The hotel is very nice, very clean, warm and comfort. The staff was wonderful, attentive and caring. The room was big enough with a small storage room and a very big bathroom! Very comfortable beds. Rich breakfast.

An old style motoring hotel from the days of porters and martini cocktails. Clearly seen better days but it was comfortable and spacious and although dated, everything worked. The staff were courteous and the garage arrangements superb for us with a lift into the hotel from the basement garage. We has a valuable car load we needed secure. We were an easy walk into the medieval piazzas and we had breakfast ( which was fair) and superb dinner in the restaurant on both nights which was inexpensive.... Read more

The hotel itself is a bit dated, but I was fully appreciative of the customer service I received. I lost my room card and they replaced it with no fuss. Breakfast was tasty, and had all the necessary items that made it acceptable. The food was great, but all eggs and bacon were served cold. The afternoon and evening meals were delicious. There are restaurants in town that give a different type of food, but the quality of the food there is decent. The hotel itself is on a main bus route, so... Read more

I stayed for two nights at the hotel. I stayed in a family room for 5 people. At first I was suprised by the old fashioned style of the hotel. The room was clean and spacious. But in the hotel they should remove the dust more.. The breakfast is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is a good value for money.

Rooms are cramped, dull and musty, they do not look to have been updated since the early 70's. The Hotel bar carries a poor selection, the beer dispensing machine (not a beer tap) was always broken. Breakfast looked so terrible we decided to leave before eating anything, needless to say, did not try supper in the 'cordon bleu' restaurant! We decided to check out early with no offer of any discount at all. The twin room was priced at over 150 euro per night.

This hotel is within walking distance of the main attractions of Bologna, also has busses that pass by. It has a friendly staff and comfortable rooms but not the best restaurant but don't let that stop you from staying here.
