We just returned from 4 days in Rome and stayed here. The location was perfect, close to Termini station and easy to catch a cab or train. The morning breakfast was amazing, and had great selections. The front desk staff recommended restaurants and booked reservations for us. We could not have asked for anything different, except that our room was freezing and we couldn't find anywhere in the room to adjust the temp. After visiting front desk he explained the rooms have 2 controls and he switche... Read more

We stayed 4 nights in a Double Deluxe room at Hotel Ariston. From the moment we walked in the staff greeted us and made us feel welcome. They also accommodated us with a room with a tub, as requested in the reservation, which was pleasing for the long walking days in Rome. The breakfast was large and varied meeting the needs of many different preferences. The only thing we felt was a bit disturbing was the repairs being made to the wall and ceiling outside our room door around 8 in the morning... Read more

A fantastic nights stay in Rome. Very fast and polite communication via email. On arrival we needed to check in early as we were travelling with a baby. The hotel happily accommodated us and upgraded our room to fit the baby in AND gave us breakfast even though we had not yet stayed the night! We were so blown away by how helpful they were and how prepared they were to go out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. My wife and I took our Grandchildren to Rome and booked this hotel through our travel agent. We were very pleased with our choice, the breakfast was very nice but nothing outstanding, the room was extremely quiet as we were facing an inner courtyard and not overlooking the road. Personally I was happy to forsake a view for a nice quiet room. Overall the hotel was very nice if situated in a less than salubrious area but what do you expect when you are right next to the mail railway terminal?

Location is very good for people using public transport as its very close to station. There are various eating out options around the corner from some nice restaurant with outdoor dining to takeaways/kebab shops (in not so good part of the area). Hotel itself is very clean and staff is very helpful. We were delighted by welcome drinks/snacks (which you don't really expect in city hotels). Rooms are clean and decent size. Very friendly hotel. Super staff who gave good travel advice. Room for 4 was spacious with proper beds for my two tall teenagers. Nice lobby. Great breakfast that was open until half ten -again great for teenagers. The only downside was because of the location, so near to station, great for travel but a bit noisy at night and quite warm. Overall excellent value for money and would stay again

I need to start off by saying, I am a tour guide that works frequently with many different travel vendors. But I am on vacation with family as a tourist. This small hotel ideally located close to Termini has been hailed recently in the UK press, as well as generally lauded on TripAdvisor, and rightly so. It‚??s an excellent option for those wanting a safe and comfortable base that costs a fraction of other 4 star hotels in Rome. Lovely, centrally located hotel. The staff make this hotel! Very helpful, friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is pretty good. Nice coffee. Good size rooms. Would return. Location is close to Termini station. You can walk to most of the big Roma attractions. Hotel will arrange taxis.

This was a lovely hotel with comfy beds, excellent service and clean rooms. The breakfast is excellent too with a wide range of choice. We were not keen on the translucent bathroom wall that limits privacy and there was a lack of shelving and hanging space. It is located very close to the main train station allowing you to easily use the metro, but the immediate area isn't exactly the nicest part of Rome.
