The hotel is well located near the Termini station and also near the main sightseeing with easy access to the hop on and hop off tour bus stations for all lines. The rooms are well appointed and also maintained well with cleanliness. The staff are friendly and polite The buffet breakfast is sumptous. However, would have loved it if each room had an electric kettle with a tea making facility. These are now common place across most hotels globally.

What i like most is the location. 5 mins walking to Termini. and the hop on hop off starting point is just 2 mins walking from the hotel. What i didn't like is that the hotel is quite old and very different from what we see in the pictures when we made a booking. Since we stayed 3 nights in Rome, we wish we could stayed in a newer place. They need to renovate this place. Breakfast is standard. All staffs provided an average service. There are a very delicious Korean restaurant near-by which help... Read more

I was staying there for a week and it's a great location being close to the station and it's about a 20 minutes walk to the Spanish steps or the colosseum. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. There is a lovely roof terrace where you can sit and read and the bar is open some of the time to get a drink and a snack. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok and if you like a decent espresso ask the waiters as they bring you one from the kitchen which is better than the cof... Read more

Post office, lip smacking gelato outlets, street vendors as well as fashion outlets and to top it all ‚?? local grocery shops, where you can pick fruits and snacks anytime! Can't ask for more. This hotel was in the perfect location! It was a 2 minute walk to the train station (that takes you directly to the airport), it was also less than a minute walk to one of the bus stations on the bus tour route, which is perfect for accessing the sights of Rome. The room was very basic, but did have its own living space which was very beneficial. Rooms are cleaned daily and the reception staff were very friendly. The location was perfect with multiple restaurants nearby, the Termini station right there, and easy transportation to anywhere. The rooms were clean and of fairly typical size for Europe. Chose this hotel for a number of reasons Close to termini and good 3star without paying a lot more for an extra star We had very good room on the 5th floor. The air conditioning was a must and exceptionally quiet. The breakfast had plenty of choice and served up to 1030. Very Italian design, clean and functional Great position close to Termini station so great for all transport links and sightseeing buses

This was my second visit, ten years since the first time. Still a good hotel. Room a little old, but nice and very good bed. Bathroom ok, clean, but could be better shower, and no toilet paper holder(!). Also no instruction for the safe. Breakfast ok, buffet with various choices, but had expected more, also quite crowded. Got a room not facing the street so very little noise, although guests slamming doors was really annoying.

The hotel lies near the terminal station "TERMINI", so it's easy to access the airport or any other town in Rome. The room was not so large and new but clean. The breakfast had several breads, fruits and dishes, which tasted well. Staffs were all kind but English which one of them spoke sounded like Italian, so I could hardly understand what he said.

I had made the booking via the British Airways website and having read the reviews on here. When we arrived at our double room, we could not fault it for cleanliness. We stayed here the last two nights of our Italian trip. The room was nice, but the sheets had a stain on them and were not changed while we were there. Big bathroom with decent sized shower compared to other places we stayed in Italy. Our room faced a restaurant in an alley which was noisy at night so had to keep the window closed and have air on. The hotel is conveniently located close to Termini station, and close to all the main attractions. The room was big enough and very clean and quiet as it was located on the 3rd floor with triple glazing so not a sound came from the road below. The bed was also very comfortable.
