The hotel is nice, but the beds were terrible. Grest locayion close to downtown with shopping and restaurants. Some of the staff was nice, but the guy at the front desk was rude. Close to bus stops and about 5 blockd from the train.

The hotel was clean, the rooms had a nice size and the breakfast was good. The top floor view (pool area) was perfect and all in all we had a great time at the hotel. They have a shuttle to the old city of Rome a couple of times during the day which we used a couple of times. It was way cheaper then taxi or even public transport. The hotel is located in a quiet area, mostly with residences, a short trip away from Trastevere. Several shops and restaurants a couple of blocks away. The train sta... Read more

Perfect place for enjoying Rome without noise and pollution. Nice and large rooms. Roof top swimming pool appreciated. Breakfast a bit disappointing: not a lot of fresh products, most of them seem to be tinned products).

Not my usual kind of holiday normally a beach lover. Hotel: Reception team welcoming, informative and very helpful. First room had lots of bugs behind curtains and on bed -so we moved. Second room clean spacious. Dressing gown and slippers provided. Mini bar drinks cheaper than bar 3.50 euro for beer. Great big bath toiletries provided plus toothbrush, comb and shaving kit. Hairdryer is good. Free safe Tea and coffee is confusing it's 5 euros as it's a coffee machine Ice in corridor Sun terra... Read more

Came here for a 5 day stay with my boyfriend and it was such a beautiful hotel. The room was a really good size and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and guided us on places to go and how to get to certain sites. The hotel is peaceful and away from the city centre but just around the corner was a 170 bus you can catch which takes you to Piazza Venezia and other stops. The pool area was nice, only downside was that even though it was boiling the pool was absolutely freezi... Read more

We have just spent 3 nights in the H10 Roma Citta and were very happy with our choice. Every single need was met, the beds were very comfortable, there were multiple choices of pillows in all softnesses and sizes and the staff was top notch. The rooms were clean, breakfast included something for every taste and the pool was a refreshing way to end a day of sightseeing. The pool is on the top floor overlooking the area. We had a pleasant stay in this hotel, enjoying comfortable rooms which were cleaned to a high standard and good facilities including a restaurant, bar and rooftop pool. However, the service at the bar was definitely lacking and we were disappointed when the bar attempted to close 10 minutes prior to the normal closing time, of midnight, on a Friday night. We didn't eat in the restaurant but ordered food at the bar twice and were disappointed by the quality. The hotel itself is situated in a nei... Read more

After arriving in central Rome on a hot day, the challenge of locating the H10 Roma Citta began... Due to its location, the hotel requires planning on how to reach its doors, as it is a 12-15 mins walk from Roma Trastevere station or by using the infrequent 170 bus, however, once you are there it's comfortable rooms are more than welcome! Staff on reception are warm and friendly and do their best to guide you to the to sights and restaurants so that you can make the most of your stay. The bar... Read more

My wife and I visited Rome in July 2016, and after much searching settled on this hotel. We thought there must be a catch because of the price, as many other people did that we spoke to from the UK, but there isn't. It's great. Modern, clean, great value for money. Lovely big rooms with everything you need. A really good pool area with loungers and also a jacuzzi, needed when it gets so hot. Was 36c when we were there. After spending two weeks backpacking through Italy, we decided to stay at a hotel for our final night there. Parking was cheap at H10, the rooms were incredible, and while we didn't get the opportunity to take advantage of the amenities, the pool and workout room options looked great. The hotel isn't in the most convenient place in Rome which makes walking to attractions difficult but you can easily call a cab or Uber to take you to the area of Rome with most of the major attractions.

Me and my partner stayed in March 2016 for a surprise trip for his Birthday. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well furnished and the breakfast was tasty with plenty of choice. I stayed 5 nights in this hotel in July. We had standard room which was modern and spacious. Room was very clean and fresh. The bathroom had a smell of mold, but otherwise it was also clean and modern. The soundproofing was very poor, you could here everything from other rooms and the hall. Take earplugs with you if you stay here. We took breakfast for every morning, though it was a bit expensive. It included everything, so I think it was about worth it. The beds are comfortable, and the aircondition is effective and silent. The breakfast is good, with a selection above average. However, the only bread available was toast and small flutes. The hotel is comfortable, pool is great, breakfast is average. Rooms are small but ample and the bathroom is a good size. It is noisy for rooms at the front. It is a long way from the centre and despite how management responds I assure you it is a long way and a long, long wait for transport. I left something in my room and returned to the hotel to get it and initially they denied having it and then owned up and I had to wait 45 minutes until it was returned to the hotel. I wonder!!

The staff are helpful and friendly. However, the hotel lacks interest, with few loungers by the pool, and visitors putting their towels on them then going sight seeing for the morning. There is a bar by the pool, but no staff seems to visit. A missed opportunity for the hotel and customers, as they could make more of this area. We decided to stay here for the option of a pool alone. It does have a gym and massage room, but didn't see anyone ever going in, so seemed a waste of valuable space. ... Read more

This hotel is in a residential area in the suburbs of Rome and is very quiet in the evening. You can walk to Trastevere in about 30 minutes should you wish, but there is a shuttle bus that will drop you to the centre of Rome and takes about 10 minutes (there is a charge), however these only run in the daytime so if you go out in the evening it will be a taxi back. The hotel was lovely and clean and staff were very friendly. We stayed for 3 nights on a city break and found the location of the hotel was not ideal, you have to get either a taxi or shuttle into the centre. The hotel shuttle is 3 Euros, or 5 for a return, but the times aren't great. Having said that if a central location isn't essential, staying here would be lovely. Rooms were nice and the beds very comfy, only criticism was the lack of tea or coffee making facilities provided!

We travelled in Italy for two weeks recently - first to the Amalfi Coast then to a villa in Tuscany. We were flying home out of Rome, and needed a hotel for just one night. We somehow thought this hotel was in or near Trastevere, a fun neighborhood we had enjoyed on our last visit to Rome. Since we only had an afternoon and evening in Rome, we decided to focus on this neighborhood. It turned out to be in the Marconi District, rather far from where we wanted to be. The room is great, very modern and bathroom is excellent. Only downside is very little privacy provided by the bathroom door. Location is ok...I wouldn't walk home from nights out, but the walk there is ok. Gym is very small, pool/jacuzzi cold and the breakfast was a joke! 17euro per person for a mediocre meal! The room was clean, modern, spacious and quiet with good sound-proofing. The gym was small, but adequate. The rooftop pool area was great. Avoid the hotel breakfast, at 17 euros and go to the nearby pasticceria, where a coffee and a croissant will set you back a mere two euros. And you don't have to eat at the bar but can sit down for that. This particular blue-collar neighbourhood in Marconi is an odd place to site a hotel, but I suppose their main market is tour groups or business people with... Read more

I stayed in this hotel to attend a conference and it all went well. The hotel had great conference rooms, excellent wifi, a nice pool on the top floor and the breakfast buffet was great. At reception, I was registered by ALICIA, one of the interns ( stagiaire) and she reflected the professionalism and the etiquette of the hotel: efficiency, cordial and hospitable. Very modern and clean hotel with helpful friendly staff. We were celebrating a birthday and aniversary and had a bottle of prosecco given to us as a surprise from the hotel.
