The location is great-just around the corner from the Trevi Fountain which is a must-visit. Our room wasn't great-the tap on the bath was faulty and part of it fell off and the most revolting gunge came out......we has also asked for twin beds and got a double and to be fair, they changed this for the 2nd of our two nights. with the exception of a youngish man and a youngish Woman I thought the reception staff were incredibly unhelpful, if not rude and I have never come across such uninterested... We were in Rome for 4 nights in March. The staff was very helpful throughout our stay, including setting up car to take us to our flight at the airport. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to the Trevi fountain and within walking distance to a bus stop. The room was very clean and the breakfast was good. Would definitely recommend others to stay here and would stay here again myself.

Nice hotel. Rooms are above average but what you pay for and get here is an amazing location. It is 2 minutes from the Trevi Fountain and 5 minutes from the Pantheon. Comes with free breakfast, which is nice. Nothing special but edible. The only constructive criticism I have is the terrible restaurant recommendations from the staff.

While the location is terrific and our room was ok for the price we paid, this hotel has several drawbacks. First, the staff is just not very friendly. It is not that they are rude but you get the sense when you speak to them that they are just going thru the motions and waiting for their day to end. The other part that bothered me was the coffee at breakfast. I guess in Italy one expects excellent coffee and in most places on gets excellent coffee. Here, unfortunately, they provide you a m... If you want to stay in the heart of the rome this is the right place. You can walk everywhere easily. It is only 150m away from trevi fountain. Personnel are very polite and charming. Also they offer you a yransportation to airport by a luxury car with its driver for a small amount of fee. By choosing this hotel you will never mind the public transportation because it is easy to go all around by walking from collesium to spain stairs.

It is only a short walk to the Pantheon and slightly further for the Spanish Steps and the Colosseum. This hotel is very old and dirty, our room had bugs and might've even had bed bugs. The amount they charge for this garbage is astonishing. Service is completely non-existent.
