This is a basic hotel located very close to Termini station and the Metro underground. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and taxis always available. The service was good at the hotel and we found most of the staff to be helpful and friendly. We had a triple room overlooking the main road. The room was on the second floor and was small but did the job as we didn't spend a lot of time there. The downside more so was that the shower was very small. It's the smallest I have ever... This is a nice hotel, very central and near the termini, the breakfast is very good with a good selection of dishes. The bedrooms are clean and the tea and coffee and kettle are a bonus. We walked everywhere but the buses are right by the station and also taxis. There is also a good supermarket in the station for water and drinks etc. A good base to return to after long hours of sightseeing!

This hotel is listed as four stars.... Wow what a stretch! Our room was very stuffy and hot, the aircon did not work, we had a very sleepless night. The wifi at the hotel was dreadful, none of us were able to use it successfully.

Good size beds but small room. Won't take luggage for international flights. Bathroom space was smaller than the one you see on aircraft!!! Outstanding location - right next to Rome termini. Friendly staff who allowed us to leave luggage, as we arrived several hours before check in. Breakfast was very good. Overall a comfortable place to stay.

Fabulous location right next to Termini Station. This made getting around Rome so easy as the metro and the bus station are right there as well. Hotel is modern, clean and has everything you need. Great breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Dont believe all the negative hype about the area. We felt very safe.

We got the express from the airport and the hotel was just across the road from the station. The room was small but nice- same for the shower room. The shower itself was small so if you are a large person it may not suit, but there was loads of hot water and the shower was easy to adjust. The towels were nice and thick, too. The whole hotel was very clean and modern. The bar was small and we did not see anyone using it, but as there are bars within a stone's throw, why bother? The staff were ple... Read more

We stayed in this hotel for two nights. The rooms are small, but clean, and it is just next to Termini station. The bed and the pillow are comfortable. Despite being in the center, it is quiet. We really slept well! The breakfast is O.K.

The hotel's location bang next to the train terminal is the best part. Its far away from the airport however. The rooms are small, clean. The shower cubicle is too tiny! The buffet breakfast is spartan in comparison to other places. The reception area is tiny. The staff not very helpful.

My partner and I stayed in this hotel for two nights and we would highly recommend! The staff were so welcoming and friendly and the room was very clean and a perfect size. The breakfast has a great variety including cereal and toast for the fussy eaters (like myself) and the air con is fantastic!!

I had one night stay at this hotel and the most unpleasant experience to get in this hotel bedbugs and bendford bites. Not at all happy with this hotel that claims a 4 star but acts as a one star. Check the picture attached. Absolutely not to try and not be surprised by their reaction. Both myself and my daughter got so many bites.

This hotel is very easy to get to, and located near the University of Sapienza and the Termini Railway Station. Very nice breakfast buffet though they seemed to be lacking forks... It had a nice veranda on the top floor.

It has been a month now since we left Rome but my daughter and I really had a very memorable experience at Aphrodite Hotel. Firstly, it is just across Termini where shops, restaurants, buses and trains are conveniently located. Secondly, the room was comfortable and very clean with spacious bathroom. Thirdly, breakfast was great and kitchen staff gladly prepared my cappucino every morning. Hopefully you will have an earlier breakfast so that tourist like us can visit the city early and maximiz... Rome Termini is not the safest or nicest area in Rome but for an overnight stay this is very handy. My room was bigger than I expected , very quiet - no traffic noise !- with a lovely ensuite though a larger person would have struggled to squeeze into the shower closet. The bed was comfortable but awoke with 2 bites to my hand...so not sure if there was a silent mozzie or an ant or a bedbug? Breakfast was pleasant with a good variety of food available . Water wasn't hot in the urn but when I men... Read more

Nice stay very close to the central train station! The breakfast was fine with different pastries every day. The room was spacious enough to accommodate all 3 of us, however when the liquid soap in the bathroom run out, they didn't refill it even though we asked a couple of times.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Single bed room. Room was very small. you can't keep two luggage's. But I got good street view. Wifi range is bad. Break fast was good. Pros : Just 30 meters from Roma terimini. Airport bus will be infront of this hotel. Very easy acceptability. Cons: Single room is very small. This is rated as "4 Star" hotel. But actually it is not looks like. Over all Average hotel, near roma terimini.

A great launch pad to explore rome. The station is within throwing distance and it's a pretty decent hotel. Small clean rooms. If your looking for for opulence spend more, if you want a comfortable bed in a clean efficient hotel stay here. There is a supermarket opposite which is great to get the essentials... Birra

The Aphrodite Hotel is extremely suitable because it is: clean, quiet, has delicious breakfasts, is across the road from the Terminiroma- the main train station and has helpful staff. We caught the bus from the airport,(there had been a fire that day and trains were irregular) less than 10 euro each. It dropped us at the train station and it is a short walk to Via Marsala and the hotel. It is safe walking around there at anytime of day and night. All the historical sights are within range,e... We stayed at the Aphrodite for four nights on a surprise visit to Rome, and were very pleased with the hotel. The location is very good, being close to one of the entrances to the main railway station. We had a room at the rear, which was an advantage, as the street is very busy. Traffic noise was not a problem. Fatima on reception was very helpful, speaking excellent English. Our room had been recently refurbished, to a high standard, and was stylish and comfortable. Breakfast was fine, althoug... Read more

I stayed at the hotel for few days. The rooms are small and don't match a four star expectation. However the rooms are clean and the housekeeping is prompt and clean the room daily. The staff at the reception are very helpful the breakfast buffet has lot of varieties yet may not be best of taste. I struggled every time for tea at breakfast as the water was lukewarm almost all days. Location wise it is very nicely placed, Just outside termini. It has a departmental store opposite to the hotel a... Read more
