Nice location( close to the Turro metro station). Professional and friendly staff. We stayed there 5 days, and there was nothing that went wrong: spacious and clean room( executive). Has a nice balcony which is perfect for morning coffee. Every day house keeping, bathrobes provided, clean towels, complimentary coffee, tea, water in the room, plus kettle. The bed is huge! The breakfast is tasty and has enough choice. The hotel offers transport until the central train station or the historic cent... Read more

The suite room in which I stayed was very big and nice. The bed is big and comfortable. The bathroom is clean, with a lot of towels, the only bad thing was the smell of some towels, but was ok. The room has 2 tv in each of the 2 rooms. At the time we arrived, in the room was a little bit cold. In the room you can find also a espresso machine with 6 coffee capsules. The minibar is very poor, you can find only one beer, 2 bottles of water and 2 of soda. In morning was a little bit noisy, because o... Read more

Very clean comfortable hotel. Close to train station to take us more central Milan. Although we did use taxi service at hotel too. Supermarket across the road if you find the price of things too expensive in the hotel. Also a lovely authentic pizzeria across the road, open late for food and drink. We didn't eat in the hotel as we were out site seeing all day. Great size room, no iron, no kettle though - had to use microwave to heat water to make a coffee, which I found strange! Large balcony & ... Read more

The surroundings are not so pleasant, there was nobody to help with the luggage, but check in was reasonably fast. The room was large as was the bathroom, but no shower robe or slippers as usual. The breakfast room and food were average, but at the weekend it was chaos ! No teapots, no hot water in the urn, the eggs had finished, bread was down to the last few slices.....during the week under the "control" of someone called Sylvia it functioned far better ! The Spa was also average, no locker k... Read more
