I stayed 4 nights in this hotel this month of February 2016 with my cousin. Small hotel, reasonable breakfast (lack variety but sufficient quantities). I don't know if it's common in Rome/Italy, but the bath towels and others are more like tablecloths and kitchen towels. Younger rececionistas were very friendly and spoke fluent English. For those who are not used to sleeping in the city, the hotel it's at the edge of the road and you hear everything out there (and in Rome the cars honk at night ... Read more

We stayed for 2 nights in this hotel. Quite noisy since it's in a main square, but we had ear plugs. As somebody else mentioned, the towels were very thin, didn't absorbe the water, so I guess they could invest in new towels. The breakfast was ok, considering that in Italy they normally have just a croissant and coffee, not a huge variety, but enough. Manzoni metro station is the closest, about 10 minutes walk, or there are trams/ buses to Termini station or Colosseum. It's nor very convenient i... Read more

Stayed here for a rugby trip and hotel was ideal for our needs being close to transport links and bars nearby. Rooms were spotless and well proportioned. Staff were excellent- we had asked for a twin but were given a double and this was quickly sorted out. Also I left bank cards in the room on departure and instead of tossing them in the bin like most hotels would they found the remaining member of our party to ask him to contact me so they could arrange to post them back to me in the UK whi... We stayed with friend for 7 nights in this little hotel. It is privat owned and the owners do there utmost to be of service to us. The room was a little dark and the carpeted floors a bit dirty. But the bed and the room were clean. The buffet breakfast was oke. When we will come to Rome again we will gladly stay again in this hotel.

This is a great small hotel. We walked to the Coliseum and other ancient sites from here. My nephew was with us and they were very accommodating in bringing in an extra twin bed, which was quite comfortable. They were very attentive and friendly. Excellent breakfast included, too.

The pictures and description of this hotel are deceiving. The lobby was nice and the desk staff were very helpful. However, the rooms were not clean, the sink and shower overflowed because of slow drainage, the carpet was very stained and the beds were very hard. Also the neighborhood was not nice with a lot of graffiti everywhere. I would not stay here again for the cost of the room.

A lovely little hotel a bit let down by the location. The owner could not do enough for us with helpful directions before we left the hotel every day. We stayed for 3 nights and walked practically everywhere.

This was my second trip to Rome and staying in this hotel. It is well situated, around a ten minute walk from the Metro - which is one of the easiest transport systems to understand. The staff are, without exception, excellent. Particularly the weekday receptionist who cannot do enough for you. The rooms are well furnished, clean and very welcoming. Breakfast at this hotel is a good continental breakfast which is replenished constantly. There is a very small bar, which is great if you fanc... Read more

We stayed one night at this hotel on route to heading home after our med cruise. The receptionist was extremely welcoming and friendly, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Very close to the metro with access to all the sites, the surrounding area is not very pleasant. However the breakfast was less than appetizing, it included diluted fruit juice, croissants which were not covered and had mosquitos all over them, therefore were inedible. We therefore had to eat elsewhere in Town.

And i wasnt even annoyed, or i was at the time but once arriving all was good, the manager/owner was extremely helpful giving us the choice of 2 rooms on arrival, having chosen our room, and settling in we worked out where on the map we were, and being just on the outskirts of rome, about a 30/45minute walk to the colosseum, with bus and tram stops directly outside the hotel if you don't enjoy walking, breakfast was typical of the Italian cuisine, and was good, the rooms were perfect size for us... I booked this hotel for two reasons: walking distance to Roma Termini station and 4 stars on TripAdvisor. Turns out, both were wrong. Its at least a mile away from the station entrance, and definitively not 4 stars. Room was very small and looks like it has not been vacuumed in a while, with dirty carpet. Bathroom was super small but decently clean. Cheap decor, so would go for 2 stars in the States. Receptionist and rhe staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was horribly loud in terms of...
