Arrived late about 7pm & welcomed ok by a male receptionist around mid 20's. Gave us the wifi instruction & said enjoy your stay. Went up our designated room & we were facing the construction site of a new building. Not that a disturbance but not a nice view, too! No swimming pool or spa or sauna. Bar was ok though the Italian waitress Marsha was very accomodating. A supervisor was good to us, too! Breakfast were a repeat in the 3 days that we had it. Room was cleaned everyday if you'll requ... Read more

I wouldn't say there were any particular faults with this hotel! The room and bathroom were really clean! Provided all the essentials. It is quite close to one of the tram lines and also close to one of the train stations. If you want a reasonably priced hotel room with good standards and not far from the centre of Milan then this is great.

Stayed in March 2016 for two nights. Starting from lobby, staffs at front desk were friendly enough to give good impression. Our room was clean and housekeeping personals were really friendly. We got a room exactly I wanted to stay, which was with light pink wall papers and couch in the room fits quite good to room interior.

This hotel is located in Chinatown, which is a 30 minutes' walk from the Duomo. There is a tram station not to far from the hotel, but if you walk the distance, you can go through a nice park and enjoy it. The hotel itself is clean and welcoming, and is well taken care of. My room was rather big and very comfortable, with a double bed and a sitting area. Nevertheless, as this is a city hotel, there is no real view. Breakfast is good with variety of food and drinks, and in a sunny morning you can... Read more

The hotel is located in Chinatown, the area has in other words only Chinese shops and restaurants. The hotel is not central, you have to take public transport to get to the center of Milan. At night there is nothing open, the whole area is completely dead. Many people screaming and cars honking outside the hotel at both day and night. The area is run down but does not feel insecure. The staff are friendly and do what you would expect in a hotel, but no more. The rooms are old and slightly worn ... Read more

Nice and clean hotel. The style of the room was a little bit too romantic and outdated to my taste, but it was comfortable, quiet and big. The room had everything I needed - working a/c, free wifi, lots of closet space and spacious bathroom. Staff was super polite and effective. The price of the room was reasonable. Location is ok, You can walk to the city center or Milan Convention Center. The neighbourhood looks a little bit rough and very Chinese, but very quiet at night. Outdoor terrace ... Read more

Stayed her for two nights with family. We had two rooms at the first floor. Big nicely decorated and spacious rooms with sofa arrangement, and a good double bed. Good air-condition and Wi-Fi, great breakfast buffet. The staff at the reception and the breakfast are very friendly and English speaking, and the reception staff reacts fast on any request we had. Room service works well, and we got what we ordered quickly and served with a smile. The hotel is situated in China town, it's a clean and f... Read more

This hotel would be great if the air conditioning worked. We complained after our first night here and we were told that maintenance would fix it. The next day we checked with the front desk after a day out on the town and we were told that maintenance said it was working fine. There is such a huge difference even just walking into the hallway... It's pretty sad that it's 28C outside and we have the window open because it's cooler outside than in our room. Such a disappointment to be this uncomf... Read more

I stayed here 4 nights whilst attending an Expo at Milano Congressi. Firstly, for me as a regular traveller, it was bordering average rather than very good, but average would have been a little unkind whereas very good is a little optimistic. The good, We were upgraded to a superior room rather than the comfort rooms we had booked. Well done and thank you to Alessio for that and also for his warm welcome and efficient checkin. The room was very spacious and clean, likewise the bathroom was s... Read more

I stayed at the hotel Leonardo in Milan for a week while attending a conference. I was very happy with the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, a nice bar and bistro too. The room was a good size, clean and in good condition. I had a room facing onto the back courtyard, which was nice and quite. The bathroom was clean, good water pressure in the shower, maybe a little bit dated fittings and the shower leaked between the screen and the bath so that the bathroom floor flooded. Location was exce... Read more

Booked this hotel as going to a concert at San Siro. Room was nice, spacious and clean. However had booked a superior room to have a little extra space and a spa bath. Also booked a smoking room as my partner is a smoker. The spa bath didn't work. We were given a non-smoking room, so my partner was permanently having to go outside for a smoke, and the connecting doors between the seating area and the bedroom wouldn't close as they had put the tv cables through them. Hotel itself was nice, well d... Read more

Located in China town so most of the nearby restaurants are Chinese. The historic centre is easy to get to by tram. The hotel is well appointed with great public areas including a bar and terrace. The rooms were spacious and included everything you would expect in modern hotel room. We enjoyed two evening meals in the restaurant but only had breakfast once, as we felt it was disappointing and over priced.

The hotel itself has a very nice interior, rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Very relaxing, not too busy an area and soothing music playing via the built in radios as you entered your room. Bathroom very nice and clean. Bed large and extremely comfortable. Location wise: 10-15 minute walk from a metro where it is easy to access the centre, however as it is in Chinatown the restaurants nearby are all Chinese. There is a normal supermarket a five minute walk away. Don't let location put yo... Read more

We stayed for 2 nights and were very satisfied with the hotel. Our room was comfortable and spacious. My only complaint is that it is not what I would call "City Centre" as it takes 15 minutes by car or 5 stops on the tram ( number 14) to get to the centre. However, it is in the centre of China Town and there are several good Chinese restaurants in the vicinity. There is a nice garden and a good bar in the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful.

A lovely little hotel in the heart of China town, very friendly staff who where very attentive. Stayed overnight to catch up with friends for Milan Fashion Week. Taxi's come very fast when requested at the reception desk, a lot of places walking distance within Milan. Streets surrounding are full of character. Hotel room was very comfortable, clean and very quiet, I had a lovely quiet sleep as I could not hear a thing! However the Wifi connectivity was the only downer, the connection was very ... Read more

We stayed here for one night and found it to be really good. Lovely clean room and private bathroom. Staff were kind enough to keep our bags for us after we checked out, while we explored Milan the following day. We also had a wonderful breakfast in this hotel, our only gripe would be, that it would be nice to be able to help ourselves to coffee, rather than constantly having to ask for refills. Overall, a great stay and would definitely recommend to fellow travellers.

The hotel is nicely situated, about a 15 minutes walk to the Garibaldi train station, which is located along the railway from Milan to Malpensa airport, and about 25 minutes walk to the city centre with the famous shopping arcade and of course the Duomo church. The hotel was recently refurbished and seems well maintained. The rooms and certainly the bathrooms are a bit smallish, but acceptable for one person occupation. We used the hotel to have a meeting with people coming from different part... Read more

Hi, I visited with my wife in July'16 for one night, location is city centred but still far from most of city attractions. You will have to take a bus or cab and It is too long to walk from hotel. Neighbourhood: it looks like you are not in Italy but somewhere in China, there few restaurant but not sure how they are. Neighbourhood is mostly filled by local shops operated by Chines people Rooms & service: Quality of room and service was average but no complain at all.

Leonardo hotel is located within easy reach of the main sights of Milan, with excellent transport connection. We especially profited from Parco Sempio, it was good for our morning run, Good quality hotel, clean and tidy. Wifi was very slow, and the connection was often down. The hotel is situated in Chinatown and it is quite a lively area of Milan. Lots of Chinese shops and a promenade nearby. The tram is a 5 minutes walk and brings you in 15 minutes to the city centre. This part of the city, however, has little to do with Italy. The only indication you have that you are in Italy are the beautiful buildings. The room was a good size, with sofa and large bed. Bathroom was a good size. Clean room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only a short walk into Milan centre. Breakfast was good, although the bacon, egg and mushrooms were not too good! Stick to the continental breakfast which was excellent. Great cakes and pastries on offer. Free parking for the car.
