Best thing about this hotel is location near train station. From hotel, all major attractions are walkable. There are many restaurants around hotel. Wifi signal was not strong enough but it was still ok for working from my notebook. 2 nites @ hotel was ok since we had to catch a train to Pisa and Venice. We stayed in family room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Breakfast was very basic. Staff at reception were friendly and very kind. Surely, we will revisit this hotel if plan to visit Florence... Read more

We stayed in this hotel in 5th to may 8th it is very close to train station and buses. It was not my ideal hotel the street is so busy and dirty specially because it's near station even we saw a man peeing on the corner. So dirty. And hotel is non smoking. It's like only non smokers are good guest smokers the hell with them, so no respect to smokers. They should have which they had it a patio for smoking but who cares we had to go to the street and smoke there. So I don't care for this hotel and... Read more

This hotel is located jus few steps away from the train station. We had a quadruple room is ok for a family but they are faced to the main street and you had all the noise from the trafic and the trains from the street. They need to improve with good sound proof windows. The room was clean. The breakfast (included in our room) was ok, nice options. Just over the average. Only 50 metres from the train station (if you exit the train station on the right hand side where the steps are). a nice 20 minute stroll to places of interest, which are all close together once you get there (Ponte Vecchio, Doumo, Santa Croce etc) The hotel has everything you need, lovely bedroom, clean and comfortable, great views, a lift, fabulous breakfast, and lovely friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Big hotel opposite the station. We came here with 4 bikes and although the hotel doesn't provide room for bicycles the receptionist went out of his way to show us a spot in the basement of the hotel where we could store our bicycles. Very good service. The hotel is a bit outdated, but comfortable. I had a room with a balcony which was nice. Good bathroom and shower, nice breakfast. Wifi was OK, but access could be made easier. When I booked this hotel, I was taken in by the very nice pics. It looked high-end and very modern. It was a shock to learn that it was more of a hostel-type room. Very plain and cheap furniture. It was clean and staff were nice. Included breakfast was good but the room was sub-par! It should be rated a two star only.

This was a lovely little place. We were surprised to find we had an outdoor space too. It's near the station but we never heard a train the whole time we were there. The rooms were cleaned every day and the staff were very friendly. The bar was not permanently manned and when it was it didn't stock diet sodas. I would have also really appreciated tea making facilities in the room. That being said, breakfast was fine and the overall experience was positive. I would stay there again but there are ... This hotel was a real treat! The location is outstanding but that was not the best part. The service at the adjacent restaurant was a great welcome after a long international journey. The front desk staff was experienced and watched out for us throughout our stay. The rooms are clean, simple, spacious. We look forward to staying here again!

This is a fairly decent hotel (if on the cramped and small side) and it was in a really great location. It's just across the street from the train station and in walking distance to many of the best attractions, including the Uffizi Gallery, The Statute of David and the outdoor leather market. The hotel has a really nice internet cafe (which all of the kids loved) and great place to eat breakfast in the morning.

Nice stay at this hotel! Quite simple and modern, with a good breakfast. Staff were really patient and helpful with booking tours and making inquiries for my family! Unfortunate that our room had a shutter over the window, I can image there would have been a great view of the city! Rooms were cleaned to such a high standard each day, and the beds are comfortable! Really handy location right next to the station and about a 15 minute walk to the Duomo. We got upgraded to a balcony room which was lovely. Clean hotel, quite modern, good value for money and very friendly staff! My only disappointment was that I unfortunately forgot a dress I had left in the wardrobe but after calling / emailing the hotel that evening after I had realised they said they couldn't find it which is a real shame.

The hotel was extremely convenient to the train station. Although almost everywhere you go is walkable, the times we needed a taxi, we found it quicker and easier to go to the train station to get a taxi than to call one from the hotel. The hotel was adequate for our needs. My only complaint is that the air conditioning in our room was not working properly, and the room got to be uncomfortably warm, especially when it was 98 degrees outside. We stayed at the Nazioni Hotel for 3 nights while in Florence. The rooms were small, but clean and the hotel was excellent for its price point. It is literally across the street from the train station and well within walking distance of all amenities. The wifi was dodgy, but the breakfast was pretty good! The hotel is not disability accessible. I would recommend this hotel, especially if you are sightseeing Florence on foot.

Very Clean And great location for sightseeing busses and train. Very easy to find. Friendly concierge and breakfast is normal, fruit, machine for drinks, pastries, yogurts, cereal ... The downside would be that Walls are not sound proof... I could hear the cellphone alarm from another room or when someone used the restroom next to my room on both sides.. I stayed at the Hotel Delle Nazioni in August 2016 for three nights. Check-in process was very quick and the reception desk was quite polite. I lived on the 3rd floor. The room was bright, clean and comfortable, except one thing - there were small ants in the room! So it was better not to leave any food on the table. I suppose that it is necessary for the administration of the hotel to tackle this question. Overall, I liked my stay in Florence.

We had a fantastic stay here, there was a very high standard of cleanliness; we were provided with fresh towels and the sheets were changed daily. In addition, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, in particular the front desk and housekeeping staff. Furthermore, the location was perfect; a stone's throw away from the main train station, and a short distance from piazza Santa Maria Novella and a short walk to the Duomo. The hotel is superbly located, just a stone's throw away from the station. A few shops below the hotel on the main road were on sale, so even though I was in Florence just for a day I managed to shop a little. The rooms were nice, they have used modern furnishing but it did seem to me like an old room is patched up and covered up in places to look new. Also the room had a strange smell of pesticides. Right across from the train station, less than 15 min walk from the Duomo and other sites. Helpful staff. The room was much more spare than other places we stayed in Italy that week. The bed was unfortunately not very comfortable, and being right on the street there was a fair amount of noise. They also have an odd system of needing to hand in your key when you leave. This didn't really hold us up, but if it was busier I could imagine that could get frustrating. Overall adequate, but simple.
