Nice room, great location to metro, nice neighborhood, awsome park nearby. Away from the crowds but super easy to get to all the attraction with metro pass and bus safe neighborhood many embassy surrounding

I'd give this place no stars if I could. Heating didn't work, toilet seat was broken, water was cold, breakfast was a disaster and staff were rude and unhelpful. Nothing was done even after countless complaints. What an absolute joke of a hotel.

We booked this hotel to stay in over new years for 2 nights and I was honestly very worried about the reviews as they weren't great. However, for our budget and where we wanted to stay this seemed to be the only one suitable. Location - The hotel was in a fairly good location in that it was easy access for public transport. From the airport we got the Leonardo express to Termini and the metro to Policlinico, which was then about a 5 minute walk. We found it very easy to get to the main attracti... Read more

Please see our experience below: Goods: - Close/walkable to nearest Metro station but not in city centre - Located on a quiet road - On request, management changed our room and gave a room on the top floor with a nice terrace view. The first room we got was a horrible 2 star hotel room and the next one we got was ok (similar room but only good part being it had a terrace next to it). The whole arrangement shows that the quality of rooms can vary from 2 star to 3 star! Bads: Paid for a 4 ... Read more

the room was the smallest, the bed wasn't confortable, the wardrobe smelled of fug so badly, the bathroom door hit the sink, the room was the first on the corridor, on the ground floor... overall, not a good, recomendable experience. the price was surprinsingly good for a 4 star hotel, so it didn't translate.

This hotel does not deserve a 4 stars rating. The room quality was very poor and the bathroom was old/dirty. The towels were like sandpaper, toilets were broken (driping all day/night long), no shampoo available, mould in the shower, rust on the soap dispenser, etc. Wifi signal was so bad that it couldn't work properly, the tv was old/small/without international channels (only italian channels). Last but not least, the "double bed" was in fact just 2 single beds put side by side...The reception ... Read more

The room was fine ,a little warm on one night but ok otherwise. It's pretty quiet and away from the main road .The Hotel doesn't have a restaurant or room service but the continental breakfast is great with a lovely choice of bread ,cakes ,cereals and fruit. There are several restaurants a few minutes walk away so evening meals are no problem. The staff were very helpful and can order you a taxi almost instantly! Fabiano was on reception the evening we arrived. He told us where the nearest metro... Read more

We stayed in 225. The bed was so uncomfortable we struggled sleeping but the room was a nice size for the price. The shower was too small and the shower doors broke constantly so you had to battle to get in and out. We found out 20 mins before leaving that they cannot and will not hold our luggage at the hotel for the day so we had to use a baggage drop off at termini- this was quite good and cheap. The breakfast was nice nothing much to complain and was very cheap so all good and the staff were... Read more

Okay I booked this hotel thinking that I would get a 4 star acommodation and even went here with my 6 month old baby and wife. Unfortunately the hotel as both 4 star and 1 star rooms but you never know wich you are getting. Very small room where you can barely get inside, door barely closes, no wifi, the minibar opens to an empty closet (stone hole), very cold room without air conditioner. The staff werent helpful and very rude (they must be used to this rip off). Asked for a bed for the baby w... Read more

This hotel was perfect for us, we found it easily and walked from the train station it took around 30mins. The staff were really helpful and friendly they advised us that we couldn't check in until 3 but took our bags and gave us a map, marking out all the sites and giving us useful pointers and tips. There is a metro stop really close by and it is easy to access all the sites in Rome! Room was clean and the safe was useful to have.
