This hotel is exactly what I would expect of an average NYC hotel. You don't really know what you're going to get until you actually get there. The staff was polite and attentive, there's a small bar in the lobby which is always a plus when you've been traveling and waiting for your room or transportation. It's a fairly big hotel, the reception and center hall is beautiful but the rooms were very small. I didn't particularly like the bathroom although it was clean with enough towels and amenit... Looking for a hotel in Naples you read all the negatives regarding noise and rooms that do not meet expectations. No such issues with this hotel. Clean and comfortable with modern style accommodation. Our 10th floor room was quiet and the kingsize bed was perfect for my wife and I. Breakfast on the 11th floor with a sensational view over the harbour is a perfect start to the day. A 10 Euro taxi ride to the station and you are on your way to Pompeii. A block away you will find great eating at i D... Read more

This was an "american style" hotel in an easy walk to the historic district. The rooms were nicely appointed. They were small, but typical in size for a big city hotel. The staff was friendly. I would stay again.

Very nice hotel. Relaxing hot tub on the roof. Clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. May is the month of Sangria. So I had the Rossa. Very nice and tasty. Breakfast is on the 11th floor. Continental or freshly cooked is available.

The hotel is centrally located with easy access to sightseeing and shopping. The solarium on the top floor has great views of the Naples. Nothing special about the hotel - the rooms are small, the beds lumpy and the bathrooms are small. The showers had mold around the tile. We had two separate rooms. One room had plumbing sounds all night long making it hard to sleep. We were surprised by how little of the street noise we heard given the amount of traffic below. The hotel staff were of little he... Read more

We stayed five nights here on our trip through Italy. The hotel is centrally located and walking distance to many attractions in the city. It has a rooftop terrace and hot tub that offers fabulous views over the water front and Nuovo Castle. Breakfast area likewise is situated on 11th floor with an open balcony to enjoy the early morning sun and harbor sights with your coffee and breakfast. Cruise ships come and go every two days from the port, and the high speed ferries shuttling people to Capr... Read more

Very good location with a rooftop restaurant for breakfast and light meals. Breakfast was pretty good and more options than the other 3 hotels we stayed at. The bar in the lobby is small but the bartenders were great. Marco was our favorite - always took care of us. Bathroom is very small as is the shower. Air conditioner was okay but not as cool as I would like. Front desk staff was helpful and wi-fi always worked in the lobby. Must be a rewards member for in-room wi-fi or pay for it. W... Read more

Great location. Clean. Comfortable beds. Shower and room size so so. The view from the top floor restaurant is amazing and the food is not bad, but not special. I came on a deal from work, and personally would not pick the place. The staff is nice. Ten points to Augusto from the restaurant who gives the best service ever with a great smile.

After much uncertainty we were very happy we chose this property to explore Naples. We had read so many mixed reviews from all ends of the spectrum we literally confused ourselves but after the stay we can honestly say this was a great choice. The hotel is perfectly located in a part of the city where you want to be when visiting. Just down the street from the main drag which has all the shopping, eating and people watching you could ask for. It was clean and classic with a modern twist at firs... Read more

One thing I always do, if checking into a 4 or 5 Star property, is to look for the lapel pin with crossed golden keys, and should I see a man or woman with the keys, the "Keys of Gold" (Les Clefs d'Or), on the lapel, I know that's the person who can, when no body as can, make the arrangements, recommendations, etc., that make a lovely stay into a stay that goes beyond lovely. So it was that by my good fortune, a few weeks before my arrival, while I was still in the USA, I received a call from a... Read more

When we arrived we noticed 3 of the 4 exterior first floor walls of the building were covered in graffiti. The room was OK but the bathroom was awful - ZERO water pressure in the shower and the water suddenly turned from hot to cold. Also no conditioner - shampoo only - that kind of a hotel. The lobby couches were old and sagging and the hotel staff gave us bad information about the taxi service to the airport - said they arranged a fixed fee rate of 20 Euros for us and then the taxi driver d... If you´re looking for somewhere "near" the marina in Napoli, a place to get your tan on and somewhere to cool down, this hotel is it at a good price. The bathrooms and rooms are average. Good sized TV, good shower etc. but the beds are really the main act. HUGE king size bed in our room and slept like a baby throughout. Wifi is 9 per day in the room. Free in public areas. Breakfast is a bit boring, sorry to say. Reminds me more of a birthday with more cakes than other things. A taxi cost... Read more

I've visited quite a few countries and I like to be comfortable so I always opt to stay in 4 or 5 stars hotel that have great reviews. This Marriott hotel is probably my favorite one in Italy. First moment of truth is always the arrival - We were welcomed warmly by Max, the super friendly concierge, he showed us the hotel and explained everything important. The ground floor is very clean and the decoration is wonderful with a lot of nice details and pieces of local art. Max gave us a lot of goo... Read more

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in July 2016 on my way to Amalfi Coast. I am a single middle aged female and I was very pleasantly surprised at how good this hotel was. Travelling alone in Naples I was a little nervous but I need not have been. Staff friendly and charming. Large room - traditional and comfortable. Fabulous foyer with great coffee and snacks. The rooftop breakfast area was superb with a stunning view over Naples. I just chose this hotel without recommendation and felt ... Read more

We visited this hotel for 2 nights as part of my birthday celebration. We booked for the junior suite on the top floor and it had the panoramic views of the Gulf of Naples, especially the Mt Vesuvius. The room was huge with a separate living area and spacious bathroom. It was worth the extra little money for this and we highly recommend it. Another experience you won't miss is the breakfast at the rooftop restaurant, overlooking the Bay and Mt Vesuvius. It's just the perfect place to start the... Read more

Spent one night here on the way South. Nice property with smaller rooms but great view from our top floor location. Very nice breakfast on the rooftop. Had lots of trouble getting to the hotel as our gps sent us to a dead end street close by. Driving in Naples in tough enough without this problem.
