the staff very helpful with providing a map and so-forth. For budget accommodation and if you have business in the local area, it is quite acceptable with a comfortable bed, decent sized room and fully equipped bathroom. Breakfast was fairly standard with muesli, croissants and both coffee and juices from a machine. I would not recommend this for central Rome tourism as it is at ... Read more
