We normally get to stay in 5star Intercon, Hilton etc. but there were none in the area. So, staying with IHG loyalty, I picked this - a business room with desk etc. It was comfortable with double bed, good pillows and nice desk. Breakfast was good and the pub downstairs was very welcoming. I do thing euro9 for a pint is a bit much. Anyhow, there is uber and many place to dine in the immediate area. Taxi from airport is around euro30 - take the official white ones outside and not the black ones.

The hotel is clean and well designed. Only recommendation that i propose is to variate the breakfast concept a bit more. The hotel is out of the city but they let you to take the bus in front of the hotel each three hours.

Decent sized room but boiling hot. Lots of noise in the corridors. Breakfast was OK. 30 mins away from the centre, but the hotel puts on a shuttle for 5 euros. If you want to see the sights, better to stay in the centre.

If you have to stay in that area - probably for professionnal reason - then this hotel is certainly the right choice as it offers the standard 4star service you can expect. If you are in Rome for touristic reasons then maybe the location of this hotel is too far off except if you get a special interesting price, then it might be worthwhile to "commute" every day around 30 minutes to the center by public transport or even taxi.

Good hotel. Amenities are similar to most Holiday Inns. Staff members are very friendly.Rooms (at least the business rooms) are spacious. The restaurant is average and in the immediate area there are no alternatives available. Public transport connections are very limited for this hotel (and generally not very good either in Rome in general). You can take however the local train FL1 from the airport (8 euro, much less than the 30 or 40 euro taxi drive). Going into town you can take the same trai... Read more

The hotel is clean, nice bar-loinge area at the ground floor. The outdoor pool looks nice and big, although I can only imagine it is nice during summer (we were there in winter). The breakfast is average or even below average. Except for the typically great Italian coffee, the scrambled eggs are horrible (my guess is that they are artificial, not from real eggs). The rooms are big, but there is problem with the pillows: they are not filled with feathers, they are fully synthetic, and allergenic... Read more

Conveniently located near FCO (Leonardo Da Vinci International Airport), Holiday Inn Rome - Eur Parco Dei Medici would be your excellent choice for conferences and meetings and also overnight layovers in Rome, Italy.

As a hotel, the Holiday Inn was a fantastic choice. It had great rooms, food and fantastic staff, however this is a business hotel and if you're a tourist or a couple the location or style of the hotel probably won't suite you unless you're comfortable getting the train (muratella being a 3 minute walk away) or waiting for transfers into the city. Have absolutely no problems with the hotel, I should have seen it was business-oriented before hand.

I pass one week in this hotel, their employers are so polite with good manner , the rooms are big with so comfortable bed. everything is clean and new . but the rooms facilities aren't so good , this was first hotel i saw they use plastic glass , for slippers you should call and ask to bring . the breakfast was so professional as 5 star hotel . there is beautiful area you can enjoy walking . one most important point : if you go to rome as tourist this hotel is so so far from downtown , around... As a relatively frequent traveler I can say that this hotel has seen better days. The building is old, a concrete 'monster' out of the 60s or 70s perhaps. Single glazing with aluminum frames a testimony to the times it was build. Room: Vents all dirty, not cleaned in ages. I got a sneeze attached every time I entered the room. Dust on all edges and ledges such as frames and lamps. Poor cleaning. Planning was weird. We had a family room, so four beds, but only a small wardrobe with 4 hangers. N... Read more
