stayed for six nights at this hotel The first five we were in room 125 which was clean and tidy but very cold.. you could not turn the heating up as it was fixed. i did ask the reception for more pillows which were promptly supplied . Did not mention the heating as we assumed wrongly that it would improve. i tried to have a shower before dinner but got soaked and flooded the bathroom floor as there was no curtain. This i found out was the norm. Dinner was a bit average but acceptable enough some... Read more

This hotel was not chosen by us, but by lss-travel. When we arrived at noon, the rooms were not clean, no lunch was served and we got no information about if and how we could get something to eat anywhere. The bar was closed, we saw some tired cookies lying on a shelf, not what we needed then :) What a great welcome! We had to wait until 7.30 pm for food! So, finally - time to eat - but was this really food?? This mixture of mash (made of pulver?), rice, smudgy pasta and some boiled, really dry ... Read more

We stayed here as part of a large party and for that reason it was good, room size reasonable and rates reasonable. The staff try their hardest to accommodate but it doesn't always work out Firstly we had to wait 2 hours to check in despite letting them know in advance that we would like to check in early. Then we were promised a bigger room but were given a normal one - this was rectified but took quite a while to sort. The staff in the bar were sometimes non-existent. Took ages to get a co... This was our third and final stop for one night on our RSD tour of Rome. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The inadequate lighting in the room with lack of a central light meant you couldn't even see to pack your case. We were fed in an upstairs dining room with the rest of the RSD tours so it was of course a buffet style. The food wasn't great. Certainly not the "gourmet" food promised in the package we paid extra for. Because of our middle of the night departure to the airport we had ... Read more

Typical Barcelo Group hotel. We were travelling with 250 pilgrims and the restaurant was serving us all at once with ease and a very, very high quality. The rooms are modern, but the shades were not working, the light blinking etc. It should be looked after, but the rooms were very clean and the beds very compfy.

The hotel is at the outskirts of the city and the food in the hotel is quite bad, but apart from these two aspects, the hotel is quite clean, the service is good (although I haven't used room service or the laundry service myself) and the staff is very friendly and helpful. For my business trip, since the customer was located near the hotel this was the perfect choice.

Far away from the centrum Very noisy on rooms, due the opening/closing of the doors on the floor, in the night as well Cleanless poor No acces to the metro, no lunch available in the hotel and only few possibilities in the neighborhood for having it in a restaurant
