We booked this hotel without reading a single review - a result of being stranded in Naples after being majorly let down by another hotel. It was only afterward that I read some very varied reviews at both ends of the spectrum. I hope this will be balanced, helpful but succinct. This hotel is literally in the heart of Naples surrounded by all major shopping outlets, bars and restaurants. For that reason you have to accept that it will be noisy outside at almost every hour of the day. Naples i... Read more

A very unique and romantic boutique hotel in Naples that has an excellent location to explore the city, friendly staff and a very romantic, stylish atmosphere! We enjoyed the really unique finger food breakfast and loved our balcony which overlooked the bustling streets below. Thanks for a great stay!

The room could be a little bigger . The inside of room is made modern and stylish . The breakfast was very good , but without a hot meal. The staff helped with luggage and was friendly and professional. The parking is a little expensive , but organized very effective.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The breakfast is outstanding. The room is nice -- a little small, but acceptable. Nicely furnished. Helpful staff. It's on the 3rd floor of an old building, but the remodeling is outstanding. Issues include air conditioning, which only worked some of the time. We woke up hot after going to bed cool. Shower is cramped and sprays water out over the floor when the tap is opened. There's no way to avoid it. People with mobility problems will encounter a difficult... Read more

Great boutique hotel, with great staff. We were just there with our 2.5 year old son. All the staff were exceptionally nice and courteous, especially with him. We were even soaking some of our son's shirts in the sink as they had stains on them (as 2 year old clothes do), and when we got back to the room, they had been hand washed and were hanging to dry. That was really above and beyond. The breakfast excellent...very European with a lot of tasting options. Much better than a typical break... Read more

This hotel was very difficult to locate as they only have a very small sign and it's on the third floor. Clean but small rooms with very thin walls, could easily hear people moving about in other rooms. Very central and close to the centre of Naples.

One of the best places I have found. Excellent location , clean and very good taste design, a more than friendly and helpful personnel, one of the best and most interesting breakfasts and last but not least, so closed to Toledo street and practically to everything you might see. You will be surprised about the good quality of the service, cleanness , fair pricing.. Really worthy. Dan

The hotel is located in a traditional building in a walking distance to a lot of places of interest and sea promenade. The area is quite secure compared to the one near the railway station. Entrance is not marked and not easy to find at night but taxi driver helped me. The hotel itself is nicely designed, room had everything the one may need and the bedding is quite nice. I enjoyed viewing the Naples busy life from the balcony of the room. Stuff was more than helpful and nice. On the cons side I... Read more

I arrived at the hotel at 11.30 hrs pm and couldn't find it. You cannot see from the outside it is a hotel as it is located on the 3rd floor of an old building. However I was very warmly welcomed by the concierge and I must say that the friendliness of the staff was amazing as was the breakfast. I changed to this hotel because the bigger ones were in my view too expensive. I was in Naples for business purposes but this hotel is centrally located so perfect for shopping purposes. The rooms a... Read more

Do not stay here if you are driving a car. While they have an arrangement with a nearby garage to come and collect the car for parking, there is nowhere to park the car while waiting for the garage people to arrive (and no-one to help unloading bags while that is going on). The car completely blocks the road resulting in honking and abuse from other impatient road-users. Not much fun. The WiFi didn't work until after we suggested they reboot the router. The room was not very clean - mould i... Read more

I come to napoli to pass the weekend and i was treated very very badly in hotel santa brigida, the people are rudness and impolite and the room is small and unconfortable! I bring two friends to wait for me in my own room and they told me to expulse them because they weren't in the hotel! I am leaving right now because i can't stand one more minute here! I don't recomend to stay here!!

Was in Naples for work and chose this hotel through tripadvisor. I was therefore aware of looking out for the entrance. The taxi driver didn't know the hotel but with the number of the street we found it straight away. Got there at about 1730 having been awake since 0430 for my early flight and after working the afternoon. Check in was free from hassle and the concierge showed me to my room and pointed out everything I needed to know. Small but nicely decorated and clean, the room had good wi... Read more

We Lobes the places. Nice breakfast with local choices of food. Rooms are modern and ok. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We even received a small welcome and Farrell gift. Overall good value for money. Thanks a lot to the team.

Just returned from a visit to Naples and the Amalfi coast. Our choice to stay at Hotel Santa Brigida was perfect. The hotel itself met all of our needs. To begin with I was a bit wary that we wouldn't make it to the hotel by 12pm due to a flight delay and not being sure of how to travel into the city and so I phoned ahead to the hotel. The staff member (who spoke good English) was very reassuring, saying that he'd be there to check us in even after 12pm. Our room (number 4) was lovely and cle... Read more

This little hotel is in a great location! Close to many central sites including shopping! This hotel is all on one floor, small, smartly decorated rooms, with balconies, and had a wonderful breakfast included, tapas style! The staff was very helpful, we had an issue with the air-conditioner which was immediately taken care of! The only down side to our room was an extremely small shower which leaked water into the bathroom. We spent 2 nights here, and would highly recommend this hotel if you ... Read more

A very modern and nicely furnished hotel in the heart of Naples. The room was very nice and spacious it also had a balcony and it overlooked one of the main shopping streets of Naples. The hotel is perfectly located for the sights of Naples. Breakfast was pleasant. All the staff were very friendly- even providing a 'welcome drink' and also giving me a bag of pasta as a leaving present- I looked very Italian carrying it on the train, it also tasted nice! Somewhere I would definitely return to. Th... Read more

Very excited by TripAdvisor reviews we were quiet disappointed by the size of the room, the shower very difficult to use and too tiny, the aircon was in fact a noisy fan not able to produce fresh air, the rudeness of the night shift, and a terrible tobacco smell in the corridors š??£ Breakfast was good for the choice of pastries & salty appetizers but the coffee was reheated and bad which is a shame for Napoli! Glad we stayed only one night!!! I wonder how this hotel got its 4 stars!
