Part of tour package, otherwise would have moved first night. Beds hard as floor, they ran out of pillows, but they did provide extra blankets to lay upon since mattress was so hard. One or two personnel went out of their way to try and make up for rude and unprofessional service from other staff....would NOT recommend this hotel.

It's far away from the centre and surroundings are really lonely. No shops, no restaurants, no transport over there. Dinners are the same, you wait to be served for about 45 minutes. and yes...beds and pillows are hard and my friends had to share on bed even if they asked fro two beds in a room.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with our friends in May. 5 days before our arrival I sent an E-mail with a request to advise how to get to the hotel by public transportation. Unfortunately, even though I resent the E-mail three times and phoned, I got the response after 6 days, when we were already staying at the hotel. During our stay everything was fine, nice clean rooms, especially bathroom, good beer, good breakfast (I know we are in Italy, but wider selection of bread and baguettes wou... Read more

I stayed overnight before my flight from Ciampino airport. The hotel is a bit run down and not only that but the service was sub par and there's no food available between 2:30-7:30 pm. Not even snacks. All they have is drinks available during this time. I asked the front desk if they have any food/snacks available or if there was somewhere nearby that I could get food (it was 5pm) and they pointed at the lounge area and said there are sandwiches and snacks there. I went over to the restaurant ar... Read more

Sorry this is so long...... First of all this hotel is no where near the city centre and accessibility is not great. They run a shuttle service to the Metro but unfortunately for us the drivers were on strike one day while we were there. The hotel is in the middle of a residential area and the only exciting thing about the view was people hang their washing out. Most of the reception staff did not speak English and we did not find them polite. It was a struggle communicating with them. The re... Read more

This hotel is run down, there are about 3 nice staff members. Food is completely over priced in regards to quality, the rooms are quite nice though. We enquired about a balcony, never got one, also enquired about a late check out, wasn't allowed one. This hotel is not near the city Centre, getting to any beach is a nightmare. Would not recommend to anyone or ever go again.

We booked a flight from Paris to Rome which got us into the city late at night and instead of going into the city centre we decided to book this hotel for 1 night because it was close to the airport and offered an airport shuttle. I had emailed them twice prior to arrival to inquire about the shuttle and with no answer I decided to send them my details of arrival and airport this way if they responded while I was in travel they would have the information to pick us up. We arrived at the airpor... Read more

We booked for one night prior to our morning plane from Ciampino Airport, Rome. The hotel was full of tourists that had arrived from asia, who were very noisy.Hotel is in some ways run down and idoesn't look and feel as a 4 star hotel. Anyhow, the room was nice and big enough(wasn't bad) and it was close to airport (with car). We booked it because it had an important offer. So it wasn't so bad, but I wouldn't say teh same if we had to pay full price....

Good hotel if you on the budget. Great location.Parco degli Acquedotti only 30 min walk from hotel. We went there on the first day of our holidays while we were waiting for room to check in. Just 3 mins walk to bus stop which brings you to metro station in 10 mins. Metro runs every 4 minutes so in Rome city centre you can get in about an hour time. Our room was spacious nice and clean. It was only downside that we got room on the ground floor. Staff will begin to get ready for breakfast about 5... Read more

The hotel is located in a residential area, about a 20-25 minute bus ride to the colosseum. From there, you can get on the metro and get to wherever you want easily and efficiently. Really easy to navigate. The bus stop is only a 2 minute walk from the hotel and comes every 15 minutes. The hotels shuttle leaves on times that we didn't find convenient, which is why we used the bus. There is also a grocery store that you walk passed during your 2 minute walk to the bus stop. The hotel is really ni... Read more

Booked 2 executive rooms here, we're ok for the money. Friendly staff was hit and miss depending on who served you. I think some of it maybe a language thing, I speak very little Italian, however a smile can go a long way. Our son suffered a stomach bug whilst we were here, we requested a piece of toast late evening as he hadn't eaten for 24 hours but this could not be done as they had no bread but we're happy to provide a pre packed toasted cheese and ham sandwich! Breakfast selection was very... Read more

We booked this somewhat oddly designed hotel on a discount site, and as the saying goes "there's a reason it's on sale". The photos online looked good, but in this case a picture was not worth 1000 words. The very first thing a hotel needs to ensure is a good night's sleep, and as other reviewers have noted, the beds are remarkably hard.. You'd need a good two or three inches of foam on top of the mattress to ensure comfort. You must request air conditioning to your room from the reception desk,... Read more

The website makes this hotel look like it's a sunglazed tropical resort in a lush forested area. I knew I wasn't going to the tropics, but did expect a working pool (not - it was being worked on) and nice patio (in progress). You could look out the window and in the far distance see a forest, but all around the hotel was a very non-descript, mostly run down neighbourhood (interspersed with fancy houses behind brick walls and electronic gates). The check in staff was pleasant. Our room looked ... Read more

the rooms were ok, accept for the noise of the air-conditioning, at night it started making a horrible sound and that lasted for the whole stay, although we mentioned this the first day... There was a terrace, overlooking the waste bins and parking, and without a chair or table. The breakfast was a disaster, it is in a basement and the curtains were kept closed, so it was very dark. The assortment wasn't great but ok. The staff was not friendly at all, on the contrary, they were arrogant and u... Read more

Saw the reviews on this hotel, some of them not so good. Still booked it. Arrived prior to check in time. Was allowed to freshen up and leave our bags in a locked room. Was told that whilst our room was not ready, we could still use the pool etc. We opted to go into Rome instead. Bus stop is a 5 minute walk away. Very short wait for the bus. 118 takes you right near the colosseum. The other to the metro station which leads to everywhere! Found all staff to be polite and friendly. Some even ver... Read more

Having read some reviews i was not sure what to expect upon arrival. I travelled with my boyfriend, both 26 and stayed for 4 nights. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, some did not speak english but there was always an english speaking person on. Our room was perfect for what we needed as we were gone all day sight seeing. Bed was very comfortable, room was cleaned daily and towels changed daily. Breakfast was included in our price and was 100% worth it. Bacon, scrambled egg, bea... Read more

This was a comfortable hotel which was a bit removed from the center but which was clean, comfortable and quite near some Roman ruins. Modern rooms were clean and comfortable. There was good wifi and the hotel services were good. Breakfasts were good and the staff was helpful. Only drawback would be location out of center with limited public transport right at hotel.
