We have just stayed here for a 3 day sight seeing break, nice clean modern hotel, friendly helpful staff. Excellent location 2 minute walk to the train station which has easy access to pompei hurculaniam and sorrento, 15 minutes to the airport, the area is rundown and not pretty at all but if all you want is a hotel with a convenient location it's great, only down side is that it's also popular with student trips and as the soundproofing is poor it will be 12am before its quiet, however it's qui... Friendly reception staff and the room was very clean. Nice roof terrace and built in shop. The hotel also has a driver you can book, cheaper than the taxis. It seems that the local taxi drivers seem to make up their prices as they go so be aware. Take a business card of the hotel reception and you can call up and order the driver in advanced.

Great hotel, 5 min walk from metro into the centre which is only 2 stops away. Free parking, excellent breakfast exactly what we were looking for. We only stayed one night beginning and of our amalfi coast trip. Only a 20 min drive to the airport but this took significantly longer at peak times about 1hr

The hotel itself and the facilities are OK, but the location doesn't invite for walking around. Metro station (10 mins walk) is in fact a train station from the Circumvesuviana which gives access to the city centre as well as famous tourist locations (Herculaneum, Pompeii, Sorrento). Check the itinerary before you go. At the evenings (except Sundays) the hotel has a shuttle service into the city centre (hourly, starting at 8 pm).

Upon arrival the man at reception was very friendly and very informative. Without asking, we were shown how to get from the hotel to the city center by Metro. Our room was basic, however it served its purpose. The breakfast (included in price) was also nice for a hotel breakfast. Offering a range of cakes, breads, cheeses and meats. The hotel also has a free bus shuttle service throughout the evening, taking you into the center where all the restaurants and bars are. We enjoyed our stay. Thank... Read more

We loved our stay here. Special thanks to Antonio, Marco and Dimitri for showing us very special Italian hospitality. Nice cool rooms and lovely roof terrace, more than enough for our short stay! Get the bus from the airport and it's about a 15 mins walk from the central station.

The hotel is very nice, the room is big and clean, the breakfast is good, although I would add some veggies like tomatoes, cucumbers, pepper (but I think is not specific for this part of Italy), the connection of the wi-fi was very good, free parking for the car. The location is near a subway station, 6-8 min walk and it is 2 stations away from the city center. They also provide a free shuttle to/back from city center during evenings. The staff is great, polite and very helpful. The only downsid... Read more

We stayed here for two nights while in Naples because we were driving and wanted to stay outside the centre (and they offer free parking). I didn't realise when booking just how far it was outside the centre, it isn't really walkable. The hotel does offer a shuttle service from 8-midnight in the evening so that was useful the first night. The area that the hotel is in is not great, we felt a bit uncomfortable walking through it on the morning that we did walk to the historical centre. We chose t... Read more

The hotel itself is clean and adequate for a short break but not for any longer than a few nights. The bedroom we had was okay, basic but clean and had a flat screen television but no tea and coffee making facilities. It did however have a safe, hairdryer and decent bathroom although the shower cubicle was very small. The bedroom was cleaned daily. The breakfast was a disappointment and did not meet expectations from the photos shown on the hotel's website. There was decaying fruit on display, ... Read more

Inside is great compared to the outside. Naples the city itself is a bit unsanitary and you might feel 'dangerous'. However, inside is great. The service was awesome and especially the air conditioning was exceptional and it will cool your sweats down right away. You will really want this cool air conditioner when touring Naples during the day.. trust me. The restaurant that came with was good. The food was a bit salty. Too bad it didnt have a frige. Inside the hotel though, the complementary br... Read more

A nice hotel with polite and helpful staff. Nice bed, I slept very well. The area is not that nice, in a sort of industrial area/ Chinatown. One station from central Naples with the metropolitana. The gym is minimal.

Good Price, clean but WOW is it loud if you are on the inside of the circle (where all the telemarketers gather to smoke and chat). The roof is really nice to sit up there and relax. The staff was very friendly and tried hard to make our stay great. But I have to say, Naples is a bit of a war zone. Down by the castle and water it is nice, very touristy, but nice. But that is IT. I felt like we were walking through a war zone to get to our hotel. People sleeping on beds under overhangs, th... Read more

Hotel is fantastic, can't fault it at all.. the location is on the edge of an industrial estate however that doesn't matter as the area is safe and there are lots of things close by. Hotel view was facing central Naples (picture below) sun set at night though is a 10/10

Naples is my favourite place in the world. I have been many times and have always stayed a bit outside the city centre. Hotel tiempo is a very nice hotel but is very outside the city centre. The hotel provides a free shuttle in the night so during the day you need to go by yourself. For the price it's great but expect a lot of walking. Reception were fantastic.

Free parking. Metro station is nearby, 5 min walk. Just 2 stops away from the city centre. So no hassle driving around in Napoli! Spacious room. Clean and tidy. Nice roof terrace and good breakfast. Would recommend this place!

My partner and I stayed here for 5 nights in July. We were greeted by a young man at reception who took his time explaining things and even highlighting on a map where the key tourist spots were located. He was very welcoming, friendly and gave a great first impression. The hotel itself also gave a great impression - the outside, rather average looking, however the inside resembles a 5* hotel, glamorous, modern and not a speck of dirt in sight. The rooms were not so glam, but they were ideal. Ev... Read more

Run down area, metro was closed when we visited but it is a notoriously dangerous station and area so we were pleased to arrive and leave by taxi. Feels safe inside but very basic rooms. They ran out of twin rooms so thought a double would be OK for me to stay in with 18 yr old son. Rates seem to vary - for under £60 it may be worth it and use taxi to get in and out. Not worth the £100 we paid.

Hotel is really nice. Strong Wi-Fi. Staff was very helpful. Large secure parking lot. Great breakfast. Room was large for a European hotel. I stayed three nights and would stay there again should I find myself in Naples. Nice little sandwich shop next door. It‚??s not really a negative, but the hotel is in kind of an urban desert. Although the neighborhood looks a little sketchy, it‚??s not necessarily a bad neighborhood. Just not much is within walking distance.

My fiancee and I stayed here for 4 nights in August 2016. Large, modern, clean hotel. Friendly helpful staff and the room was spacious with strong Wifi signal in the room. We arrived by train, and got a taxi from the station, which was a 5 minute journey and we were charged 20 euros despite arranging a price beforehand! So be careful and do not let them know that you've not been there before! The area around the hotel was not particularly pleasant, we almost stood on a dead rat on the way to the... Read more

The hotel inside is very pleasant , the rooms are up to a good standard too . I was however not pleased by the air conditioning being turned off during the night and during the day , it was most unpleasant for this reason I would not book to stay here again . The area is in an unpleasant zone of Naples close to the business centre a miles walk from Piazzia Garibaldi but a long walk to downtown Napoli and its historical centre . The breakfast was poor . I usually stay at Hotel Star Terminus whic... Read more

This is a beautiful hotel the rooms are pleasant and clean , the service is also pretty decent . The breakfast sadly does not get my thumbs up for European standards its pretty poor . The foods provided are of cheap standards apart from the local bread . The coffee machine is okish I would'n't put this on a par with other hotels I have stayed in around Naples and have paid less per night for . The zone of the hotel is in a pretty poor shabby area close the main road and very dark and desolate at... Read more

Neighborhood is sketchy but the hotel itself super clean. All the staff was very helpful and accommodating especially Mario. We arrived late and the room overlooked the courtyard and people were smoking there and so I couldn't leave the windows open, and the front desk was very sweet and moved us to a higher floor room with a patio with a view of Mt. Vesuvius:) Fresh air, great view, good breakfast and very clean hotel. Continental breakfast had three choices of juices, cereals, pastries, croiss... Read more

We stayed here for three nights at the start of November. The hotel itself is fine. The room is small but the bathroom is quite large. The bed was not very comfortable. Good choice of channels on the TV. The hotel has a private car park. Breakfast was very basic - no hot options, very limited choice. Some cereals, pastries, bread, slices of processed cheese, ham and pastrami. Some slices of a cold pizza like item. The area is really awful - it is in the middle of an industrial estate and the...
