We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The room was very clean, not too big but it had a little balcony with a good view of a nearby church. The staff was helpful. The service was excellent and the breakfast was decent. We didn't care for the awful Internet connection that was down for hours at a time. The neighborhood is safe, but noisy, filthy and unattractive. I'm also wondering why the city tax must be paid in cash.. Not sure I would recommend this hotel, mainly for the rough neighborhood. But the service was excellent! I'm giving this 4 stars because of the staff although 3 would be more accurate.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. I recommend this hotel because of good accommodation, food, and location. Since it is not relative safe around the hotel, it's better to walk in the Corso Umberto I and Antonio Ranieri street when you come to this hotel from the central station.
