We stayed for 3 nights and on whole had a good stay.We wasn't in much only coming back late to sleep as we were in Rome most of the time.Only had breakfast the once which was fine, coffee was good.Did have pizza and wine in the evening once which was good and staff were friendly. Was quite noisy in the mornings with people going off for breakfast and doors crashing etc but not really the hotels fault.Yes was ok,for the money you can't expect the world. We loved Italy and the Italians! This may not be everyone's idea of a great hotel (room we chose was basic), but it was comfortable, clean and functional. The hotel was our base to explore from...and what a delightful base (just remember that it is half an hour by car from the centre of Rome if booking). The surroundings are impressive and the hotel staff are very friendly. we enjoyed our continental breakfasts followed by a morning stroll around the gardens. Would we return here? A most definite YES!

We travelled with a group of friends and spent 3 nights here in standard accommodation and found the rooms clean, comfortable with all the amenities you need for a short stop over (although the bidet was so near the shower doors it risked skinned shins!) Some of our friends mentioned noise from adjoining rooms, but we didn't have that problem at all. Whilst there was air conditioning in the bedroom as we were on the 4th floor we kept the window and shutters open instead and the room was airy and... Read more

This is far the worst hotel I have stayed in. The beds are rubbish, the rooms have no tea facilities, the AC never worked, the toilets were not clean at all. It's old and smelt like horrible, had to homage Roma 3 times and still didn't get better. If you as considering a cheap hotel please do not stay there, because for it being a cheap hotel it's still beyond that. It will be a waist of your money. The breakfast was just full of cakes , far worst breakfast buffet I have seen. Out of 10 I will g... Read more

We had booked this hotel after reading some reviews and it being a god price. The pictures made this so called 4 star hotel look amazing! The exterior looks really nice, and the surrounding areas were lovely. The lobby was quite nice too, but when we entered the rooms, we were in for a real shock. We had 3 rooms altogether and each one of the rooms were below par, I wouldn't expect the state of these rooms in a 1 or 2 star hotel, let alone 4 stars. We were all appalled at the conditions of the r... Read more

The location is acceptable. Bus station is near by, It takes about 30 to 40 minutes to get to Rome centre. The receptionist were friendly. We were sent to a room with faulty door and light switch, but we were provided with another room straightaway. The bathroom is small, with one cracked tile, and a dated shower cubicle. The seal can do with a renewal. But it is clean. The décor of the whole place is a bit dull (personal taste really), could do with some colour. The cheerful maintenance guy ... Read more

I Booked wrong date by mistake and would not refund and wanted ?199 to change the date! Tried a number of times to change this and they refused. Appalling approach to customer service and they do not deserve any clients as a result. This type of reaction gives tourism a bad name in Italy and demonstrates clearly how they do not appreciate what they have.

The location is not great to say the least. It takes about a half an hour to get to downtown with the bus. We picked the hotel because of its pool but turns out the pool doesn´t open until June 2nd, the day we left, despite the weather being absolutely great. There is a seating area outside that really needs some attention and it looks like nobody really works there. The restaurant really let us down with not just bad food but also its random setup. When checking out we had to pay 60 Euros in a... Read more

Genuinely a nice hotel. Good rooms, air con not great. Bar was good and food was fine. Centre of rome only 20 mins by car. We booked out of rome centre to get a pool, looks great. We went to use the pool and the life guard stopped us, you need a ticket from reception. Went to reception and they want ?15 per person per day to use the pool, we stayed 3 nights so try want ?180 just for a swim. Absolute disgrace. Kids were melting so I had to pay it the first day but the staff weren't interested... Read more

Stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and for its price it was okay but definitely not a 4 star hotel. Our 'double' bed was two singles pushed together which moved constantly, the TV had one English Channel and the front desk staff were unhelpful and not welcoming in the slightest (apart from one person). The room was very basic but as I didn't spend much time in there it did its job. The view was amazing as well as the Hotels restaurant which served incredible pizza. The house keeping was also top ... Read more

The hotel is really beautiful, the decor is amazing. The restaurant is great and all the staff are really friendly. Only thing that let it down was the 15 euro a day charge to use the pool (you also have to wear ugly hats). My friend and I stayed for a week and were planning on doing a half sightseeing half pool holiday, however this was ruined when we found out about the charge (which you also have to pay to sit on the grass outside the pool area). it felt silly that we had paid for a hotel wit... The hotel is classed as a 4* but really only a 3*. When we arrived we were placed on the 3rd floor and our friends on the second. When we got together later in the evening we found that they had got coffe making facilities/ shower and bath and a stocked fridge. We had none of this, the bathroom only had a shower and there was a fusty smell from the wet room type drain. It was a disabled bathroom with hardly and shelving etc. We did not did not even have a fridge let alone a stocked one. No coffe... Read more

The hotel is ideal for site seeing and relaxing due to having a pool. We thought the rooms were a bit basic, so if you want luxury then I would suggest upgrading to some of the better suites. Being British we were disappointed that there was not a kettle in the room as we brought tea and coffee with us, as we like a lot of hot drinks. We also didn't enjoy the continental breakfast, that said the meals in the restaurant and the staff were first class.
