Loved this place! I received an email the day before I was to check in stating due to a plumbing problem, one wing of the hotel had no hot water. They were quick to accommodate me with a night in their sister hotel, Relais le Clarisse in Trastevere. I was blown away by their professionalism; Relais le Clarisse is also a beautiful boutique hotel located in another great part of the city. Both hotels were within walking distance to any number of shops, cafés, restaurants, and tourists sights a... Read more

Tucked away in a little cobbled street, this hotel is fantastic. It was nicely decorated, clean had friendly staff and felt much nicer than the big chain hotels. Am so glad we stayed here on our first trip to Rome. Everything from the authentic restaurant attached to the great location made our trip to Rome one to remember. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 4 nights and love it!!! Walking distance to the tourist attractions and nice brekkie at the restaurant next door. Quite pricey but the room was beautiful, it's large and clean with free tea and coffee, and I love the high ceiling room with beams :)

The hotel is simple but comfortable and well-situated near the Pantheon. The hotel has few, if any, real amenities other than Wifi. A fairly basic breakfast is served in a nearby restaurant. Our room was spacious but located in an adjacent building, which made the check-in process a bit of a hassle. There's a separate staff desk there during the day, however, so check-out was straightforward.

I really liked it here. For Rome the rooms are spacious and I booked an economy room so was very satisfied. Great location. Try booking near the terminus/coliseum area for this money and you have no chance. I left a few items in my room by mistake when I left and returned an hour later to have them handed over immediately. I would stay here again without question. I loved it. Great staff too. I left with a big smile. Thank you so much Le Clarisse al Pantheon.

We were very happy with our stay after searching for a reasonably priced yet convenient hotel in Rome. This place met all our needs and their restaurant next door was the best we tried during our stay. The welcome beverages were much appreciated! The only area for improvement that I would suggest is hanging blackout drapes on the window in front of the bed in our room. There were blackout drapes on other windows, but not on the most important one. There was light from the restaurant coming into ... Read more

The hotel is basic as far as facilities go but very clean and everything that you need. Ideal base for all the major attractions, Vatican 30 minutes walk, Colosseum 20 minutes walk. All the staff we met were very friendly and professional, and very helpful with local information. For 4 of us their car service back to the airport was cheaper than public transport and a lot more comfortable. Rooms have air conditioning which is useful as the very small street outside is surprisingly noisy at night. ... Read more

This hotel has a great location. You can walk to all the tourist sights without any problem. The lobby is located on the second floor, it is rather small with no amenities but the people are very accommodating and helpful offering great suggestions. The room was large, since we were traveling with our grandson we had a triple room, a queen bed and a twin one. I am a partially disabled, solo traveller and the hotel had paid attention to this previously given information giving me a room on their first floor, close by the efficient little lift and Reception. My room was very simple and there were no decorative features but it was spotlessly clean; had functioning air conditioning; a window which opened over the little side street with a view of a Roman wall; sufficient plug points (outlets to Americans); a kettle and generous supply of teas and coffees... We stayed here for one night on the way to Florence, the plus points are that it's walking distance to a number of key sights such as the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps (which are currently being renovated), Piazza Navona etc. and there are many great options to eat as well. We were given a free drink voucher to their restaurant located next door where they also served a mini appetizer plate which was really good. We stayed here for 5 nights with 6 other guests. As we were getting married in Tivoli and wanted our base in Rome. We found the hotel to be very clean, comfortable, and great air conditioning! We stayed here at the end of our 3 week tour of Italy. The hotel is tucked down a side road just 5 minutes from the Pantheon and about 10 from Venice Square. The room was comfortable and the jacuzzi bath was great. The airport and train station shuttle service is really useful and the staff are friendly. My husband and I spent 3 nights at this hotel, and we liked it very much. The location is perfect. We were able to walk to everything from there. The staff was pleasant and helpful. They gave us good directions and sightseeing advice, and even tried to help us with some computer issues that had nothing to do with the hotel's wi-fi. Not much to say about this hotel, it was more like an apartment in terms of there was no lobby as such, and the hotel is split between two buildings with the breakfast area in the resteraunt next door. The location of this hotel is perfect: central Rome. As with many European hotels, this one is on the second floor. There is an elevator that fits you and your luggage. The hotel is clean, priced reasonably and professionally run. We had the hotel arrange for private car pickup for the airport, and that worked perfectly--again reasonably priced and on time. This is not a glamorous hotel, but its location, cleanliness and professional staff make it a great place to stay
