The UNA Hotel in Naples is conveniently located across from the train station. There is a large piazza to cross to get to the station. It takes about 10 minutes to walk across. Crossing the street from the hotel is not easy. I would recommend you follow behind locals. They seem to know when the traffic will stop to let you across. There are no traffic lights. The traffic in Naples is crazy. Cross the street cautiously. The city of Naples is very dirty. The streets are full of cigarette... Read more

An excellent hotel located minutes from the railway station. Accommodating people working there, the room was very nice and the restaurant although with a relatively limited selection was fine food. Breakfast was included in our deal and it was plentiful and very tasty. We walked everywhere which was easy from that location. When an unexpected airline one day strike occurred they went out of their way to accommodate us in a different room for the night. I would highly recommend it.

Lovely hotel. Staff is fantastic and helped with many things (arranging a manicure, giving us late check out, calling taxis, giving directions, etc). Everyone spoke English. Room was spacious and clean and felt like a 5 star hotel. The breakfast every morning had a great selection, everything from cereal and yogurt and fruit to eggs and bacon and various cured meats. There were also a ton of different pastries and juices. We only ate breakfast there but I'm sure the dinner is great too!

Ideally located hotel for a visit of the city of Naples: only a 10 minutes walk from the historical center Spaccanapoli. Easy subway access to lines 1 and 2 at the Garribaldi station or take bus R2 to the Plaza de Municipio. Near the train station for a ride with the Circumvesiana which takes you to Herculaneum, Pompeji or Sorrento. Nice, clean rooms. Excellent breakfast choice with outdoor seating on the roof top.

Stayed here for two nights with primary intention to visit Capri. It's a bit far from port. On the other hand it is close to train station. Rooms were ok, was definitely not happy even after booking a superior room. However the rooftop restaurant was amazing. Good food and friendly restaurant staff.

Hotel is situated right in the centre by the train station. Rooms very nice, parking expensive at â?¬35 per night, breakfast is distinctly mediocre. Lots of waiters, not so much service. We asked for coffee and was pointed to a flask which turned out to be utterly undrinkable.

Lovely hotel. Near to the main train station it is a good 10 mins walk. We are give a good spacious room and a lovely bathroom. They are all super clean! Breakfast is nice selected, nice to have breakfast at open roof terrace and with over city view. Located is good but be aware there are some road/building work ongoing opposite of the hotel. You must take the Bus Sightseeing (A and B lines) they are really useful if you spend for day in Naples. You will see lots of sightings.

We stayed here prior to an early morning departure the next day. Located downtown, an easy 10 minute cab ride to Naples International. Staff were friendly, and helpful in guiding us to a casual dinner nearby. Our room was clean, and well appointed. Internet was complimentary, easy to connect, and fast! The only â??nitâ??, unfortunately all too common in Europe, is that you must use your room key to enable power in the room. Having many electronic devices to recharge, it is extremely inconv... The hotel itself is very nice. Clean, modern rooms with a very friendly staff. It's the perfect place to stay if you have an early flight or train to catch. They will even send you off with a "bag breakfast" full of goodies if you leave before breakfast is served. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you are planning on staying Naples a while. It isn't the ideal neighborhood, simply more convenient. For a longer stay, go for the historic district. One night, this is a great place.

Been the fist time in this hotel - but wanted to stay in this very convenient area as you have all the mobility options such ad sighseeing bus, taxi and metro very close, Didn't expect too much but the expectations very over exceeded. Very nice and helpful staff. Rooms are small but very clean and nice, bed is very good. The highligh probably is the balcony on the top floor from which you have a beautyful view over the city. Naples on the surface seems a busy city, and everything appears spread around the city railway station, rather railway stations, for there are several railway routes below one large exterior. One can walk around Napoli and take in all the sights and sounds in a single day. For the more serious, however, there are attractions like the museum. One of the must-see places is nearby Pompeii, or rather the ruins of the ancient city of Pompeii, which was razed by the volcano Mt. Vesuvius. A visit to Po... Read more

This hotel is excellent if you want to go to pompei or ercolani (take the campania express from Porta Nolana) or the Archeological Museum (take line 2 from the central station to cavour). The hotel itself has very nice rooms and great breakfast (order fresh espresso or cappuccino as you like)

Was not expecting much when I booked a Superior Double room from the hotel near the train station..we came in to Napoli via ferry, which was also quite convenient. But this hotel chain is now, to my list, one of the better hotels I stayed in while in Southern Italy. The minibar is FREE! The bathroom with a tub and bidet is great and the room provided sufficiently enough space for our 5 big luggage! Will definitely consider this chain on my future travels!

This hotel is a scam, we were "upgraded" to a suite bc the rooms were all booked and it included a minibar , it only had soft drinks and two beers in it! Bed was horrible and we heard traffic all night. I would stay from Naples in general if you can, very dirty and everyone was trying to get extra money from us We will definitely not stay there again, rooftop restaurant was the highlight and our waiter there was great, highlight of the night for sure

I stayed here for 3 nights alone and I can honestly say that this hotel was the best I have ever stayed in. It has amazing decor and my room had everything I needed with a beautiful, modern feel and a mini bar. I particularly loved the marble bathroom. The hotel itself is great. The main issue is its location is not stellar. However it is near the central train station which is convenient if you are traveling between cities by high speed rail. Naples itself is very dirty and not worth visiting. I only stayed one night on my way back home from Positano and that was plenty!

The location of this hotel cannot be beat, you can see it as you exit the train station. For its location, its surprisingly clean and fancy. The staff was very helpful, made calls on our behalf, called taxis for us, helped us with our touristy stuff. The Italian dismissive attitude needed some getting used to, but once we realised that the brusqueness was not directed at anyone in particular, the actions spoke very well to the staff's frinedliness.
