Good location and nice people, but the place is clearly beyond repair. We stayed with a group of 30 and all the rooms and the hotel in general are just beat up beyond repair. Save yourself and do the right thing. Close for a year and comeback with a new look. Stay elsewhere .

Its my first visit to Rome with my friend, we stayed 3 nights in Nizza hotel. The location of Nizza hotel is perfect and very central its close to the termini station and the buses stations. The lobby staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not very pleasant as for the Wifi speed it was a bit slow. Hence i would recommend this hotel.

My Wife & I stayed here 3 nights from 21/05/2016 -24/05/2016. The hotel is in an excellent location literally a 2 minute walk from termini station which you can then get close to all the main attractions. The hotel is basic but we weren't there to stay in the hotel we were there to visit the attractions and soak up the atmosphere of Rome for our 1st Wedding anniversary. ROOM: The room we stayed in 357 was clean and basic. The towels were changed daily, the bed was made and the room tidied e... Read more

Pros: - Walking distance from Roma Termini but on a relatively quiet street - Clean and comfortable rooms - Very good AC controlled from inside the room (had to turn it down sometimes even though it was 30-33C outside) - Decent breakfast (although the breakfast room kind of smelled like urine) Cons: - Several amenities not working: TV, in-room safe, refrigerator, and for some reason the electrical outlet kept shorting the fuse when we plugged phone chargers into it - Staff not that welcoming or... Nice and clean rooms, it's 5 min walking to the rail station, but the breakfast could be much better. The staff is friendly and kind. Recommended if you want to spend more than a couples of days in the city.

We stayed at Nizza hotel for a week and it was really nice. The room was simple and comfy (room 126). Wi-fi worked well, the room was cleaned every day and breakfasts were okay. The mattresses were nice and soft - so we had good night sleep after long walks in Rome. Location is one of the obvious pros of the hotel - it is situated near Termini station, so you can get anywhere you want really quickly. A special thank you to the reception staff - you made us feel welcomed and it was always a pleas... Read more

Good situation, bedroom and bathroom very small and old, despite of pay for a Superior room. The bedroom was clean, and they changed our towels every day (we stayed in the hotel only two nights), but the floor of the bathroom was very dirty and they didn't clean any day. Also, the wc lost water the first night we stayed, and the next day, we expect to found the wc repaired, but it didn't be thereby. The second day the wc didn't work, so we could not flush... Good location near Termini station and at walking distance to the city center. Friendly staff. The hotel is very old and needs urgent repairs. Rooms are small, clean but not fully functional. Hot water was not available, only warmer than regular. Service was not great as we ran out of toilet paper on one day, no towels on other and our belongings on the floor on another one. Breakfast is in the basement and no linen towels on the tables. Lack of food available and cofee machine always out of ord... Read more

Pros: clean and renovated bathrooms, good breakfast, clean sheets and generally clean room, great position next to the Termini Cons: sometimes the bathroom smelled like sewers, no mini-bar, no carpets, the lady using the email account of the hotel doesn't know any English

What a great location for visiting Rome! Our room was huge and clean (they changed our towels every day). The staff were so professional yet friendly. My only criticism is about the breakfast: it could be better. Overall, the hotel is great for its level and a good deal.

I booked 3 nights in Superior room at this hotel, and I was obliged to pass my first night at small, small room 478 with moisture in the small bathroom. There was a mistake in their schedule and were unable to give me a Superior room, and when I claimed a compensation, they told me I have to deal with my travel agency. So I did. One week after, my claim was rejected stating that the Nizza Hotel confirmed that all my stay was in Superior room but THIS IS NOT TRUTH. Do not go there, you risk to b... Read more

I think the only reason it gets 3 stars is because it is conveniently close to the Station. The beds are saggy and bathrooms have broken taps and cracked baths. Breakfast are always out of food and you have to wait for them to bring more only to run out 2mins later. The most substandard 3 star hotel we stayed in in the 3 weeks we visited around Italy.
