A great hotel! Staff went out of their way to meet our needs. Upon arrival before check in time the reception staff rang the maids to get our room finished so we could quickly shower and get to our tour, they really didn't have to do this and it helped our trip immensely and meant we had more time to enjoy Rome. Rooms are lovely with modern decoration and not tired and worn at all, more than adequate in size. Everything was very clean, the shower was very powerful and hot! The bed was probably t... Read more

Very small rooms decorated in what can only be described as "Revenge of the Zebra"(strong B&W theme). But, they are quiet and clean and the location is great, close to Piazza Spagna and Trevi. Staff very helpful and friendly, they remember me from visit to visit, which even in a small hotel must be no mean feat. Welcoming place to stay.

Just returned from a three day trip to Rome. I go at least twice a year and this is the first time I stayed here. Location was perfect and it was also really quiet, close to the Metro and some great places locally to eat. Ciro's was just around the corner. I travel alone and I felt safe in the area and the hotel, the staff were brilliant, I didn't get to have breakfast as I was always out first thing but they still made me a cappuccino and gave me pastries to set me up for the day. Good qu... Read more

This is a gem of a hotel. Brilliant location, and very central for all main tourist sites in the city. Great restaurants and cafes nearby. Even a gelatori across the road! The staff were so helpful and the place was spotlessly clean. Small rooms, but that's what you come to expect most hotels within roman city. Very well equipped, quiet and very comfortable. Would u like recommend this hotel to everyone.

Just returned from a 4 day break in Rome, this was our first visit. Hotel Siena is a great place to stay, it's so central to all the attractions. The staff were very attentive and always had a smile when you entered or left the hotel. Great variety for breakfast and all very fresh. Lady in restaurant was so helpful and couldn't do enough for you, even if she was run off her feet. The rooms are excellent, spotlessly clean, cleaned every day. This is a boutique hotel so don't expect wide open... Read more

Hotel is in a busy sidestreet near the Spanish Steps (5 minutes walk) and the Trevi fountain (10 minutes walk). Hotel is split between two buidlings on the same street. Main buidling houses restaurant (for breakfast - included); and a TV area. Rooms have on suite bathroom; coffee making facilities; and safe. Little clothes storage (small wardrobe) and air condiditioning is not effective (you can open windows but external noise may be a factor). Breakfast (07.30 to 10.30 every day) consists ... Read more

A modern boutique hotel just a few blocks from the trevi fountain and spanish steps. Stayed in two different rooms -first floor one night and again in 316 on my return trip. Both rooms were great, with smooth checkin both times. They have excellent free breakfast with tasty baked goods, eggs in different styles, fruits, coffee in all styles, and a nice service. Overall, I loved the room, hotel, folks managing the hotel and the convenient location.

The staff are wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast serves its purpose to send you on your way every day. We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the sites. Location is fantastic, two minutes to Trevi fountain, and the Spanish steps in the other direction. Two minute walk to metro system.Rooms were clean and comfortable. This being the center of Rome the rooms were not over-sized but more than comfortable for sleeping.

We stayed here for nights & it was a great base for exploring room. It's centrally located, just a few minutes walk from the Trevi Fountain & the Spanish Steps. The hotel was very clean & tidy & the air condition in the room was brilliant as it was 36 degrees outside. There was a great choice for breakfast. I enjoyed the pancakes with Nutella!

-poor breakfast -staff -they don't give irons to use in the room, you have to come to the area where the breakfast is and use the iron there, and that's only after the breakfast is over -on our first night we found a bug (something like a wood bug) in our sheets and when we told the reception the next morning about it and about the floors being dusty, he said they'll clean it completely ignoring the issue. I tried to explain that the room was dusty upon check in but he didn't want to listen. -o... Read more

My husband and I stayed in this hotel 3 nights when in Rome. We loved it and where sad when we left. Location is the best part! We arrived in Roma Termini with 2 large luggage and 1 carryon we took the metro towards the Spanish steps and it took us about 10 minutes to get to the hotel with the luggage and the maps app on our phone to get there. Later whenever we arrived at that same station it was a shorter walk. But we almost walked everywhere from the hotel. Trevi is about a 7-10 minute walk w... Read more

Pros: -Location is perfect- right in the center of Rome and a walking distance to all attractions. -Amazing staff. -Amazing service. -Breakfast was good. -Room cleaning was OK. Cons: -Rooms are very small and crowded. -Air conditioning was not very good considering it was mid-August and it was very hot outside. Verdict: Perfect place too stay at in Rome if you don't mind the room size.

My wife and I spent two nights here in August 2016 and enjoyed it very much. Our rom was of adequate size with a nice bathroom, air-con and minibar. Breakfast was included in our rate and was very good. All the staff we encountered were polite, friendly and helpful, especially the concierge/reception gentleman. Nothing was too much trouble for him. As others have noted, the hotel is very close to Trevi Fountain & Spanish Steps, Pantheon etc . There is also a supermarket just around the corner. M...
