I stayed there with a group of friends in summer 2015. A nice place with clean rooms and a friendly staff. Breakfast was tasty but there wasn't a great variety of food. Priscilla Hotel is a few minutes away from Via Veneto and Villa Borghese gardens. It is also close to Piazza di Spagna. The taxi and bus stops are close at hand, and Termini station isn't far away. The hotel's 3 stars are well-deserved.

While the room was clean and staff were friendly and the hotel is priced right. The breakfast of breads, meats, cheese, croissants etc was fine also (no fresh fruit or yoghurt that i could see..still all sufficient.) We purchased the local hop on/off bus and the nearest stop was a good 10-15 min walk away (uphill on the way home!) so i would look carefully at the location of where you want to be..if you are only here a couple of days and wanting to do the touristy stuff then be prepare... Very impolite staf and not free wifi, very small rooms with no any facilities in it, we were first time in rome, and i am so upset of choosing this hotel... The location was far from city center ... Just the breakfst was ok..

Houplesotel is nice however be aware no aircon until june even though very hot in may, front rooms facing via calabria not good due to excesive noise, have to have windows open for fresh air. Not really close to any of the main attractions or exhibits, can walk but quite strenous for older c

We had a good stay at this hotel. Big room and bathroom. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is not very convenient to major tourist locations but Rome is pretty walkable to we were able to walk to bus stops and metro locations. No free wifi and no air-conditioning. The hotel was right for the price and I would recommend it to someone prioritizing budget over location.

Property does not have airconditioning or air con not working, , told us aircon wasn't switched over from heat to cool because it is only May, breakfast included okay but bread was not fresh, some staff at reception extremely unfriendly, front rooms noisy due to fact had to open window to get fresh air because of no aircon. Great position with coffee shop across road that opens early and supermarket around corner

We stayed here for our honeymoon, was a hot week and our room was a hot box, airconditioning did nothing. Informed front desk staff that told us entire hotel was set on one temperature and each individual room could not be altered. I told the staff member that this wasn't good enough and our room was very hot, he said he could move our room but that "it would be the same in there anyway", we were given a fan atleast. This hotel isn't very central to anything, about 30-45 minute walk to town cent... Read more

On the plus side, they let us check in early and the room was air conditioned. The female at reception was very helpful and friendly. Continental breakfast included but average. On the negative - small and tired decor. They charge for Internet (first hotel of the 8 hotels we stayed on during EU vacation that did!). Location was not great but was on a bus one and near the large public park. The male at reception wasn't as helpful and/or his English was worse.

Positives: The staff was courteous and helpful, and the hotel was clean. Cons: There were three rooms in our group and only one of them had comfortable A/C coverage - not good for hot, humid weather. The other two rooms had to get fans to make it tolerable. The complimentary breakfast had weak areas. The breads didn't taste fresh and the coffee was bad, even if you added milk and sugar.

Priscilla Hotel offers a good sized room and bath room. Only negatives I could find is weak aircond and lack lustre wifi. I liked the Hotel and would recommend for short stays as its centrally located and staff were friendly. The Hotel was reasonably priced and as a 3 star Hotel was good. It's free brekky was ok but probably could be improved!!

The location is alright, but not brilliant for walking to the big sites. The hotel is very small, which is fine but the rooms were not always fixed properly and the air condition did not always work. The wifi was very poor and was included for free in our booking, yet the staff tried to charge us for it and it wasn't until one mathematically gifted member of my group realised they were trying to charge us that they took it off. The staff was mixed. Some members very kind and some not.

Title says it all. Additionally we did not even get to stay there on our first night due to over booking this created unnecessary headaches with moving to a nearby hotel and dealing with tour pick ups booked for the next day. In terms of positives if you are a fit young go getter not susceptible to heat stroke everything is within walking distance and the nearby food is pretty good.

The Priscilla Hotel was our final stop on our recent visit to Italy. The hotel was fully booked on our arrival so we were given the overspill room. At least that's what I assume it is. We felt pretty daunted when we first entered the room and an upgrade came to mind immediately. As there were no alternatives we spent the next two nights in this room (105). The toilet seat let us down in the first instance as it was broken and fell apart landing on my wifes foot. The furniture was shabby and the ... Read more

A lovely place to stay and a great Liza location. Close to the transit and BV surrounded by great place to eat. Right below our hotel is a great restaurant! The owner sits and share beautiful story. Their Italian beer are the best. Oh, loved their limoncello, I don't remembered it being in the menu, the generous owner offered this golden drink in a shot glass, amazing drink! The food divine! The conversation just immense! Will come back to those place for sure! Oh and you can walk at night, we w... Read more

A relatively modern hotel (in Rome that's anything less than 200 years old!) and I will categorise it as a 'family' hotel. The room we stayed in was quite spacious with a window out to a side street so not noisy when the window is open. The bathroom was a bit cramped and the water pressure in the shower was limp to say the least. The bed was comfortable and the room was serviced every day. Breakfast was included and for that you have to go outside and into the restaurant in the basement. The bes... Read more

The staff know they're running a budget hotel. And that's exactly what it is, no frills. Everything was clean. Everything was as described. You have to pay for wifi and they tell you that. You have an old lift which won't work if somebody on another level leaves the door open... they tell you that too. It is perfectly suitable for someone looking for a budget hotel. The staff were very helpful in every way possible.

Where to start..... the unhelpful reception (very limited english), having to carry heavy suitcases upstairs to reception, shabby carpets, punch holes in wall of our room (plastered but not repainted), exposed electrical wiring, damaged paintwork, mould on ceiling of shower cubilce, campstrtcher type bed base with mattress, very old decor..... needless to say we rang the travel agent straight away and they moved us to another motel that was excellent. Online price was not what we were charged ... Read more

Was very disappointed with this hotel. It may be budget but no excuse for the condition it was in. Got to our non smoking room, opened door to the very overpowering smell of cigarette smoke. I'm talking the strong odour that makes all your clothes and hair smell. The room itself was very shabby. Holes patched with poly filler and left. Curtains that wouldn't close and hanging off hooks, electrical socket with TV and mini bar plugged into it was hanging from wall. No other sockets to charge... Read more

To start off with we were happy at reception, but going upstairs and seeing the room that was no more than a box was quite upsetting for a hotel supposedly of 3*. So this was a disappointment in it's self. The radiator constantly blows out hot air so if you like a cool room here is not great for you, I mean we came in November but the room was boiling and with it being so small it was horrible, it was like a little sweat box. Now for the serious stuff!! Not to mention that the water went of... Read more
