We had this hotel booked on a deal with 3 nights in Rome and 3 nights in Venice. Even though it was the tour operators fault that the hotel was in the middle of nowhere, the staff weren't very helpful. Even though busses and trains into the center of Rome were frequent, it still took roughly 40 minutes to get there. The hotel was right in the business area and therefore if you wanted a meal out, you couldn't get one. You'd have to go to the shopping center which was all takeaway food such as mc... Read more

Booked this hotel as part of a package and oh dear was that a bad idea. The hotel room was clean, big bed but so hot it was like being in a sauna. No tea/coffee making facilities, and the view from our balcony was special as you can see. Just opposite was a big shopping centre with all its noise. We were a 10 minute bus ride and nearly 30 minutes by metro from the centre of Rome.

I stayed as part of a weekend trip to Rome as part of a tour. So to start - what was good: The staff especially the restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were basic but very clean. The linen was crisp and fresh and the beds were comfortable. What was not poor: The hotel was a building site - there were piles of building materials everywhere, the floors were dirty with building dust, there were broken tiles on the steps. We didn't want to use the pool which is just as we... Read more

Appalling experience staying here. Hostel would of been better. Nimrod tours should of offered alternative hotel as was in state of refurbishment. Would not stay there even when refurbished. Food disgusting, no bar! Staff on restaurant OK but staff on reception unhelpful. Not a hotel for anyone who expects comfort and service. Would of checked out but with my son on his school trip.
