We arrived at the hotel and were directed to the wrong place for our room so had to carry our bags (no offer to assist) from one room to another late at night having travelled for a number of hours. We were not informed prior to arriving that the pool had already closed for the season so we were unable to use this. The room was fine but the service provided left something to be desired.

It was a little far from Rome City Centre though there are shuttle buses available to certain train stations at certain timings. What my family did was to usually cab there. You can ask the reception to call a taxi for you. Breakfast is amazing, not a big spread but there is quality. The cream croissant is a must try! :) Family room was a little too crampy. There were four of us though the room could fit up to five but we were struggling. Besides that, there are no other complaints.

The hotel has the basic services to be used as a pit stop during the adventure in Rome, the room is enough to relax and reload energy for the next day; the bar close early so is not easy to get a drink after 22:00hrs; I got a rental car so the front desk people was very supportive to help me to get the best places, routes to go/park to reach the most important places; the location is not the best if you are traveling by bus/taxi/metro but if you have a car is a great location to avoid traffic an... I had a quick lunch for job meeting. I ordered beef with porcini (amazing) and Parma's ham. Great service. Just you have to pay the parking (2?/hour). So I advice the management to better report the toilettes.

I am here now with a group of 14 people. This hotel is either racist or they just like to marginalise groups. Breakfast in restaurant is only reserved for individuals and for groups are put in a room with insufficient amount of food and service compared. We have breakfast on the first day in the "room" and second day at the restaurant and today back to the "room". When asked the front office manager, his reply was yesterday we upgraded your group. So does that mean today we are downgraded? ... Read more

I stayed in this hotel on the last night of my Globus tour. My room was a reasonable size and the bed was comfortable. Wifi was free and we were given a password but that expired at midnight and I didn't have internet until I was provided with another password the next day. The included breakfast was the same as every hotel. It was adequate. The hotel has no ATM so make sure you have enough cash as it is a long walk to the nearest machine. I assume that the tour company used this hotel because o... Read more

Stayed here for an extra night after a Globus tour. Room was ok--small by US standards but larger than some I've been in. The breakfast was ok--smaller selection than the hotels I've been to in Italy. BUT there is nothing near the hotel-- there is a McDonald's down a long steep hill. Going up could be a challenge. Stay here only if you need to get an early flight since it is relatively close to the airport.

It was the worst I ever stayed in Rome or perhaps Italy. The location of the hotel was bad, in the middle of no where and outside the reach of the Rome subway system, so one basically had to take a 15-20 euro taxi every time to just catch the subway. There was a hotel shuttle that ran hourly in the morning and evening, but one had to book the round way tickets ahead, which was ridiculous. The restaurant on site was really bad, and the breakfast was poor. Again one had to do a taxi to find ... Read more

This hotel had a beautiful suite for us. Great Service staff. Restaurant. But it is outside of the city of Rome. They do have a shuttle bus to take you to the first metro stop in rome that runs frequently. But I would pick a closer hotel if I were to go back.

Great stay really nice hotel . Easy to get in out of the city centre Would definitely recommend this hotel. Nice bar and breakfast has a good choice with food refilled regularly. The reception staff are so helpful and very polite
