The room was big, clean, with balcony. It's far from the city center, but very close to the subway (2 minutes). The breakfast was great: copious, diversified. Offers free Wi-Fi. The restaurant had great food and afortable.

The staff was nice, the rooms were clear. But don't expect space in your room. They are all real small rooms, with just enough space for your bed. I had trouble fitting in a big suitecase. It had to stand up. The rooms in front are noisy.

The hotel was good, the room was very very clean, everything we needed was there. Our room was too small, is what I could say as disadvantage. Around 1mts2. But we already knew it. The breakfast was complete, but the coffee was not of my taste, too strong, was not good in my opinion. It's situated 25 minutes from Termini, taking the Metro A, via Laurentina. The area is quiet, not too much around. There is a Carrefour close. It's well connected with the city. The metro is just 400m approx. from t... Read more

We stayed here before and after cruise in April and then after our tour of Italy. A total of six days. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly. The rooms are small, but rooms on the back of the building are quieter. The Laurentino Metro line is a few minutes walk from the hotel, and there are a variety of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. They have an area out the back where you can have drinks In the afternoon. A pleasant area to sit but it is frequented by smokers. We ate there ... Read more

It was clean, but the worst thing about it was the location, it was really far from the city , of course near to the metro station but it take about 30 minutes every day to go to the city, if you are tourist then every day you should go for sightseeings it is really far and time consuming.

We found the reception desk to be the rudest people we have encountered in a supposed 4 star hotel. We arrived before the 3 O‚??clock check- in and were summarily dismissed for bothering to ask if we could check in. When my husband asked if he could park our BMW he was told the street has plenty of parking. It would be more polite if the receptionist had at least asked if we would like to park at the back of the hotel and if we would care to have lunch which had just started at the hotel, or eve... I spent four nights there and was disappointed. I had room close to the road so was not even able to open windows because it was so noisy. Rooms are very very small and badly furnished. If it has two stars I would say perfect hotel.

Through a travel company called 'Trip A Deal' (in Australia) after arriving at airport in Rome with no-one to meet us, we managed to get ourselves to the Hotel we were told we were staying at for the first night of our "21 day tour". During our tour we were to stay at this hotel for a further 4 nights. It is definitely not a "top hotel". Rather, it is old and extremely tiny with air conditioning to rooms which only operate for about 3 hours each day. With no choice but to open windows to our... Read more

First of all it is so far from the attraction and you need to take the train, which takes long time. second, the staffs are so rude. They reply you in a very inappropriate way. Our bath got problem and the water couldn't drain, the bathroom was flooded and water came to the room. We informed the reception and a staff came and he was talking loud in Italian language. He cleaned up the mess and was very angry and was telling us the way that we do not know how to use the bath. He did not apologize ... Read more

I stayed here for a few nights on 2 separated occasions. The staff were so friendly and very helpful with anything we needed, unlike other Italy hotels we stayed at!! Highly recommend. The rooms must be different on every level. The first time we stayed it was smaller and older the second time there was 2 rooms and bigger. Breakfast and dinner was good. Outside bar area also nice. Highly recommend for clean rooms & friendly staff and good wifi!!!

Stayed here for 4 nights in total, loved the triple room we got which was clean and most importantly during the summer it was very cooling. However, the location of the hotel isn't the most ideal for tourist as it is away from all the attractions. I wasn't very happy with the customer service here as well as member of staffs are rather rude. Additionally, if you are down for breakfast after 9am don't expect anything to be topped up.

We stayed here on a tour of Italy. The hotel is nothing to shout about, but our room was clean, air conditioned, it has a nice outside area and it is located close to the metro. All the included meals we ate were of a decent quality. If you looking for a place to sleep and store your bags while you explore Rome, I would recommend it. If you're looking for a nice place spend time at while experiencing Rome, look elsewhere.

Very good location, walking distance to the Laurentina metro station, supermarket, post office, taxi and bus station. Rooms clean, good A/C (for summer), staff friendly, breakfast worth it, not very sure about dinner. Not in a touristy area, but with the metro everything is close

The hotel is located at the end station of metro, really far from the city center. Our family was a little bit small and not so cleaned because I can see dust in the floor and in the furniture but the sheets and towels smelled good. The stairs were small, steep and spiral. Breakfast was wonderful! Variety of choices, deliciously cooked, dining room was clean and bright and the crew were friendly and helpful.

This hotel is a long way from the airport and city centre, but the rail connection ia about 150m away and bus stops about 50m away, so public transport is no problem. The staff were good and spoke English, breakfast was good with all the trimmings, wifi was weak had to be close to reception to get a good signal, would use it for the price.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights for a convention taking place in the area. The rooms were of a very small size and felt very old and in much need of updating. The bathroom was an ok size, however the dials to operate the shower were placed directly behind the shower door, meaning the door had to be wide open to turn on the shower which does spray a lot of water into the bathroom! The windows in the room did let in a lot of noise from the street. The hotel itself is not on a particularly bu... Read more

This hotel is located near to the Laurentina metro station. Nothing much to offer at the surrounding accept a small Carrefour Grocery that open 24 hours. The hotel breakfast sulk as food and drinks will not be replenish after 8.45am. So basically no breakfast for those who travel with leisure. Check in take a long time although we already booked and pay weeks in advance

It looks quite far out but it was a god send to be away from the craziness that is Rome!!! Laurentina is the last stop on the b line and so it's easy to get to. The hotel stands out as it's the first hotel you will see when getting off the train and there's flags along the outside. I would say though that the roadside rooms are very noisy at night and to get a room on the other side of the hotel. Breakfast is adequate and the outdoor area is awesome.

Stayed one night at the start and one night at the end of a tour. Excellent location right at the end of a train line making it very easy to find. The room sizes vary greatly. Leaves a sour taste when all paying the same price. Also subscribe to this Italian thing where couples often given single beds and single travellers given doubles. Our first night was in room 419. If you are given the key to this room, run a mile! It is so small that can't move around the bed and the bathroom so small ... Read more

Very small room, the curtains are full of dust. AirConditioner was running in October . Bathroom very small, showerbox is too small, it was difficult to stay in and to wash my head. I arrived in Hotel at about 22:45. The restaurant closes at 22:30, but inside the restaurant there was a table of 20 persons who was having a dinner. I asked if I can have something to eat, but they told me that the kitchen is closed.

We stayed here 2 nights and found the room to be enough for 2. We had drinks by the outdoor bar, the staff were quick and happy to either take cash or charge to the room. They supplied complimented nuts and corn chips for us. I am a westerner so cakes of all types for breakfast was revolting, but suits others of course so I had tea and toast. We had no issues using the station to get to the hotel so check out closer hotels to the city if that's an issue for you.

Stayed 4 nights in this hotel for business. Needed a hotel near the European area and as I did not have too much choice I booked it anyway. If you need to be in the area it is better to book the Sheraton which is one stop away by metro.
