Been here for 2 nights for a training just around the corner. That was the reason why I choose this hotel. It is fairly a good hotel. Nice people, nice bar, and an okay breakfast. Didn't had any problem with a late breakfast at 0830/0900. Nothing over the top and just enough to be satisfied. The rooms are tidy and clean. Airconditioning works, WiFi also and the price in the bar is okay and done with a smile. On the last day I stayed, after i already check out I discovery a huge mall within a 5 ... Read more

good hotel for a business trip. come and go. rooms are nice, but very thin walls. if your neighbor is entering his room (I do not know if he/she was drunk or just a noisy guy), you almost think he is coming into your room... breakfast is not the best, but you will survive.

Recently spent 4 days in this Novotel, which is quite out of Rome, however nearest metro station is only 15 minutes walk (45 mins to Centrum). Rooms are clean and ok, every day cleaned. Breakfast is truly horrible, Novotel network should not approve this, especially not at 4 star hotel! Be aware that during weekends officially breakfast served till 11:00, but around 09:30 you may find only some butter and old bread.....no refill, staff is really not service oriented. For sleeping ok, but do not ... Read more

Chose it only if you HAVE to stay in the area. Personnel is kind and friendly but rooms are not always in good conditions, wifi is almost unusable, tv service is not provided by sky and lacks content. I am a Platinum member and all my points have been delayed (hacked?) at the beginning of March and as of today (2 month) nobody has done anything to recover them. Worst, they blocked my account so I could not upload my new stays. Be aware: in my own experience that's one of the worst customer se... Read more

Ok hotel. Nice rooms, quiet, clean. Breakfast ok (youghurt, fruit, eggs, bread, some ham, some tomatoes etc. Price was around 130 EUR per night. One morning no warm water - therefore only 3 points. TIP: Go to Euroma2 shopping mall. It is 5 min walk away, and people come there even from Rome. Good selection of clothing and prices a bit more reasonable than in Rome. TIP: For dinner (or lunch) go to L'Oste e la Civetta. It is 5 min walk from the hotel and the place is lovely. Great steaks but al... Read more

Stayed at this hotel with tour group. Wake up early in the morning and come back in the evening... I would say this hotel was very good... We can have a good sleep in the room. The breakfast there was nice as well. Recommended for young people like us :)

The hotel is nice!!!! brand new building and of course modern furniture. The toilet is cool and the shower is really spacious.... I LOVED IT!! I am giving 3 stars instead of 4 because of the bed..... the matress is a nightmare, the WORST matress i have ever slept in a hotel.... Great location if you need to move between Ostia and Rome. NICE STAY!!!!

Far, far away from the city in a business area. No bars or restaurants close by. Metro 1,5 km to walk. Always need a taxi. Basic breakfast and already no clean tables anymore at 9! Rooms are okay. Hotel Bar is okay. Some tables outside. Something for a business trip but no Roma atmosphere.

This is a modern hotel with great atmosphere and as a Accor advantage plus member had normal extras. It is easy to locate and parking available as well. The rooms were sufficient in size and very quiet. Restaurant and bar were of good quality

The restaurant service at the breakfast was HORRIBLE. Its nothing to compare to any other accor hotel that i have ever stayed at. The Bufet was very messy and the plates were always empty, and the juice machine was not working and i had a shock when i had aplle concentrate instead of apple juice. In general it was a bad experince.

We stayed here as we got lost in Rome and ended up driving too far south (GPS issues in our first day) So we went I tot he Euroma2 mall for supper and saw this hotel as we were leaving The reception gave us a bit of a discount as it was quite late but also I checked the prices on trip advisor and booking.com and the rate was still very low. The room was large and very clean/tidy with excellent amenities and lovely interior in the whole room By the time we got to the room from booking, parking... Read more

This hotel is in the middle of nowhere, the airconditioner is totally inadequate, the breakfast very basic unless you like cake and on the evening I arrived the restaurant was closed with no room service. We were advised to walk 15 mins to a pizza shop. The only way to see central rome is by expensive taxi. On the plus side, room was big, staff helpful with good english and the shower was terrific. No gym or pool, although the brochure in the room suggested there was

Nice rooms, quiet, clean. Fair price. It's a bit too far from downtown but if you want to travel all day or party at night and sleep in a quiet area (at some point you will need it :) this hotel is a perfect place.

First, let me give the positive reasons that *raised* my rating to three stars out of five. The reception staff were pretty good overall. English fluency was lower than in most international hotels, but we got by. Second, the hotel was clean and acceptable (but unremarkable in its decor). If not for those two statements, I would have given this hotel a lower rating because: a) it is completely isolated in the middle of a mixed housing and commercial zone. The sole attraction is a bunker-like... Read more

The room was clean, spacious and for the hotel's young age already a bit used up. Personell was friendly and tried to be helpful but in a strange way (I asked how I could get to the airport and the only recommendation they had was via an expensive taxi). The breakfast room was crowded which made it a nightmare and the variety and amount of food could have been better. Yes the hotel was booked out but you still can plan and arrange for many guests...

This is my preferred Hotel when in Rome for work. It's located in EUR quartier in Rome, hence not nearby the city center, but this is there our offices are and makes it perfect for my needs. It's quite convenient if you travel with a car, and is connected with a direct bus (just in front of the hotel) to go up to EUR very center. It has Parking for cars, and a great Restaurant as well. I travel often in Accor hotels, and this one is run by a perfect staff that makes it standing versus others i... Read more

Plus points, The rooms are very good. The reception staff are also very good. and free car parking is a bonus. The negative? One member of bar staff was very very rude. Her name was Sandra. She even insulted my daughter and said, when she asked for a drink, is there something wrong with you. we reported her but nothing ws done. The food is over priced, even by hotel standards. the choice was very limited. the over priced food was smaller than a child portion. The service was a disgrace. we waited... Read more

As part of our family summer vacation tour of Italy, where Rome was our 1st stop. Novotel Roma Eur was our hotel "7 Jul 2016 - 11 Jul 2016 ". The room was spacious -accommodate the four of us-, comfortable, clean, with great Wi-Fi -very pleasing for the kids-. The staff were very friendly and with their help we managed to properly plan our transportation to the many attractions around Rome. The breakfast -which was included in our package- offered great selection to satisfy the different needs o... Read more
