The room was just huge with separate living room and bedroom, a bathroom and powder area off to itself and a breakfast area with large table. If I was staying in Naples for an extended period of time on business this room could easily serve as a home away from home for several days. Our short stay did not allow us to really check out the rest of the hotel. The room was all we needed as we checked in later just for the night to catch an early morning flight. While it is as close to the airport as... Read more

The hotel was fully booked and the staff had trouble handeling it. I got the room late, it is pretty small. I didn't get the chance to eat in the hotel because the breakfast is too late for business traveleres, although they provide coffee and cakes early in the morning. The hotel is not the most modern there is... and you feel it. The location is not good. For nothing. I don't know the price but it should fit the location,

The area is not what I would consider safe, although we made it to a local restaurant without incident. The room was okay, but the bathroom was extremely small. But the rest of the hotel and the area behind, is a well-hidden gem.

Stayed in Naples Holiday Inn last week and generally speaking the stay was poor. To start, the arrival transfer driver at the Train Station sat on the side of the road for 20 minutes without even getting out to identify himself after we had called prior to our pickup time for the transfer. I had to call the hotel and radio the driver to get out of the van and stop sleeping or smoking and pick us up. We had followed the instructions of the hotel staff for our pickup point to the letter and it... Read more

I would have voted this hotel good but the hotel no longer runs the airport shuttle which was really the point we booked this hotel not only that but the shuttle from the train station which was running was full when we arrived. However it's really not a far walk from the central station or one stop on the metro. I didn't feel unsafe here at all, hotel was clean and fine, typical holiday Inn. Negatives were the wifi - had to sit at door of room to get one bar which isn't really enough to get anything of worth some and we were on 2nd floor. The shower had no pressure and was really difficult to get a constant temp on - told reception and was advised that all rooms exp this. Not good! Dinner was the biggest let down. We wrapped up our honeymoon on the Amalfi Coast with one night in Naples so we could get to the airport the next morning for a very early flight. Maybe it's because we spent 10 days on the coast with warm, generous people and a more relaxed environment, but the Holiday Inn Naples felt strange. The room was beautiful, clean, well-appointed, and the bed and blankets were AMAZING. We slept like never before. The wifi was free, but continually cut in and out, so there's that. No Airport shuttle, which would be fine except their website still advertises it, which is why we booked it. Also the brochures in the lobby still states it. This typifies the overall response of the staff at the front desk (border line rude), we were there as another Australian couple were complaning about the shuttle, they were told as we were there was nothing to be done so tuff luck. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location of the hotel and its restaurant is in an office district all closed Sunday, probably also Saturday and evenings and the hotel's restaurant was the one and only place to eat. It is not often I eat in such badly run restaurant and kitchen. On a rent trip to the Amalfi Coast, we booked our final night at The Holiday Inn/Naples. The airport is close and we thought the city of Naples would be worth a visit. The hotel is nice and affordable, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the onsite restaurant is good. This is important because we soon learned that Naples is a crowded, dirty city with not much to see. Staff will admit there is nothing near the hotel it self. The suttle only goes to the train station. If you want to go anywhere else taxi or figure it out from the train station. We were charged for extra people in the room 3 but only given 2 towels. A little disappointed that the shuttle only took us to the train station. The interior is a bit dated. It's a bed and a pillow.

The hotel service and rooms were great, it had a small gym, and the breakfast was nice. The hotel is located in what seems to be an old industrial site, which doesn't look very nice but is not a problem if you're just using the hotel as a transit hotel. Having said that, I found it quite pleasant to run in the plaza just in front of the hotel, so it suited me perfectly. Room at 8th floor: old, noisy aircon, bathroom really aged with not everything 100% in service. Breakfast nothing special and definitely really overpriced for location and offer, not worth four stars.... Suggested only for one night in emergency,

Hotel staff and friendly and helpful. rooms are nice with good view. Metro station is on walk able distance around 1 kms. This hotel is based in official campus, you need to go by metro to the city. Food is good and have options for Vegetarians too. I found this hotel little over priced.

We stayed at this hotel while my husband was in Naples for business. I DO NOT recommend staying here. After having property stolen and management not doing anything to rectify the situation we checked out 3 nights early. Keep an eye on your belongings because the staff is dishonest! On our second night we got a call at 11:30 pm from the front desk. I was asleep and had no clue what they wanted and hung up. We were waking up early the next day and it is not commonplace for a hotel to call some... Read more

We've stayed at this hotel twice this year: once in their room with two doubles and another time in the room with a King an executive bed. I don't have any complaints about this hotel. The rooms were both clean, front desk staff was helpful, friendly and attentative.

Stayed at this hotel for a little over two weeks. Overall experience is good. The room is nice. The bathroom could use a little work. Food prices were reasonable. Room service was about the fastest I have experienced. The restaurant staff were courteous and mostly attentive, although the leadership in the dining area was very attentive and always on top of things.

Typical Holiday Inn, no bad surprise staying in Holidays Inn (Usually); The receptionist "MIMO" excellent, one of rare professionals still alive in the Hospitality Industry: Polite, expert, quick, I even say to the duty manager that this guy, is the one. Rooms good, toilets clean, normal stay.

We had a one night stay here this fall, the person who assisted us at check in was extremely friendly and apologized for the delay we experienced while waiting for a large group to check in. We had a room on the 20th floor, it was exceptionally clean and appeared recently renovated. The bathroom was very nice, probably the most impressive I've ever experienced at a Holiday inn. The hotel had a turn down service which was a first for me at a Holiday Inn. When we returned from dinner there wa... Read more

For some I usually stay here when I come to Naples. It's connected to a serveral office buildings on one side and abandoned warehouses on te other .The hotel is ok , the rooms are clean I usually get upgraded to a suite since I'm platinum. So the suites are good size . Breakfast is very good lots of things to choose from. The only bad thing is the neighborhood around the hotel. I wouldn't suggest walking around alone anytime. They have a shuttle service to the airport . Overall for a couple of d... Read more

Stayed here for three nights. The hotel is updated inside except for the room we stayed in. We have two double beds - which my wife and I have to share as the other bed is occupied by our son. The bathroom is outdated with green tile flooring. We stayed in room 2108. They provided the shuttle bus to the train station which was handy when we went to Pompeii scavi. The breakfast is buffet for ?15 per person - my wife said it's average.

Due to Lufthansa pilot strike our family was left stranded in Naples, Italy. We were put up for the night at this location. It is a lovely hotel, the staff were supportive and service was excellent. A nice restaurant and bar and business area helped us relax, decompress and arrange train tickets for flight connections in Rome. As we mainly just rested and relaxed we did not do much walking around the area so cannot comment on nearby tourist spots. Sat in common outside area where markets an... Read more
