We had a small double bedroom. Very clean with all basic amenities. Buffet breakfast was enough to get us going till lunch time. The location of the hotel was really good. So close to trevi fountain, pantheon and spanish steps. We walked even to the coloseum and the vatican. A la prosima Roma..

Hotel Fellini was a charming little hotel close to fantastic restaurants, bars, and cafes. I came with my niece and aunt and we had a three-bed room. It was surprisingly spacious for what I expected in Rome. The beds were very comfortable, the wifi worked incredibly well, and the staff was very accommodating. It is about three streets away from Trevi fountain on a peaceful little road and we couldn't have been happier with our stay.

Did a two-night stay with my fiancé just to get out of Naples for a day and it was wonderful! The staff was friendly and our room was very modern and clean. Breakfast was across the street in the morning. Close to walk anywhere from here and it was quiet and comfortable!

We would stay here again if we ever came back to Rome. The Front Desk was great with any questions and helping to book transfers to the airport (50 EUR for a car for a 45 min drive in average traffic). The breakfast was in a room around the corner from the hotel and had a selection of meats, cheeses, toast, yogurts, cereals, pastries, hard boiled eggs and some fruit. There was a machine for hot water and coffee drinks like espresso - they can also make them for you. The elevator is on the 1st f... Read more

The hotel is in an excellent location. Just minutes from the Trevi fountain, bars, restaurants, and supermarket. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. On arriving back to our hotel room on the day of my husbands birthday, we were greeted by a lovely bottle of Prosseco and two wine glasses on the bed with a fancy towel display. This was a lovely surprise. There is a little terrace where you can sit out on the third floor. The room was spotless. We had a room on the side of the tunnel whi... Read more

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Good central location within a reasonable walking distance to most attractions and station. Front desk recommend local restaurant which was excellent. We were upgraded to junior suite which was great. A relief to pay a reasonable room rate after being in Venice

The hotel is very conveniently located near the fountain and stores. It was easy to get around and sight see. The breakfast was good and an easy way to start the day. The room was very small and the bathroom was even smaller! The staff was nice but not overly friendly. The number one reason to stay here is location.

Perfect location! In the heart of all city just a block from the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. Walk further and you can get to the Coliseum!...tons of restaurants close by, shopping and beautiful architecture! Boutique hotel (think small and cozy) with a great breakfast included! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a room with 3 single beds. The room was very long and narrow! It was awkward but it was clean and fine for just coming back to go to sleep. This is a small, boutique type hotel. Staff was friendly. We did not get to try breakfast so I'm unsure what they offer. I can say that the pictures on the website are not anything like the room we got!

The location was really what redeemed our experience in this case. It is close to all the major sites and close to the metro which we used frequently. When we arrived, our air conditioning wasn't functioning correctly, our spread had a giant stain in the center and the shower floor pan was filling up with water because the drain was plugged. The man working at the reception desk tried very hard to fix everything for us and we were very grateful he was able to fix the air con and bring us a cl... Read more

The room was very small and the walls thin. We heard everything from the other Rooms on our floor. The shampoo was horrible no conditioner and the bath gel smelled like a man's Cologne. Also, I found the staff to be rude. Would not go back.

My husband and I stayed here with our two high school grads and had a very nice experience. We splurged and let the kids have their own rooms, which were small but nice. We had the 'Attic' on the 6th floor, which was a fun experience with pros and cons. It's a quaint, fairly large room but the best part is a huge rooftop Terrance with lounge chairs and tables. We had breakfast and happy hour overlooking the neighborhood. It was a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The downside... Read more

My wife and I loved this hotel. Room was a little tight, but very clean, the a/c blew very cold, and the staff was helpful. We were 3 minutes from the Trevi fountain and an easy walk to most of the city (although we did get a taxi to the Vatican museum.) We would definitely stay there again.

I was a bit apprehensive when I booked this hotel via trip advisor recommendations you hear all sorts of horror stories and well I booked with a open mind! Right after booking my room I got an email from the lovely receptionist to ask if there was any particulars I needed or needed any help to just contact them directly! I did do this, and was emailed back right away with help! I had booked my transfer from the airport to the hotel, however, when I got to the airport my transfer was not there... Read more

Typical European hotel in the center of Rome with easy access to attractions, places where you can enjoy fantastic Italian food, shopping areas. Though rooms are small you can find everything you need for comfort stay : good internet, comfortable bed, clean and functional bathroom, functioning elevator. Breakfasts are quite poor, probably they should revise the menu. Staff in the reception is quite helpful. In case you need advise Alex is always there to help.

Nice hotel close to Trevi fountain 3 minute walk clean hotel staff are welcoming friendly and helpful. It's in a good location close to subway (5 minute walk) so you can get to the colosseum or the Vatican, (only 2/3 stops on subway for both sites) would definitely recommend and stay here again. They have a light continental style breakfast for 5 Euro a day which is not to bad either. If you go to the Vatican or coloseum I definitely recommend a guided tour for both of these, you skip past the l... Read more

Just 3 mins from the Trevi Fountain, the location is unbeatable. The rooms are very clean, the (much needed) air conditioning was perfect, the staff were friendly and professional. The room is fairly small, as is the en suite shower room, but perfectly adequate and typical for Rome- indeed, it's part of Rome's charm. We have visited Rome 9 times but this is our first time at this hotel. we would be happy to return as it was very good value for money.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. Hotel is centrally located in the heart of Rome, five minute walk from the Fountain Trevi. We haven't used any public transportation walking all the time in beautiful Rome. The staff was very helpful: from suggesting restaurants to eat to directions to sightseeing to printing boarding passes to calling a taxi to the train station, they were always therefor us. The room was OK, nothing special with small TV but always clean. The bathroom was rather peculiar: ... Read more

It was our first time to visit Rome and what can I say about Hotel Fellini? We will stay there again and again! We stayed at the Hotel Fellini August 3-5, 2016. The hotel is within easy walking distance to Trevi Fountain, Piazza di Spagna, & the Pantheon. The Piazza Venezia and Vittorio Emanuele Monument are about 15-minutes away. Across the hotel is a grocery store perfect for buying candies and chocolates and literally outside the hotel are rows of shops, gelaterias, and restaurants. Even at... Read more

Hi, I'm writing this note while still being in this hotel. On arrival, we got a very good welcome with clear explanations and a map of city. The room is clean and we have bathroom directly in our room (thing that's not sure every time in Roma). Anyway, we're spending good time in this hotel. Only "bad point" we have point of view on next building... But finally, we're not there to stay in out room and seeing across our window!

After our wedding in July we went to Italy for a few nights and we had to go back to Fellini as we visited in 2014 and loved it. This time we had the top floor apartment with private rooftop terrace with tables sun loungers and a BBQ on the terrace if you wanted to use it. The hotel was just the same, brilliant welcome, service, cute room (the only one on the top floor) and the terrace was amazing. The hotel had also left some sparkling wine and a congratulations letter which was a nice touch. W... Read more

I was attracted to the hotel based on the location (sort of central to monuments), and the design aesthetic - loved those red walls. Unfortunately my room wasn't one of those with a nice aesthetic. It was just a really average 3 star beige tiny room with no design elements at all. Clean, well maintained and tastefully appointed. Rooms are smallish but lack nothing. Try to get your room with bathroom inside (ours was across the hall). Don't go for the TV (12" on wall). Due to United delaying our originating flight out of San Francisco by almost 3 hours, we missed our connecting flight to Rome with Lufthansa in Frankfurt. What ensued was a horrible rebooking by United, which resulted in our checked bags being lost, staying at the airport until 1 am waiting for luggage that didn't show up with 2 later flights, missing our first of two nights in Rome, a form filled out with an incomplete phone number by the lost baggage agent, another broken promise by the agent...
