Walking distamce from Napoli Centrale station or 11 Euro in a taxi. Not well signed though and walking down via Mezzcannone it's easy to walk past it, the sign is really only visible walking UP toward Spaccanapoli. Lift is the smallest I've ever seen, struggled to get me and bag into it. Staff at reception very friendly. Room was small, but clean and comfortable and big enough to sleep in, which is about all you do on holiday. Minutes walk away from all the sights and sounds of Naples' Centr... Read more

Well, the hotel is located in the middle of the historical center, so it will be easy to walk around the places you want. The hotel is the 4th floor of the building. It was a little bit difficult to find it because you need to cross a gate, walk an aisle and open the door of the building. They have a lift there, but it can barely carry one people. I think it is the smallest lift I've ever seen in my life, so we decided to go through the stairs. All the floors between are strange and dirty, but w... Read more

We saw only 2 rooms left and the price was great, so we jumped (8 nights . When we got to this hotel we felt awful. Lift was worlds tiniest, if you have a large suitcase, you might have to send it upstairs and walk up the stairs to meet it. Not suitable for more than 2 people and that is without bags...We are a slender-built couple. Apart from unfriendly staff, the room was about 1 sq m by 1 sq m. The bed was unsteady and not a full double. Quiet room, but this place is chosen by many Italians ... Read more

Quirky and brightly painted, quiet and friendly, we found this a good option for Naples and were pleased with our choice. We stayed 4 nights and the room was smallish but fine and very clean ?? with a little seating area. I liked the bright yellow furnishings, and bright Pompeii paintings on the wall which really set the mood for all those museum and ruins visits. Its not in a smart area but if you don??t mind that it??s a great choice. It??s a bit tricky to find but we took a taxi from th... Read more

Little bit hard to find, but after passing some bells and doors :) you will find a safe place in 4th floor. It is not hotel, it is like a hostel with private rooms. Good value for money (20 eur/person/night).

Reasonable price, clean, helpful staff and near some lovely restaurants with a lively street scene. What more could you want for a night in Napoli? Would recommend it if your not looking for anything up market. Paintings a bit odd but add to the overall ambience

Europeo hotel is a good choise if you visit Naples. It is in the historical center , near the metro station universita. The neighborhood is crowded full of students and tourists. The hotel is in the 4th floor and not too easy to find it. The reception was very polite and helpful. The room was small and when we made the booking we didn't notice that our booking was about a small double bed. The room had only space for this bed. The bathroom was clean but there was a terrible smell in the shower. ... Read more

The hotel is located just around the corner from an university. If you enjoy street art, discovering small bars, wandering the streets and immersing yourself in a vibrant neighbourhood away from the tourist crowds - this is your place. Very good value for money, and for evenings, just step outside and see what is happening at the nearby piazza or wander further out to discover something new. Would go back in a heart beat.

We stayed at Hotel Europeo last week for 2 nights. The man at reception was disgustingly rude everytime we had to ask for something. The wifi doesn't work unless you stand at the reception desk. The room was never cleaned, but the cleaner came in to turn off the aircon. Had to ask for toilet paper and wait for towels. Hot water didn't work on first attempts. One man at reception was lovely and spoke English and tried to help with what he could. He quoted ?16 for a taxi then the dodgy 'taxi' ro... Read more

This hotel couldn't have been more central. We took the Alibus from the airport and the driver dropped us off at the bottom of our street, Mezzocannone. It's not a long street but the hotel was a little bit tucked away: on the left hand side of the street, there's an small, covered square between the bars and coffee shops on the street; in this square is a big, secure metal gate with an entryphone system. The button for the hotel is separate from the panel of buttons for the residences behind th... Read more

I have to say that this hotel is perfectly located in Napoli city centre. You can easily walk and also the subway station is two blocks away. Rooms are tiny but clean. The thing I didn't like it about my stay there is that staff is not very friendly and all the time you ask for something like "Please, don't do the housekeeping today", they make you feel like they are doing a favor. Also, when we were leaving, at early morning we ask the front desk to call a taxi for us and he told us "you can g... Read more

The neighborhood around the hotel looks sketchy, but it is in the historic district and is actually pretty cool. All of Naples just kinda looks sketchy. The hotel was average but nice. Internet was fine. It was all just average. The city itself was dirty.

A good hotel for tourists with a busy schedule. We arrived by alibus, but the hotel is also very close to two metro stations (Universita and Dante). We did a lot on foot, the location is very central. Even to the bay area and castell dell'ovo. The hotel is part of a larger appartment block, so you actually share a building with the locals. (Though the hotel area is properly separated from the other appartments). The rooms are decorated with murals, which is part of the charm :) At night you ... Read more
