We spent there 1 night only. The hotel had a very old and poor air conditioning. It was not able to cool the room within 6 hours at all so we decided to open the windows. The breakfast was good - typical buffet. The LCD TV was very small. WIFI worked fine, the room was clean, the shower was good and there is free parking place in front of the hotel. The LCD TV was very small.

Reading some of the reviews on trip advisor I sometimes wonder what planet some people are on! We had a change of plans and needed to stay in Modena so booked last minute, it was the cheapest hotel in town unless we shared a bathroom. First impressions were a hotel from a Warsaw Pact country! Never has it been so true - "Dont judge a book.... etc" Guy on check in was nice and very helpful. We were on the 7th floor and checked in early but not a problem, even the cleaners were not put out. It is not easy to find it when you are for the first time in Modena, because it is located between other blocks of flats. However, the location is not that bad - ca. 15 minutes of walk to the old market. In our first room toilet wasn't working properly, but we were moved to another one without any problem. Rooms are cosy and quite comfortable. Cafeteria located at the ground level offers tasty breakfasts. In the nearest neighborhood there are two or three restaurants and one market. In front of ... Very clean room , feel relaxed after having a long day. If you just want a clean and peaceful place to rest o considered this hotel as a good option. Distance from town center is just 5-10 minutes walk. I preferred walking and shopping in Modena town rather than any other big city like Milan or Bologna. Here offered me everything I want.

The room was okay, but the bathroom really needs a refurbishment. You can visit the city centre by foot very easy and there is a really good italian restaurant right around the corner. Parking your car is not a problem as there is much space in front of the hotel. The breakfast was sadly the worst we ever had. The cheese and ham looked like it was two years old and there was no normal bread. Just some old bread rolls which were very stiff.
