Beautiful smaller hotel. Accommodations were spacious and lovely, but what particularly made the stay wonderful was the hotel staff. They were very friendly with perfect English and provided excellent insight in what to see in Florence and how to spend our, unfortunately, limited time. Good breakfast, fast wifi service. Highly recommend.

My husband and I recently stayed in the Rapallo Hotel for two nights when we visited Florence. We arrived by train and were able to walk to the hotel in less than 10 minutes. Our check in was quick and efficient. The staff we met throughout our stay were friendly and had excellent English. The hotel is beautifully decorated and immaculate. We could not find any fault with our room. It is an easy 10 minute walk from the hotel to the centre of Florence and if you take the Via Santa Reparata you wi... Read more

We enjoyed a 2 night stay at the Rappallo last week. The service was excellent, the rooms very clean and comfortable and we were treated to complimentary afternoon tea and cakes. The hotel is about 15 mins walk from the station and has easy access to the city within 5 mins walk of major attractions. We would definitely return.

Hotel is newly refurbished, rooms were clean but the shower was a bit small - I guess this is typical of the European style, was barely able to fit into the shower. Nevertheless, the staff at Hotel Rapallo were above and beyond excellent. From the doorman to the gentleman checking us in, they were very helpful, attentive and friendly. Based on the service we received from them, I would definitely stay again. The hotel is 10 min walking distance to the train station and also nearby attractions. F... Read more

Within a half hour walk, we get into the city central for the day visit and get out of the crowd after an exhausted sightseeing. It's just a great place if you liked to get rid of the busy and crowded streets and have a break in the evening. The hotel is quite new and stylish. The receptionist recognized me upon my check-in (I called in to book the accommodation at a bad signal and we yelled to each other on the phone. I think that's the reason. Haha). We were delighted with our 4 night stay in Rapallo Hotel in Florence. Everything was perfection, from our checkin experience, the room and large terrace, the comfy bed and spacious bathroom, the wonderful greeting at breakfast and the continental food on offer. They also had cooked food - eggs and bacon on offer. We would love to return again. The manager is so personal and the checkout was a breeze and they sorted a taxi to the train station for us. Our stay of 4 days was very pleasant! We had a top-floor room with private terrace. The room itself was small (twin beds on opposite ends of the room) but the terrace was great for relaxing after a day of touring. The included breakfast was the same every day but many options available. The staff always asked how our tours went, and found good transportation to get us around.

The hotel was a good value for the money in Florence. The room was spacious, not too loud and with good air conditioning. It was very clean. It was a little away from the areas of tourist interest but not too far if you like to walk. Breakfast was good and the afternoon treats in the bar/breakfast room were very much appreciated.

We found the Rapallo after another local hotel lost our reservation. And I can't tell you how great an accident that was. Lorenzo took care of us right away. Complimentary waters in the room fridge (with additional being only â?¬1) was a really nice touch. Breakfast is a no-frills affair, but aside from the hot bar everything was quite tasty. A modern styled, clean place slightly off the beaten track. Excellent service willing to go out of the way for your needs. We planned our trip by booking places that are out the hustle and bustle to save cost on location to fulfill our more expensive food habit and Rapallo definitely is the one for you. It is only an extra 7mins to walk back home so not as bad as I am making it. The breakfast is a wide spread of selection. Rooms are spacious and crisp. Bathrooms more than what you need. Highly ... Stayed at the Rapallo Hotel for two days and I wish I would have stayed somewhere else. The wifi was so slow I ended up using my data plan. If you don't have a euro plan and need the wifi for whatever reason don't count on being able to use it here. It was also pretty hot during my stay and the A/C even on the coldest setting left me sweating nightly.

The reception and dining room have been stylishly fitted and the rooms although small are comfortable and well equipped the hotel is an easy walk from Firenze SMN station, and you can walk to all the main sights in Florence within 15 minutes. Staying at Rapallo for our time in Florence was amazing. We dont have a bad word to say about our experience. The room was lovely, a good size and very clean. The hotel was quiet. All staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast that was included in our stay every morning was really great and the woman serving it was so amazing. We would definitely come back here! After a 10 minute walk from the station, I arrived to a friendly welcome and was shown to my clean and bright room with a spacious balcony. Maybe not for you if you are looking for luxury but if you want a clean, smart and friendly place in a quieter part of town (15 mins walk to the Duomo) then this is for you. Also happy to help store my case on checkout. I'd definitely come back.

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are nice and comfortable. Our view wasn't very nice but the room more than made up for it. The only negative I do have is the wifi signal in the room was poor. It may have just been the location of the room bc as soon as I went to the hallway it was very strong. I highly recommend staying here!
