We booked accommodation late for Venice so there weren't a lot of affordable options. It is 20-30 minutes walk from train station. We had to walk one night because we took the wrong bus and missed the local one going towards our hotel. It was an interesting walk...there were a lot of prostitutes on a Friday night on the street. We didn't really feel safe walking home. We were misinformed with the bus tickets by our hotel staff so we bought the wrong bus tickets. They are friendly but not the bes... Read more

During our Italy tour, my family and I stayed here for a day and for a picky person, this hotel was a good place to stay. Even though it is located in the industrial area, there is a direct bus which takes about 10mins to central venice. You just need to know what bus to take. A huge closeby shopping mall with restaurants makes lunch/dinner easier too. Their facilities are really good & their few staff are very helpful. We had a good stay and wouldn't mind going there again.

We have visited the hotel this week. Arrived to check in at 21:00. Ordered a big family room for 5, and when we came they did not keep the room for us but already charged my credit card. When I asked them what to do- they offered me that the children will together in the same single bed. Also breakfast is less than simple The rooms were too hot A lot of bus noise from the road

Nice, small hotel. Convenient parking. Very easy access to historical Venice, since bus stop with direct line is in front of the hotel entrance. Necessary tickets you can buy directly at the reception.

Small hotel with free parking. Get the bus right across the street from the hotel and within 30 minutes you're at the entrance to Venice with ready access to the water bus and water taxis. Comfortable beds and linens. Within easy 5 minute walk through a residential district to a major shopping mall with restaurants and a supermarket. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast is "continental" and while limited is adequate. No fruit available 2 of the 3 mornings.

The staff (especially Alessandro & Valentina) were so helpful! The Alessandro spent time to tell us about all the bus routes, how to do all of Venice on the public transport, and even his favorite restaurants. Valentina, helped us print and fax documents to book travel later in our trip. Between the helpful staff and the fact that the bus would take us straight to Venice, I declare this the cheapest and easiest way to do Venice. Great place!!!
