We liked especially the amazing view and the hot thermal pool with the particular green color for true thermal water. Coming from London the Island is very beautiful. We have booked with breakfast, we liked very much the warm crossiants, but we have choosen three times dinner at a reasonable price , enjoying the high quality and the flavor of the Italian food, enjoying the romantic flair of the sunsets on the terrace. The garden area is beautiful with all the different lights and well-kept.

I stayed at Hotel Imperamare in 2009 and again in 2012 - and if I return to Ischia, I will stay there again. Beautiful views from the rooms and while enjoying meals in the dining area. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept. The owner is very helpful and accommodating, as is the rest of the staff. The location on the island is excellent. Bus service is close by for reaching the other towns on the island. Excellent restaurants are close-by and along the beach.

Hotel Imperamare is a really chilled hotel with amazing views, a wonderful thermal pool, quality food and comfortable accommodation. What more could you ask for? It deserves to be much higher in the ratings and I can only conclude that some of the reviews here have been based on petty disagreements rather than an objective view of what is on offer. There are four free shuttles to the beach a day but you really should not bother, poolside is so much better as it never gets too busy and you can ha... Read more

I travelled to Hotel Imperamare in a group of four friends, and very much enjoyed my stay there. The room itself was very clean, with one bunk bed and one large double bed (the bunk bed had no barrier up at all which wasn't ideal). There was a nice balcony looking out onto the sea. Our rooms were cleaned every day, although we found repeatedly that our belongings were being moved and packed away around the room, and several items (phone charger, sun-cream, mirror, hairbrush) completely disappear... Although not being able to say anything bad about the hotel itself - rooms were clean (although very small), the pool was warm, the lunch was good - I have to say that it is not situated in the best area of Ischia. Overlooking the ocean yes, but also having a view over a beach filled with what looks like factories and industries is not very interesting. There were also some hangups when we arrived. Having booked a room with seaview, we were first given a room where you have to go out from the r... Read more
