I stayed at the Polo hotel with a larger group of friends on a trip to Rome. A third party organized the hotel we paid 130 euros per night for a double room. The hotel is located in a residential area, the connection into the city center is very poor ?? a cab costs about 10 euros during the day. The hotel is definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. The hotel is run down and in clear need of a renovation, rooms where dirty and dusty. The bathroom was the most disgusting with the showers rusting and accum... Read more

This hotel don't deserve the 4 stars. You don't have wifi in bedroom, in restaurant just in hall when you have it. We were three girls in a bedroom and we stayed two nights, they didn't change our towels. The food was not anything special, fish with horrible sauces... This hotel is far from the center. I don't recomend it.

I am currently in this hotel ans have been for 3 days and I am so annoyed with the service , I need to review and warm people not to come . Location - middle of nowhere 40 mins from Rome centre. Rooms - tiny like cupboards . Beds uncomfortable, shower tiny and excessive noise ( the staff ) Staff are the worst. I was at breakfast and the coffee ran out and they refused to fill it. I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich to my room when I was sick on day and got a stale bread cheese sandwich that was... Read more

the staff aren't nice at all, not sure if it's a cultural this but I would deem them as rude. the rooms themselves are okay, we split the double bed into two singles and the frames were stained with something brown. don't let them book you taxis, it took them 3 days to advise us there is a taxi rank a couple of minutes walk which is much cheaper. the breakfast is okay, it's nice that it's free however if I had to pay for it I would expect something decent not what you get. the shower in the room... Stayed at this hotel as part of a contiki group. Location wasn't the best as it wasn't within central Rome however I heard there was a station nearby. Actual hotel is old but presented quite well. Rooms are basic but have a small tv and fridge. Bathroom is small and the shower is tiny ?? some staff were friendly, some not so much. Breakfast wasn't bad but not great. Wifi works well in the lobby, not the best upstairs. No iron in the room too. They were happy to lend me an adapter for my applia... Read more

This hotel in its hay day must of been lovely, but it it now tired and in need of some major redecoration. It is in a very good position for the train though which takes you straigh onto the metro, so it does have.something going for it, but in my opinion it's barely a three star at best and that is being very kind. The gentleman receptionist on the night shift was very helpful and smiley which brightened up our stay a bit.....

Let's start off with the fact that I didn't chose this hotel as part of my stay here in Rome. My husband and I booked a contiki tour and this was part of the trip. Of all the hotels on the tour, this was by far the worst one. The man at reception (tall, big guy) was extremely rude to us. I had left my expensive pants here by mistake during the first night of our trip. when we came back today, I asked him if the hotel has a lost and found. He pointed to a bunch of plastic bags filled with things ... Read more

Stayed here as part of a Contiki tour. Definitely a budget friendly hotel if you don't want to stay in a hostel. It's not exactly city center but not far from public transport. I flew into FCU and took the Leonardo Express into Termini Station. You could continue on the metro to the Flaminio stop and walk about 1.5 miles or hop on another train to the Euclide stop about 0.5 mile from the hotel. I was so exhausted when I got into Termini station that I just grabbed a taxi to the hotel for 12 euro... Read more
