Very clean comfortable hotel. Close to train station to take us more central Milan. Although we did use taxi service at hotel too. Supermarket across the road if you find the price of things too expensive in the hotel. Also a lovely authentic pizzeria across the road, open late for food and drink. We didn't eat in the hotel as we were out site seeing all day. Great size room, no iron, no kettle though - had to use microwave to heat water to make a coffee, which I found strange! Large balcony & ... Read more

Very clean hotel, more like apartments. staff is little confused. breakfast is good. Bed has been comfortable, but ligths in the apartment difficult to manage. Reverse works strangely. Good access to Metro and through it the city center. In general OK hotel to stay.

The surroundings are not so pleasant, there was nobody to help with the luggage, but check in was reasonably fast. The room was large as was the bathroom, but no shower robe or slippers as usual. The breakfast room and food were average, but at the weekend it was chaos ! No teapots, no hot water in the urn, the eggs had finished, bread was down to the last few slices.....during the week under the "control" of someone called Sylvia it functioned far better ! The Spa was also average, no locker k... Read more

I have just spent 7 nights at the ramada plaza Milano. the hotel is well located and is about a 5 minute walk to the turro metro stop which takes you into central Milan very quickly. our room was very large and modern with a very comfortable large king bed.. my rate included a complimentary breakfast daily the breakfast buffet is fantastic and very plentiful and fresh. the baked goods are all made daily by the hotel pastry chef. Sylvia, the bistro manager . takes her job very seriously and is... Read more

Stayed for one night. The hotel isn't very central, but that's fine. The rooms were nice, quite big, there was a walk-in wardrobe, and a large bathroom. The pressure in the sink/shower did however remind me of a pressure washer. The staff were friendly, and there was fenced and underground parking for a few euros. The restaurant was nice - but my spiced chicken tasted rather bland. The breakfast had a good selection of food. We had an early flight out of Linate, so the proximity was very nice (a... Read more

The hotel itself was lovely, room was clean and the bed was huge! Nice powerful shower, bug tv and pleasant staff happy to help! However the hotel was far far away from the city centre although there was a tube link down the street about a 10 minute walk and easy to use with direct links to the cathedral shops and bars. But this stops running at midnight so we had to get a taxi however they rip you off massively! The fair starts from at least ?8 and in average cost us about ?22 a night to ge... Read more

I booked two rooms at this hotel for my wife and I plus our daughter and her husband in September, 2016. We had just completed a two week cruise out of Venice and decide to do some sight-seeing in Milan for a couple of days prior to going on to Paris. The rooms are modern and large and come with a generous balcony. The location is outside of the downtown area and in a commercial district. It takes around 15 - 20 minutes in a taxi to reach the Duomo in central Milan. The WiFi service is free and... Read more

Typical business hotel. Rooms are OK: large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is fair. They have a nice garden where you can have a drink, the problem is that the service is very low and you have the impression that the staff is doing to you a favour taking your order.....come on guys your salary is paid also with that. Furthermore, I consider the price too high for the overall service. I expected more from a 4 stars hotel

We decided to treat ourselves to the suite on our last night of our engagement trip. We were not disappointed.! First, the staff at the reception were amazingly nice and helpful! The room was of course huge and very accommodating. We had a problem with the air conditioning, but the reception helped by turning it off from there. Also, for some reason the wifi didn't really work on my phone but sonce it was just one night is was ok. Breakfast was the best I had in Italy (stayed at 3 hotels over t... Read more
