The location is great-just around the corner from the Trevi Fountain which is a must-visit. Our room wasn't great-the tap on the bath was faulty and part of it fell off and the most revolting gunge came out......we has also asked for twin beds and got a double and to be fair, they changed this for the 2nd of our two nights. with the exception of a youngish man and a youngish Woman I thought the reception staff were incredibly unhelpful, if not rude and I have never come across such uninterested... very nice and cost efective hotel. placement of the hotel very close to fontana di trevi, so you can enjoy one of the most important monuments of rome every morning and night. my room was a little bir small but i wasn't worried at all. you can book concert tickets from the front desk, this is awesome. breakfast was good enough. wifi was working but just a little bit slow. i enjoyed my stay at the hotel, highly recommended

We were in Rome for 4 nights in March. The staff was very helpful throughout our stay, including setting up car to take us to our flight at the airport. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to the Trevi fountain and within walking distance to a bus stop. The room was very clean and the breakfast was good. Would definitely recommend others to stay here and would stay here again myself.

Nice hotel. Rooms are above average but what you pay for and get here is an amazing location. It is 2 minutes from the Trevi Fountain and 5 minutes from the Pantheon. Comes with free breakfast, which is nice. Nothing special but edible. The only constructive criticism I have is the terrible restaurant recommendations from the staff.

While the location is terrific and our room was ok for the price we paid, this hotel has several drawbacks. First, the staff is just not very friendly. It is not that they are rude but you get the sense when you speak to them that they are just going thru the motions and waiting for their day to end. The other part that bothered me was the coffee at breakfast. I guess in Italy one expects excellent coffee and in most places on gets excellent coffee. Here, unfortunately, they provide you a m... If you want to stay in the heart of the rome this is the right place. You can walk everywhere easily. It is only 150m away from trevi fountain. Personnel are very polite and charming. Also they offer you a yransportation to airport by a luxury car with its driver for a small amount of fee. By choosing this hotel you will never mind the public transportation because it is easy to go all around by walking from collesium to spain stairs.

This Hotel has good location... Very good. the service was as well profesional. Although, the quality was medium. The amenities and the furniture so so.../ nothing very special in it. Yet, I can not rate it lower than 4. It left me good impression overall.

Management observed treating staff badly in front of guests, very unprofessional! Staff were wonderful, helpful, friendly and attentive. Very clean, great food. Location perfect, a step away from shops, cafes, restaurants, the metro and the sights of Rome. Would highly recommend!

Amazing location. Steps from the Trevi Fountain. Minutes from everything else. Easy access to metro and city bus was surprisingly easy to use. Would recommend and absolutely stay here again! The beds were a bit stiff and the wifi is a little annoying but otherwise great.

The hotel is perfectly situated on an almost traffic free street with any noise coming from tourists making their way to the Trevi fountain. It is only a short walk to the Pantheon and slightly further for the Spanish Steps and the Colosseum. The room was fine and a good size although we paid a bit extra for a superior room, the inclusive breakfast started the day well and the team on the front desk were always friendly & helpful. The restaurant also provides their menu through room service bu... Read more

The location of this hotel was perfect. Less then a block from the Trevi Fountain. The rooms are very good and the breakfast was great. It is easy to get anywhere in Rome from this location, with a taxi stand out front and the Metro not far away.

Visited this hotel for the second year and this time took friends, after telling them how great it was last year, I was dissapointed, the staff seemed standoffish and not as friendly, the breakfast seemed to be not as good not filled up as quickly as needed, the prices in the restraunt were higher ( as is all over Rome ) and the waiting staff not very attentive, looked completely bored. the rooms were good and very clean so no complaints there, last year as we were leaving we were offered a priva... This is a good news bad news property with some great qualities and then the frustrating qualities. For a location that allows for walking around central Rome it is great. The staff were very helpful and friendly always a positive factor. Breakfast was offered until 10:30 a feature I really like and offered some good cold and hot options to get you started for the day. The room was clean and about what you would expect for Europe, the double Windows did a very good job of keeping the outsid... Read more

Location is everything. Plus the staff! Thank you so much for your help in our organizing the two group stays in Rome! The staff was most kind and understanding and they agreed to use the prepaid parking lot places (we thought we would use rented vehicles but ended up using rented vans with drivers) for sandwiches and water upon departure. Mille grazie!

We had an wonderful experience at this hotel! The location is good (very close to Trevi Fountain). Most impressive were the restaurant and morning buffet staff! The reception we received from them was a wonderful start to our trip. Equally valuable was the expertise and service provided by the Front Desk staff! Impressive. We will return!

The hotel is highly recommended. The location is right in the center - piazza de Trevino, the pantheon, the colloseum, via del corso... The service is superb. The rooms are really nice. The breakfast is lot more than plain continental. All the good things in one place!!!

This hotel is very old and dirty, our room had bugs and might've even had bed bugs. The amount they charge for this garbage is astonishing. Service is completely non-existent. Workers simply stare at you instead of trying to help you when you ask for something. Save your money, far better choices out there.

My friend and I stayed in the Hotel Delle Nazioni for 4 nights at the end of June 2016. We were very impressed with the hotel and its facilities. The room was spacious and comfortable. It looked very smart. The bathroom was great and the shower was fantastic (something I always look out for when staying away from home!). It is a minute walk from the Trevi Fountain (so we felt the need to visit at least once a day) and within walking distance of all of Rome's amazing sights. Spanish Steps a... Read more

This hotel was conveniently located to many things. The Trevi was in construction when we went, but it's still as beautiful. The colosseo was also close by and we were able to walk to it early in the day when it wasn't too hot. Our package had free breakfast too.

We last stayed in this hotel almost 7 years ago and it is much improved. In 2009, we concluded that we were unlikely to stay here again but on this our second trip to Rome we choose to give the hotel another try. Location excellent for exploring Rome, right next to Fountain Trevi. Nicely decorated and clean room. Slight noise from room above and from outside but not enough to cause any major problem, we were in room 115. Staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Our experience this time w... Read more

Hotel was nice but got noisy during the night with lots of drunk people out the front.Showerhead was broken, and the fridge did not work at all and when i told them they said it was, so not sure what that person was smoking as clearly all our fruit went off and had no cold drinks at all during our 4 nights there. When i went to the bar to see if i could get an ice bucket the lady thought i was asking her to give blood as she told me everyone needs ice today so all we got was 2 plastic cups with ic...
