We stayed for 2 nights at the start of our 6 day visit in Sicily. Room was fine, well appointed. Heated towel rail wasn't working and a call to reception had it sorted quickly. Reception staff were all great. Very courteous. One of the staff even arranged a hire car for us at a very reasonable rate, which was brought to the hotel. Breakfast was more than adequate with plenty to choose from. We'd happily stay here again as it was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see.

We stayed 4 nights in this very modern hotel in the centre of Palermo and had a very enjoyable stay. We had a huge room which was extremely clean with huge bathroom. Breakfast was included in the very reasonable price and offered a wide selection of foods. The hotel also has a large modern and very welcoming lobby. Staff at the reception desk were also very helpful, printing bus timetables for us and similar.

Clean, modern, free wifi, comfortable beds, quiet, good buffet breakfast, staff pleasant. Very well placed to walk into city center and old town (we did not have a car, and have not needed it); lots of good restaurants around so we did not eat in the hotel except breakfast. Just off Via Roma, easily accessible by bus 101 from the railway station. Stayed for 5 nights and all was well.

The hotel was lovely and clean, modern in style, rooms varied, lovely bathroom with hot showers. More like a business hotel as when we stayed there 7-11th Nov we could not hear any English speaking people. They do happy hour in the bar area within the lobby - but not as we know it ... They provide bruchetta/sausage type rolls from 1730hrs - 2000hrs but drinks are not half price. Albeit they are good measures. Drambuie was in a tumble glass 5 euros. Continental breakfast - ok but they did pr... Read more

Typical hotel for tourist groups, offering a good position to visit the hystorical centre. The rooms need a bit of renewal to be at the level expected by a big name like Mercure. Breakfast not unforgettable.

We enjoyed our stay here. Excellent location. We had a nice balcony. Breakfast was great. Hotel even provided a bag breakfast when we left before they opened ! There are several nice cafes close by to eat at. We did the Hop on hop off red double decker bus tours of the city. Then the hotel set up a private tour of the small mountain town and a sea side city tour. It was very reasonable and worth it.

After traveling through Italy I thought I would be in for another tiny bathroom experience. Pleasantly surprised with size of room and bathroom. I can actually move in the shower! King Size bed very comfortable. Slept soundly. No safe in the wardrobe though.

Great location. Lots of restaurants nearby. Easy walk to the Main Street and shopping. I had booked a night on my own, before meeting with a your.. The front desk made sure I didn't have to change rooms. Front desk was so helpful with helping me see what I wanted to see.

The hotel is located nearby the city center which is pretty much the only posiyive thing. The hall looks nice, which makes more suprising what you find in the rooms. They aren't old, but much used for sure: damaged furnitures, spots on walls, etc. Air conditioning was very noisy so we had to switch it off. Room was super small and not very clean: some of the decorative pillows had spots on them. Outdated bathroom, absolutely not functional. Zero noise insulation, any person speaking in the corri... I stayed there a week ago with a group of 7 friends. It was a nice hotel, clean with a good location. There are numerous restaurants near-by. You can walk to the shopping areas. The room was large and had a large bathroom, with two sinks. Breakfast buffet had scrumptious rolls and pastries, but few warm items. I had a wonderful lunch there, also. The staff were courteous and helpful, with prompt wake-up calls. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
